Had an emergency issue with my eye. Called the office and was able to get an appointment the same day. Was prescribed some drops and already feeling better. Will be going back in the summer for an eye exam.

Such a great experience at Dr.Coward and Associates. I was a new patient and was welcomed by every staff I saw. Information from the front staff, And Dr.Ricky was clear and very helpful. My eyes were quite dilated from my appointment so it was hard to see what frames looked nice and the ladies at the front dropped what they were doing to help me try them on and give me some feedback. Dr. Ricky took the time to explain everything going on, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. He was very empathetic to my feelings both medical and non-medical. With being new to the area, he was very personable and professional. I highly recommend this eye clinic for all your needs.

Showed up today for my appointment for my two children that I booked 1 year ago. Was told I didn't confirm my appointment; therefore my appointment was filled by another......Apparently, they called me a few times to confirm....but didn't leave a message?????? I have gone here for several years... and have always attended appointments...if I wasnt going to attend...I would CALL and cancel!!!! Completely screwed up issues re benefits...explained this and they still wanted me to accommodate them.....I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR OVER A YEAR! If people don't show charge them a fee...don't punish me because I didn't confirm a message that wasn't left!!!!Thanks for nothing!

I've been to a couple optometrists in this area in the past, but this is the only place where I've felt like they really care about my eye health. The doctor was very patient and explained exactly what the cause of my problems was and how to treat it. The glasses are also much higher quality than I've gotten in the past, though the price matches the quality.

Very pleasant and professional. Good Covid safety protocols. Minimal wait time. The optometrist took the time to explain everything thoroughly. No pressure to buy. My grandchildren go here too and are very happy with their treatment. An excellent choice for eye care for all ages.

This was our first appointment in years. I had to bring my 9 and 2 year old with me. My 2 year old was crazy and after a while, understandably, bored and they were all so great to help us and get us out in a timely manner. My 9 year-olds appointment was smooth and he was happy/not nervous. They were so polite and fun to deal with (I have a fear of things near my eye) and made it so easy. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them to any/everyone!

Dr Bruce Coward helped me a lot. I am now legally blind from a neurological disorder and my husband is in the military so we do not have a family doctor. He took the time to help me . He went above and beyond out of his way for me. He cares very deeply about his patients well being.

I was very impressed with their office and service. Their online booking system was super convenient. Also the text message reminders were really handy. The office was busy but the staff was really friendly and the doctors were very thorough and caring. Also I really liked the fact that they billed my insurance plan directly!

Although I really like Dr. Bruce Coward, if I could, I wouldn't leave 1 star for this review; however, I have to. My prescription was requested by another optical retailer as I needed replacement glasses FAST – damn dogs :-). After two weeks, my prescription was still not sent as requested; it was clear the initial request was ignored. When a follow up was completed by both myself and the ladies at IDesgns, my prescription was finally sent. No one should have to wait two weeks or even complete a second request for THEIR prescription. If anything, I would recommend that anyone looking for fashionable frames and dynamic delivery times make the trip across the road to IDesigns. From start to finish, the service and quality is hands down better and WAY more affordable..

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My husband went here for his eye exam and he was supposed to be referred to a specialist by the Doctor, well it is almost a year later and I called to follow up where the process was. We were waiting for the files to be sent from one clinic to theirs and they claim to have called him and he said not to worry about it anymore. They were also extremely rude to me on the phone about it when I was asking questions about it and we have never received any calls about it at all so I would suggest going to a different clinic where they will actually help you and be understanding!!
