We've had unending trouble scheduling appointments at this practice. It's not uncommon to have to call a dozen times. Usually, nobody picks up the phone, and the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message. The doctors are fine, but the administrative staff are really dropping the ball. Maybe they need to hire more staff? This problem has been ongoing for years.

Worst doctor ever, extremely rude, he took my mom and siblings in than his RUDE wife called and was screaming on the phone accusing her, save your time and do not come here, this place is a joke and the wife "doctor" is the BIGGEST CLOWN!!!

I went in to check if I needed vaccinations for my trip to Costa Rica. I was surprised to learn that I needed some. The staff were very helpful and the doctor explained in simple terms all the vaccines that were required and what they are used for.

I do not recommend this doctor at all, very unprofessional, i went in to see him with my 3 children and everything seemed fine, the following day his wife called me, whos also a doctor in the same office, accusing me of "flirting" with the doctor when there was a nurse taking notes of everything, absolutely disgusting and disturbing, i have NEVER experienced such a low disturbing experience, the wife called me twice i have everything recorded on my phone, i am in the middle of taking action and i will not be letting this go, i was very curious and frustrated as to why this happened to find out that this doctor was accused of previous assault and unprofessional in 2015, not sure why he is still aloud to conduct such a high professional business with such a background, absolutely disgusting.

I love my Dr! He has been one of the only drs who listens and provides the medical care/ referrals I need instead of just pushing a medication. Can honestly say he saved my life and helped get me the surgery I needed.

My family and I were very very fortunate to meet Dr. Fikry and become patients of his. He is one of the kindest souls you will ever meet. He never gives a generic answer just to get you out the door, he actually takes the time to listen. When there has been emergencies in the past he will work through his lunch or come in early to help. I've never met a doctor so incredibly genuine, who puts his patients and his staff above himself, and follows through to make sure that a solution has been found for them. He will never get the proper credit he deserves but if you are ever lucky enough to meet him - you'll see for yourself. Thank you Dr. Fikry for being you, the world needs more people like you in it.

Dr. Fikry and Dr. El Boreky are probably one of the best doctors I have ever met, they are both very professional, personable, friendly, and provide quality care; a talent on its very own in a, sometimes, bleak career field such as this. They don't even have to do anything or say anything at times for the vibe to set in and make you realize the true sincerity in their service to the community. These individuals are the true definition of medical professionals. Absolute 5 stars.

The travel clinic provides 24/7 nurse on call to accommodate last minute appointments and offers flexible evening time bookings, on site vaccines, travel medications, blood draws, health teaching and over the phone pre appointment advice.

Worst practice ever. I just realized that alborkey gave me the wrong dose of a medication and I suffered for 7 months for nothing. She talks about irrelevant topics during visits and has no clue what she’s talking about. She doesn’t even read test results properly. Be careful your well-being is important.
