Dr.Rahim has been my doctor for more than 10 years. She is caring, attentive. She is quick to act and resolve the issue. She listens to you and try to find the best possible solution. Her team and receptionists are also great. They accommodate you with fastest appointments even though clinic is very busy. Her assistant Sheri is also very nice and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend Dr.Rahim and her entire team :)

Absolutely the best family Physician!! Dr Rahim, her PA Shari and their reception staff are the best team. They’re so caring and warm and if there is anything that requires follow ups they’re so quick to refer and assist. I will never switch. They’re so kind and as accommodating as possible. Truly I feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful doctor along with Smart and amazing Shari this office is a gem!

Dr Rahim became my physician when I moved back to Toronto in 2005. Right from day 1 I found her warm,engaging and knowledgeable. If she wasn't an expert on an issue she would research it and get me the help I needed. Her practice has grown and includes an incredible, patient and friendly reception team who feel like friends. Not to mention her P.A Shari who could be Dr Rahim's twin when it comes to warmth, intelligence and skill. I never complain if they are behind schedule a few minutes because I know they are extending the same care to all their patients.

Dr R has been my family doctor since she started her practice. i feel very lucky to have her. she is kind, sympathetic, relatable. she has always done 100% right by me, and i’m grateful to be a patient. sometimes it’s difficult to get an appointment, but there’s many factors at play with how busy good family drs are. the NP Sherri, is phenomenal. they have helped me through many good and bad times, and i’m grateful she is my doctor.

No matter what you hear or read....T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E incompetent, uncaring and callous office staff who are rude, refuse to acknowledge your presence, return emails or phone calls requesting appointments and will tell you "If you're not satisfied, you can always get another physician." On her own, Dr Rahim is fine but, if visiting for the first (or any) time, avoid "doctor" McNally who apparently can't look you in the eye, take his eyes off of his computer while with you, doesn't answer questions, refuses to provide results of all of those specialist referrals he likes to collect fees for and actively avoids what any professional physician should do on first acquiring a new patient: provide a thorough physical and take a detailed history. Probably spends too much time on his privately owned Longbow Digital computer games company to care about medical patients. He is a travesty for patients with serious needs.
