This was my first time going to this office. The staff was very nice, polite and made you feel welcome. The exam was very thorough and she had no problem answering any of my questions. The office itself was very clean and they had a nice selection of frames and sunglasses. I will definitely be going back for my next exam.

Dr. Kelly Bowes was excellent and very thorough. I hadn't had my eyes examined in 3 years (do not recommend waiting that long) and I felt her examination was extremely detailed. She was very friendly and made great conversation. She made some important recommendations after I explained some issues I was experiencing. Kim was also a pleasure to work with. She offered advice on frames, lenses and coatings that suited my needs. She also gave me the space and time I needed to make the right frame choice. They had a great selection of frames and many designer brands. Kim is very knowledgeable and recommended lenses that at first I was unsure of because of the strength of my prescription. She ensured that my frame choice would hide any thickness issues and she was right!!! I picked up my glasses about a week after I had ordered them which was great. After a quick fitting I was on my way. In my opinion the pricing for frames and lenses is very fair and affordable. A friend initially referred me to Dr. Bowes and after seeing the 4.9 Google rating I was pretty convinced I would have a great experience. I gladly give this establishment a 5 star rating and would recommend them anyone.

Last summer I got struck in the eye with a spruce bough... Dr Stetson took me in first thing the next morning after me putting in a miserable night, and she got me fixed up immediately and sent me home with treatment... Awesome service, experienced, kind and considerate... A+ experience !

What a great experience! First time visit. Appointment booked and confirmed. Friendly welcome and quickly into the testing and exam process. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I am a Type-1 Diabetic for more than 35 years. Dr. Kelly Bowes took the time to explain the complications and why certain treatments are needed. It certainly helps to better understand the process. Great detail along with friendly banter. Thank you Kelly. I will be back to see Kim to look at new frames. Thanks again for a great experience!!
