just now I received, 3 hours before the yesterday still by the practice staff confirmed appointment with Dr. stanley M. Jacobson of Downtown dental a quite unfriendly call that Dr. stanley M. Jacobson informs that he cancels the appointment with me for today and will not treat me. The whole thing without reason although I have asked the reason to understand what that is. When I asked two times politely for the reason for the short-term cancellation, the phone was hung up. There is no apparent reason from my side to treat a patient and paying customer so unfriendly and unreliable. Is it possible that the man has something against people who were not born in Canada? I can only advise everyone to be very careful with this man and the Downtown Dental company. Frank Eckhardt
