If you are legit concerned you have something serious and want to make sure you see a doctor that actually cares about you both as a patient and a person this is the best doctor to see in Vancouver . It’s sometimes a bit of a wait but that’s because he’s not rushing patients through in 2 min each appointment. Probably not necessary if you just have a cold but for the issues that are more serious this is the only doctor I trust . I have known many doctors before I went to him and never seen a doctor who cares so much about their patients and their health . His medical advice has literally saved me on more than one occasion and he is the only person I would trust for the big stuff . Always consistent and as soon as I get to his office I am no longer worried , I know I am in the best hands .

A wonderful Doctor who always takes time to ensure he does his best for you. He is a consummate professional at all times. Beware of reviews that suggest otherwise, he works with mentally and physically challenged members of the public who’s expectations may be difficult to meet. This was an unsolicited review I have been going to Dr Rondeau for years and would give six stars!

The Doctor is in. As the 2nd GP of my life, Dr R was a wise choice due to his history, knowledge, location & sense of humor. If laughter truly is the best medicine the man should be doing standup at Red Cross camps. Thanks for your years of help.

Terrible admin service. The reviews here lead me to believe Dr. R would be the ideal doctor for me. I called and left a voicemail. 2.5 days after they returned from a holiday closure they still had not returned my call. I called again and was told that the other admin was on break and that I should call again (i.e., rather than taking my name and number, lol.). ALL I wanted to know was whether the doctor was taking new patients, or not. When I FINALLY was able to reach the other admin, she told me the doctor is NOT taking new patients. It took 3 seconds, and she sounded rather rude and unfriendly, but I had to wait several days and make several calls for this basic information that COULD have even been put on their voicemail anyway. I'm putting a rating of 3 here because it has nothing to do with the doctor, who from most accounts here is, apparently, quite excellent.

Called them to check-in for appointment, receptionist was not even interested in taking future appointments as if doctor is not available for next 2 years. I am not sure how this doctor is but he should definitely check the people that are working for him. Extremely poor customer service experience!!

Fantastic Dr. He is thorough, and takes time to listen to his patients. Y do not feel like you are just another number. Be prepared to wait for your appointment, that attention he gives usually make him run late.
