Been visiting Dr. K Stancer. Very friendly, yet very professional and knowledgeable. The office clerks and really people persons, but they are very organized, and that's what counts.

Dr stancer is fantastic, and she is the only thing keeping me at this office. (Well, that and also it's impossible to get a family doctor!) But the receptionist is absolutely rude! And super grouchy. I got a prescription faxed, the fax didn't go through and after being rude to me on the phone twice, I asked the pharmacist to speak to them. Apparently she yelled at them over the phone. The pharmacist was visibly rattled about there interaction ????

Unfriendly front staff. Sighed as I walked in as if I disturbed her day. My son had an accident right out front their office and I inquired if a doctor was available to look at the bump on his head (his nose was bleeding). I was turned away with little sympathy. I understand this office is not a walk in clinic but God help anyone that requires medical attention without an appointment on that block. At least ask if a doctor would be willing to look at a 2 year old quickly to ease the mind of a mother and if no one is available being nice wouldn’t hurt! (Especially since the office was empty...) Edit post: after posting this I have viewed other posts and it seems the front desk/reception staff are the pattern of complaints!

Dr. Stancer is very nice and a good doctor, but this office has the rudest receptionists. Will need to switch doctors because I cannot deal with them.

The doctors are great! The MOA's on the other hand isn't. Very rude, unprofessional and just nasty. I would forget my Appointments from time to time. They told me it wasn't their job to consistently tell me when my appointment was. They clearly do not understand their scope of practice. It's in their job description.

Awful experience with Dr. Rhona Gordon. Rude, arrogant and narcissistic attitude. Doesn't take the time to get to know her patient and the patient's history. Everything she does is rushed and careless. I've never had a worse experience. STAY AWAY!

Not a good place. The receptionist is extremely rude and Dr.Stancer wait time for appointments is unreasonably lengthy. You have no control of your healthcare at this doctor. I am 40 years old and asked for a blood work and a health check up. Dr. Stancer replied that i don't need blood work until i am 50 years old. This is not a good place to be proactive in your health and well being. That receptionist is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant every time we see her. They do not discuss blood work results and provide you with numbers. Terrible

Dr. Stancer was very considerate and nice. The receptionist lady was very helpful too if just a bit abrupt.

Unfrendly front desk! They are so rude in person and by phone!! All the doctors are good but the personal are so grumpy. They don't like their jobs so sad for them. ????
