Pendant les 2 appels, j'avais mis le téléphone sur intercom et mon chum a TOUT entendu. J'ai parlé à l'une des secrétaire, qui n'était pas celle concernée, et je lui ai demandé qu'elle dise à sa collègue de me faire des excuses, ce qu'elle n'a pas fait, après lui avoir laissé toute la journée pour le faire.
