Dr. Singh is a rude, carless doctor. Her go to method is either placebo, or ignore your concerns. Her receptionist is nosy, and absolutely not a doctor; However she seems to think she is. Dr. Singh would cut down my medication dose without notice, provide 0 refills requiring my pharmacy to fax each individual RX every time I needed it. I went through withdrawal and severe anxiety trying to work with Dr. Singh.

I had a horrible experience with a very young Dr. Shayani. I have to say this experince brought me to tears. Looking for a doctor close with no luck. I am hard of hearing. Dr. Shayani hears well but doesn't listen. My concerns were ignored. Masks are manitory i know. But there must be some solution to my problem. She showed no apathy or respect for her elders. She has so much to learn about life experiences. I am ashamed of how she handled this situation. It was in a very unprofessional manner. I apologize for my part. I am ashamed of the whole experience. I feel so vunderable. I go for help but i am misunderstood . At the end, what hurt me the most was when she was leaving to go back to her room she took off her mask. I saw a very ugly scorn on her face. I was shocked. Her behaviour was inexcusable. I do not recommend her to anyone older with any handicap. She lacks understanding that only through life experiences teach. Some are born with it.

Worst Patient service. They wont let you know if the doctor has cancelled an appointment . When you show up, they will be saying various reasons. The office staff does not care about others time

If only there is a way to call their office to book an appointment! Calls are not answered and no callback as well. So I have a family doctor but I have to rely on other walk in centres! Ridiculous

I wonder if they re-named this place to Phoenix Healthcare Centre. Anyways, no one pick up the phone call and my voice message during regular business hours were never answered. Their automatic vm says 'your call will be answered same day' ? Thinking about switching a family doctor, I am sorry that my illness can't wait any longer for you to return my call!!

Called to get an appointment and was informed that MY registration was cancelled 2 years back by my wife (wife never did it) i was not given any notice/email or information that my registration is cancelled. only understandable reason...i didnt made an appointment in 2 years, and would not do the registration. Cancelling a registration without informing the patient...nice
