Dr.Dodds is a wicked doctor. I am so blessed to be able to have him as my GP. He always listens and encourages conversation about your symptoms and available choices of medical solutions/assists, and maybe the Sunday football game. He's always willing to go the extra mile and Kate is an easy receptionist to talk to. It takes a little time to get through but that's understandable considering that one doctor alone, I think handles over 1000 PATIENTS!! I definitely would recommend this place if health connect didn't select your health team for you. 5/5 from me.

Nurse Practitioner Julie Sonier and staff member Tenille have been fantastic. Julie is kind, compassionate and is never dismissive. She refers to specialists or for testing when needed. I feel like I'm great hands with Julie.

Was given the results of a Pap smear I never had and had to argue it as it was ‘on my file’. If I have to argue with a medical team over things I know you haven’t done… what are you 1.) doing to justify your OHIP billing’s and 2.) keeping confidential information actually confidential. I dread these things and recall them all, and was talked down to about one I never had.

Dr Dodds is amazing! I am so thankful for him as my doctor. He is great with my kids too! He has great patient care, as well is knowledgeable! Goes above and beyond for his patients! I have had Dr Griffins cover for dr dodds and he is kind and compassionate as well. You can tell both doctors genuinely care about their patients.

My only issue with this clinic is that the secretaries want to know what you'll be discussing with the doctor. That's between me and my doctor. If they could just book the appointments I'd give a five star review

It's a sad time that we are in. People have serious health issues and absolutely nothing to do with this plandemic. My son has spent an enormous amount of time in emergency. Starting with a seizure 5 to 6 weeks ago continuing with numbness in face, arm and chest pains, dizzy spells. In telephone conversations weekly with Dr. Dodds and emergency visits in Belleville emergency two to three times a week finally yesterday hes being diagnosed with heart issues. Not being able to get in house care or even able to visit doctors offices is a joke. They sit back on the phone getting paid regardless and after taking the oath to help people it's all about the money. There has to be an honest doctor out there somewhere. Everyone knows by now doctors and nurses follow our corrupt government or speaking out can mean job loss. We are in dire times and many more people are losing the right to have good medical care. The doctors in emerg are being pushed to the max because all problems that are called in to physicians are being directed to them. It's time you doctors start doing your job and get off the friggin phone.
