Horrible wait times, many staff are inattentive, insensitive and rude... no call option for wait times, which is ridiculous... if you're waiting 9 hours you should be allowed to go somewhere and they can call you

Had the same 8 people waiting with me for 5 hours and not one person got in. Wait time went from2-3 hours to 5-6 with only 1 extra person added to the list
