As they sprayed the neighbors roof, we were enjoying the shade of the patio. Whatever they were spraying was hurting our eyes and throat and making us feel sick. when we asked them whether or not the stuff was toxic they were very rude and antagonistic.

In September of 2018 I had my roof cleaned and sealed by the Roof Doctor crew. They were friendly, efficient and left my roof and gutters looking great. One of Brad's claims was that the product used to seal the roof would prevent aggregate loss, and I would notice the difference when I clean my gutters. True to his word, I have found almost no aggregate in the bottom of the gutters in the year + since the roof was sealed. Before the roof was sealed there was always a noticeable accumulation each year. I now feel confident that the product they applied to my roof will indeed extend it's life.

We had our roof de-mossed and protective coating applied yesterday. From the moment we first met Brad we were extremely comfortable; he made us feel totally at ease. He was prompt, courteous, explained the job in detail, was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and we did not feel rushed in any way. When the quote arrived we were impressed with the detail, and how easy it was to make comments if needed before accepting. The work crew that did the job were excellent as well, extremely friendly, courteous, hard working, and stayed until the job was finished, even though it was well past dinnertime. They cleaned the gutters, windows, sides of the house, walkways and deck exactly as per the contract. We have been having high winds in the area and a large black rubber panel from an old passive solar water heating system on my roof came loose and was flapping (I mean REALLY flapping) in the wind. It was slamming down so hard on the roof, the entire house shook! Brad came, took one look at it and said it needs to come down right away and that's what we did. He was efficient, friendly and always had a smile, even though it was cold up there. I would definitely hire him again.

We woke up on New Years Day to a lovely leak in our upstairs laundry area. We checked the attic and discovered water coming into the area and down through the light fixture. Our nephew suggested we call The Great Canadian Roof Doctor as the company that he works for has had successful dealings with them with roof repairs. We called the number and were surprised to hear back so quickly, remember, it was New Year's Day, and Brad and his son dropped by to have a look. Brad when up into the attic and up onto the roof and found the problem area and laid down a patch/cover that would last until we could have a permanent repair or replacement done. The weather that day was not very good, downpouring rain and wind and Brad assured us it would keep the water out until we made arrangements. We arranged for a quote to replace our aging roof. We also had quotes from other roofing companies. The prices were all comparable. We chose Brad and the Great Canadian Roof Doctor because of our experience with him as our roof was leaking. After checking the recommendations of other satisfied customers as well as the Better Business Bureau, we arranged a new roof installation as quickly as possible. Brad was in contact with us in choosing a color and type of roofing material, as well as the materials used under the roofing material and told us he'd be replacing our skylight during the project. Brad arrived with Morgan & Zack and they began their tear off immediately. At the end of each day, they cleaned the area of debris, removed all their equipment and let us know what time they'd return the next day. Each day they arrived as stated and got right to work. Both Morgan and Zack were personable and friendly as well as very professional. After the final day they returned all planters and gardening objects back to their original locations, all material was removed and we haven't seen a nail yet. The only sign that they were here is our lovely new roof. Brad will be back in the Spring to spray the new roof for moss protection. We wholeheartedly recommend Brad and his crew for roof repairs and especially roof replacement. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with everyone. Thanks so much for coming out on New Year's Day to stop our leak and for installing our new roof in such a timely manner. Rating of 10 out of 10 for these boys.

Dave and James have just completed our roof in Broadmead. The roof was large and neglected! I haven't seen very many people work that hard for that long. Not sure if they even stopped for lunch! The roof looks new, the clean-up was great and they were so pleasant. Thank you Dave and James.

I expected the roof to be cleaned....the roof was cleaned, the gutters were cleaned, the windows were cleaned and the siding was cleaned. Clean up of the debris from the roof and gutters was good. They were there early in the morning (8 am) and the job was done in a day. I have been given a 10 year warranty and am pleased with my choice to seal the roof (which was 20 years old) rather than have the shingles torn off, days of work and a large addition for the local dump.....and the price being a third of the cost of reroofing was nice too. It makes sense to me and I would recommend it.
