Everything went exactly as described on the website. Receptionist was lovely and kind. Dr Follows is personable, chill, and answered all my questions pre and post op. The procedure itself took exactly ten minutes! The only discomfort I felt was when he was freezing me, and that was fairly mild. After that, I felt nothing. I expected pain and to smell burning skin and see smoke, but none of that happened. It was much easier than expected. After the procedure I was able to just walk right out and go home. I haven’t been to other vasectomy clinics before, and this is probably the last one I’ll go to, but it was definitely the best!

5 Stars for sure. Staff are very friendly and called pre-op to ensure I was ready. The procedure was pain-free and post-op has been exactly as described on the website. Dr. Follows was very nice and answered all questions I asked and his description of the procedure was exactly what I experienced. Follow the instructions on the website and you will be just fine.

Personable dude sure, but if i could do it again, i would pay the money and go to a private clinic. The freezing didnt work as well as they said, even after being tripple dosed, felt 100% of the left side being done... then the freezing started to kick in... only felt about 60% of the right side being pulled and clamped and cut and stitched up then poked and pulled back in.. Then 3 days later... Got an infected ball from having the procedure, and here i am almost 12 days post operation with a ball the size of a lime on working through some meds the trusty doc Follows. Not a fan, not happy being layed up almost double the time now.
