Very friendly, though could be more when it comes to booking appointments. I struggle with lots of health issues and regularly need to schedule appointments so kind of upsetting when you have to wait 2 months or more. Or you have to wait and hope someone cancels.

I do not recommend Dr. Carla Dubois, she will treat you as a drug seeker. I submitted paperwork for stdp (of which I completed 90%) she did not submit the completed forms to my benefit provider in a timely manner resulting in non-payment for the period i was off work. They still expect me to pay $140 for having the forms done!

If I could give a zero i would, rudest front staff, and Dr. Garon made many mistakes and misdiagnosis. Beyond Horrible Doctor. Most are very rude.

unfortunately we showed up at 1:36 for a 1:30 appointment to get shots for our baby. at 1:42 we were told we completely missed our appointment and they'd have to reschedule because they "run a tight schedule", but what about those 6 min we just waited around? frustrating since our last appointment was rescheduled 3 times and we waited 20 min. Unreasonable and a little unbelievable.

The Dr I had was fresh out of school; he'd rather argue your medical history than listen to your health needs. Very condescending. Not only was it later found that he put the wrong patient's info in my file, resulting in an argument regarding MY medical history and him eventually dismissing me from the clinic, but he insists that he later apologized for his error, and blamed it on a staff member mixing up patient info. Worst healthcare I have ever received!

Dr. Shack at the the Aurora Family Clinic is wonderful. We need more Doctors like him. Re: Comments about wait times for an appointment. This is a problem throughout Northwestern Ontario. My son in another community tried to make an appointment with his Doctor in Fort Frances and the soonest he could get one is 10 weeks from now.

Worse 2 married couple I've ever met as doctors... staff will lie.. dr will lie.. worse experience I've ever had with a doctor... also very condescending!!! Luckily I found a new doctor!!!

I have been a patient here with Dr.Agostino since the clinic opened, I have absolutely nothing bad to say. The front desk is always friendly, I never have to wait more than a week or two see my dr, and if I’m in a pinch they have many walk in clinics that are offered throughout the week with the other doctors from the clinic. Fast, on time and always friendly!

By far the worst health care clinic in Thunder Bay. The receptionists are beyond rude and the care is far below what should be acceptable. You will wait months for appointments for them to cancel hours before hand. They will tell you they will call and reschedule your appointments and they never will. If you need any referals don't hold your breath. They wont get sent out and when you ask for them to follow up, they wont. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT register as a new client here. if you already are a client, get out fast.
