I have attended the clinic for a couple of months. I wait less than 10 minutes of my appointment to be seen.......if at all. I have been treated by a few of the physicians there and found them all to be very knowledgeable and professional. The office is clean and nicely decorated. Since I began my treatments there the office has moved to a larger one with a beautiful view of the bay. There is easy access to public transportation. Busses pick up right in front of the building.

Receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. Appointments are overlap booked so be ready to be delayed and waiting. The reason they will give you is that “this is a doctors office,” although, I’ve been to this office for some time now and there were no delays previously. I wish I could give a separate rating for the doctor because Dr. B is absolutely fantastic to deal with. He’s definitely 5-star!

Super rude and terrible dr. to patient communication. Would NOT recommend this clinic. Do not go and do not waste your time. Not only are the receptionists rude and disrespectful the doctors there are super super unfriendly and completely cut you off mid sentence. Had nothing but terrible experiences there. Was not listened to and will never return

The worst service you could possibly imagine. Everytime I have been at this clinic it's been a separate issue. The latest was the absolute worst. The massage therapist Ellery Espino who was recommended by Muscle MD had so much attitude. He actually indicated he couldn't see me because I hadn't filled out my phone number on the form. The only reason I was even seeing him was brcause the clinic said that the therapist has to be able to do myofascial release to help with the treatments. Then when I went to talk to the receptionist about my other appointment he kept butting in to say she just needs to leave and quit her attitude and it was all recorded on a conversation. What a waste of time and people should really vet who they recommend for treatment.

I had severe pain due to injury & arthritis particularly in my left foot. Unable to work or walk much without alot of drugs. Was nervous about having this procedure cause of phobia to needles. I interviewed everyone in the office who would talk to me about their experience there. They all said they had extreme relief. So one treatment with Dr. Yang and I was able to walk that day with an 85% reduction in pain. I have slept 2 full nites without being woken by pain every time I move! I'm sold on this therapy & I'm now hopeful that I will be able to return to work this year. Thank You Dr. Yang & Staff. I'm currently taking the Autogenic Therapy Course with Dr. Lucy Lyons to learn how to calm my Nervous System, after learning how pain works in the Brain & Body. I have tried everything and after 2 classes using this technique I can now better manage my pain & sleep....I have found this life changing! All you have to do is commit to 7 classes & it's paid for on BC Med. Thanks Dr. Lyons!

The therapy they provide is really a no-brainer. Any family doctor with any sense could do it, but the problem is, they don't. For some reason these are more or less the only guys who inject lidocain directly into trigger points. And without unreasonable wait lists or pushing money grabbing extras like some pain clinics. Try them, you'll see. And of course, it work too, very well.

Great staff accommodating, kind & patient and professional! Seen Dr Yuen for 3+ yrs due to serious car accident. Had both TPI and prolotherapy great progress- honest. She is knowledgeable and informative, always takes the time to listen & great deal of empathy. Highly recommended!

I am a huge fan of this clinic. The wait times are always short because the MOAs are on the ball. They have a massage therapist too who is kind, gentle and allows me to be completely quiet during the massage. The clinic is conveniently located on Broadway and Heather (about 5-8 minutes walk from Canada Line) and accessible via bus as well. The only challenge is scheduling the rmt and the doctor for a back to back treatment but this challenge is tackled by their competent staff members.

I’ve been going to this clinic for trigger point injections and have been helped by the doctors here a lot. I look forward to coming to this clinic. Their staff members are very kind and compassionate. I have heard from many to try out the RMT & I am so thrilled that I took their advice. Ellery is amazing. pain can be a complicated issue to deal with. Since I started coming here over 2 years ago they have definitely changed my life. The injections can be painful especially in more sensitive areas and some areas really hurt when the needle goes in but right after the appoiment I do notice a big difference and the pain does go down enough to rest properly and be more comfortable without these injections my loge would be more difficult for sure. The staff at Muscle MD are super friendly and work very hard to make sure patients get their appointments and the Doctors really do understand pain and pain management well. Thank you Muscle MD!

I've been going to the clinic for over a year. The pains I had were excruciatingly and debilitating. Since the treatments I have experienced dramatic lessening of the tight muscles and joints that I had when I first arrived. I will definitely recommend this type of therapy for someone who is experiencing extreme muscle irregularities and stiffness and cramping.

had injection treatments here numerous times by 2 differend drs. no effect @ all, actually one guy(yang?) made it worse somehow. went to different dr. who do acupuncture and injection in burnaby, it only took 1 treatment to see definite differences. i don't think drs here r properly trained in injection, they couldn't even find out which muscle was damaged, and just used some sort of anaethetic which would numb the area. i know people go here for it's msp covered, but if u are really looking for proper care for serious conditions, this is not the place. i just wasted my time, just to make it worse.
