Just very rude! Was seven minutes late and he accused me of putting him half hour behind and told me I’d have to book another appointment. But it was his rude manner that made me turn tale and leave. Won’t spend my time or money with such a rude person.

Procedure: Partial Nail Avulsion with Matrixectomy and Phenolization. Doctor Tolj was a total pro took the utmost care to ensure that I did not experience any pain or discomfort during my procedure. I was belittled by the female doctor at the door for arriving ten minutes early for my appointment (during covid). When I entered 10 minutes later I spoke with Dan and he justified her behaviour because I was ten minutes early. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone I was told to knock on the door at my appointment time, nothing more!!If it was so important for me to arrive at the exact time of my appointment they should’ve specified that over the phone. I was early that’s my bad but the attitude from her was uncalled for. Anyway I walked out and will not be returning.
