Dr Facy is A GOOD GP , we where more then surprised when we had to pay $150.00 for her to fill out a MTO form , seriously!! AND I truly wish that she had someone else then Mr Facy doing the secretary / receptionist duties. He is cold , impatient and somewhat condescending. almost has if patients time is less important then Doctor's time. the only reason I didnt give her a 5 is because of him and the wait time

Dr Facy is very thorough and knowledgeable and gives the patients time to be heard. As such, there may be a bit of a wait to see her sometimes, but I prefer that to the ‘in’n’out’ in 10 min method that some other doctors practice, irrespective of what issue the patient presents with, and how long of a discussion is necessary for the doctor to get all the information and be able to direct the patient to the right specialist and with the correct diagnosis. My family and I are lucky to have her as our family doctor.

Dr. Facy is a terrific family doctor. I have been seeing her for many years and have developed a very strong faith in her abilities and professionalism. Every time I go in with an issue she quickly and efficiently addresses my concerns with no sense of rushing. Once I went in with a broken elbow and she sent me to the best hospital for fractures where I received excellent care. I highly recommend her to everyone who is looking for a primary care physician.
