Here's a list of things I have never successfully done with this team. 1- book a follow up 2- call them 3- have my concerns adressed 4- did I mention "call them"? 5- recieve an email 6- you seriously can't even call them

Ive been going here for a while now, Dr. Alexander is very kind and excellent and ive had very good luck with therapy here as well. They are Lgbt+ friendly too!

Honestly the woman at the front desk are rude. And condescending. Heard them talking about another patient that was in earlier in the day. Wasnt pleasant nor professional.

A cancer diagnosis went completely missed for months if not years based on their doctor’s negligent behaviour. More concerned with costs than with care.
