I really like dr. Batra. She's patience but doesn't waste your time with lengthy appointments. She's willing to help you and figure things out with you. I've referred others to her and they are also very happy with how she operates.

Tried calling for new patient info several times their inbox is full and they can't even be bothered to clear it up to be able to receive messages. I don't understand how can people in such important service afford to be so lax, careless and unprofessional.

She is attentive, friendly and follows-up with on any issues. I particularly like how she takes time to ask about my concerns and does her best to alleviate them. Would highly recommend Dr. Batra.
