I decided to invest in the clinic’s FotoFinder body mapping examination as a fair-skinned, blue-eyed female with a history of precancerous skin cells. The procedure was thorough, informative, and I left feeling confident and pleased. A follow up was scheduled with Dr. Le Roux who, once again, took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly examine areas of concern.

The office is very nicely appointed and professionally run. Dr. Erlank obviously has a passion for his specialty, as the Foto Finder machine looks to be quite a piece of technology, mapping out the moles on your body as if it was one of the moons of Saturn. Treatment is similarly professional with quick action taken on small problems and different treatment options discussed for issues that are bigger. Thankfully, I needed no serious treatment but all the various types of lesions where thoroughly explained. Thank you Dr. Erlank!

Probably saved my life! Dr. LaRoux did a biopsy of my lower lip and found a significant presence of pre-cancerous cells. Treatment with Efudex ointment was immediately implemented and, within weeks, the nasty tissue was gone. Dr. LaRoux is very friendly, approachable, and clear in his explanations about everything that's going on. I would highly recommend Victoria Skin Cancer Screening.

Excellent facility, very modern. All the equipment seemed to be up to date and new, decor is warm and calming. The Dr we delt with was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions patently. His bedside manner was excellent and that's a huge thing when dealing with this subject mater. Only issue we had was actually finding the office. The website only has the address but it's somewhat hidden in the medical building behind the fitness center at the upper part of uptown. I would suggest putting some better directions to the office on the website.

They rescheduled my appointment two times on me. Then tried to charge me for a missed appointment of the date that they rescheduled from. Trying to get a hold of them is near impossible. I showed up for my appointment on time. And waited for an hour as others who arrived later with later appointments were brought to rooms. I was told several time I would be next. I tried to ask what was going on and how much longer I'd have to wait, they gave me no explanation no answers and did not keep it at 4 people in the office at a time. There were to many people crammed in a room or hallway. Then when they finally called my name they told me to come back tomorrow without any reason! Extremely dismissive of my time and wouldn't commicate with me what happened.

Get your moles checked folks! Process requires a referral from your doc, then a visit to this clinic. Takes a long time for an appointment but once it happens, the clinic is great. Process is easy, docs are respectful, and service is professional and fast.

In under 1/2 hour of my first visit, I had done the paper work, had a full body mole mapping, met with Dr Erlank for a personal examination of any potential trouble spots, received advice verbally and in printed format, and was whisked on my way. Dr. Erlank has a very professional, polite gentleman mannerism. His hands with the scalpel and stitches are first rate. I have had 3 patches removed from head to chest in a relatively pain free experience. I would encourage individuals schedule the body photo shoot (must pay out of pocket) if you have concerns above body moles or lesions. Pre cancerous conditions can be detected and dealt with. Fortunately my 3 issues were dealt with before I left it to late, at the risk of sever detriment to my health.

Yeah I don't feel bad giving this Clinic a bad review. The doctors might be absolutely amazing but the staff ate absolutely a nightmare. Mackenzie who I've known for a while and who has been a staff member for a long time with these guys has an air smugness to her. I've sat in the office while other patients have come to sign in with her and I've seen people trying to make small talk with her and we're sits there smiling with her air of self-importance. I hate to tell you McKenzie but you're just an office assistant nothing more. Now that the clinic has moved to its new and bright llocation in the Uptown from the clinic at Walmart we have another new staff member similar to Mackenzie but a little more excruciating to deal with. This fairly heavy and unhappy - by her body language - woman has a very difficult behaviour to place but it's faked veneer of hatred towards customers and one where she tries to assert control over little things as "don't talk to me right now I'm dealing with this". I also with this particular staff member have witnessed patients coming to the front desk with appointments to be told by this woman that no appointment exists she's the only one works the front desk. I see how people in Victoria are really polite and accept that for what it is and again don't challenge this particular unhappy individual. I don't know if it's just gross negligence or stupidity that causes such things but I can tell you that this sort of attitude and self-righteousness for whatever reason has no place in a doctor's office and in fact with having to Immigrant doctors in an office who have been allowed to come and practice in this country will find themselves legally liable for any neglect due to their staff. My suggestion is this clinic find new staff members or they're going to find themselves in a lawsuit. Also this is the individual who will process the added products this Clinic sells overly priced creams to treat skin cancer that should be covered by MSP.

I went to see Dr. Erlank about some concerns I had due to a lot of moles on my skin. I am light skinned and sat in the sun a lot when I was a teenager. I had sunburned on more than one occasion. I received full body photography and then closer looks at some spots using a strong magnifying device. Dr. Erlank saw some moles that looked suspicious and removed them quickly. He also removed some spots from my face. He was thorough, professional and made me feel comfortable. I will go back in a year for a follow-up. I would recommend anyone to see him.

Got here for my 3:20 appointment and here it is, 4:10. No apology and an extremely unhelpful receptionist. Deeply disappointed at the presumption that their time is far more valuable than my own. I wish we could respect the fact that all of us are pressed for time and if there are delays, explanations and apologies are provided. If I showed up this late for the appointment, I would have been charged for the appointment. I, on the other hand, get no reimbursement for my time.
