Dr Verbeek is great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The office clerks aren’t so friendly, they are very rude and cold hearted. As a worried mother calling in to make an appointment about something concerning about her baby the last thing I want to hear is the clerk telling me not to call about “every little thing” especially when my last appointment with Dr.Verbeek was over 3 months ago and my child is only 5 months old. Not very pleased with the service offered here when the doctor specifically told me to call him when I had major concerns.

Dr. Verbeek, young Dr. Verbeek is an awesome Doctor. Very patient, knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen. He makes great suggestions and he knows what he is doing! We have been seeing Dr. Verbeek for over 3 years now. I can say with confidence you will be getting a great Doctor to help you with your child. Front Desk ladies are awesome, Cindy is always friendly and greets me with me a smile. When I call I am normally able to get my questions answered within reasonable time frame. He is the only one for the North so there may be a wait time but that wait time is worth it. The office is clean, the wait is never long considering the amount of patients he fits into his schedule and the bathrooms are always clean. We have to travel, so a bathroom when you get there is always a blessing. Thank you to everyone in the office.

No Way

Made me wait for over an hour in an empty waiting room, with a baby. No other patients there. He was doing paperwork that I guess just COULD NOT wait! No apologies, no "Dr will be right with you" nothing. Never, ever again.
