Clean office. Spacious. The nurse there who weighs our baby is kind and informative. The front desk staff are polite and have always been friendly. The wait times are normal; yes, they're long, but that's all around the country with our healthcare. My doctor, Dr.Brian Siu, has answered most of my concerns and treated us promptly. Also, because of him, we were able to spead up our fertility treatments and have our amazing little boy. I can't thank him enough. The other doctors I've seen there via the clinic have been kind.

Dealing with Dr. Prodger & staff: Very rude & unprofessional service. I was rescheduled multiple times. The day of the appointment, 20mins prior we called to confirm it was still on. It was. Twenty minutes after the scheduled appointment time, I get told he has left the office for the day. This place is a joke, would not recommend.

Dr. Blanchard is amazing. I am not rushed. Works well with other specialists that I use. The technology they use there to research medications I mention and how they cross coordinate and take the time to look things up. They know me well and reception always treats me well. I feel welcome.

Dr Siu never stays long enough to listen. The ladies at the desk are rude. As well they're walk in clinic is only open certain hours and days. They will charge you if you go to another walk in clinic.

Great Doctors and friendly Staff Great clinic. Wait times are never too excessive. Have gone here for about a year now Dr Qamar Ali is our Doctor and he is very friendly and professional. The receptionist/assistant is also helpful and friendly. for anyone that needs fast care I would highly recommend this walk in clinic.

Dr. Prodger is to be commended for his professionalism, accommodating requests and attentiveness to my family’s healthcare needs. In times of scarcity to find a great physician, we were fortunate to become his patients. I appreciate his promptness in addressing the issues with the one particular receptionist. There is an obvious and noticeable improvement in the behaviour of the office staff. I was surprised by the personable, friendly, competent and receptive attitude in which they responded to my phone calls. I am most grateful for the positive interaction and thank you all for your service.

Total unprofessional clinic receptionist and DRS. Dr. Blanchard refused multiple times requests for specialist. Caused extensive damage to my ankle and refused to refer me to specialist for internal bleeding. Receptionist yelled at me to call Service Ontario to update a phone number when it was closed. Dr. Blanchard refused to listen to tape of abusive receptionist. Avoid this clinic at all costs.

Dr. Zuliani has been my doctor for over 35 years. I cannot say enough about this man. I was taken to him at a time when little was known about the treatment of agoraphobia and anxiety disorder. He diagnosed me and set me on a path back to a life outside my house. I love that he teaches and brings medical students into his practice. I love that he still studies and continues to learn. Getting through on the phone lines yeah right ? Im a family of 5 booking an appt is near impossible takes days for anyone to answer . Finally when you get someone to answer there so quick to throw you off the phone . They dont seem to caring and tell you to go to emergency even if its not an emergency medical situation . I find the dr here doesnt take us seriously there isn't very much compassion i find he has to read his screen to remmeber who we are. I could honestly go on gor ever but ill stop here . Currently searching for a new dr. Would not recommend

they have best doctors and the old Reception lady was so friendly and helpful but the new Reception lady is very unprofessional and impatient, almost rude!! Would not go to see her !!!i just asked her my question and she made me feel so bad .she just dont want to work with me. please do something if the receptionist is not nice to patients that leaves a bad remark on clinic.

Terrible place! I would give negative stars if I could, reception is rude and unhelpful, you have to wait weeks before you talk to your doctor and when you finally talk to one they just refer you to another doctor and you have to wait another 2 weeks. Avoid at all costs.

Doctor seems ok but long wait times and followup service is not good. However the receptionist(s) are EXTREMEMLY rude and unprofessional!! I see Im not the only one that has experienced this. I have even had them hang up the phone on you! Due to this reason I would never go back here. There are many young people looking for jobs that can provide an excellent and caring professional service and this receptionist should NOT be working here. Atrocious!

Dr. Siu is an absolute joke. He is more concerned with flirting with the women at the front desk than dealing with a patient. Can't walk, eat or have proper bowl movements. " That's life, it's normal" He is a total disgrace to Thorold and actual Doctors that care about their patients. I would rate this at -10 stars and call him a fall down. Yet was he ever really up? My "favourite" time was when I waited a year to go to his wife's office. He forgot to book the referral. Wife's office " You are messed up, but you don't have Parkinson's, We can't help you" Dr Siu" Oh well"

So disappointed with this clinic! My father needs a family doctor and I was told new physicians were coming to Thorold. I went in APRIL and added his name to the list. I tried calling a few times June/July no response, I was speaking to a gentleman last night who indicated after coming to the country in July his family of 6 were accepted my father has lived in the area 55 years! I spoke to different people at the office and no return call was received. Absolutely disgusting!
