Went to Centennial Honda today, looking for a hatchback/small sedan and a midsize SUV....walked in with my Dad around 11am. We could hear lots of voices so we walked in their direction, past an office with 2 men, both of whom looked up at us for a moment and carried on with whatever they were doing. In the large main area of the building, there was a group of approximately 12 people standing in a circle while a German Shepherd was doing some kind of trick or whatever. We hung back for a minute (at least 3 of said people noticed us......and continued to ignore us), and then my Dad walked closer to the circle of people, in hopes of some acknowledgement, but I guess since neither of us had neither four legs or fur, that didn't happen. The circle of adults then dispersed and WALKED AWAY from the area and us. Not one person, NOT ONE said ONE WORD to either of us!!!! NOT. ONE. WORD. Not even a smile, eye contact or anything. Absolutely the WORST first impression I've had in my whole life. Now I completely understand why your lot was full of cars and the Toyota and Hyundai dealerships we went to were not. But their service was absolutely stellar.....you get one star because there is no option for no stars. Honestly, with what I saw, you should get negative stars. Congratulations on losing 2 potential sales in less than 5 minutes and providing the worst customer service EVER.

My last experience was changing out my Winter tires. It was explained to me in in a sincere and respectful manner by the Service Manager. That the mechanics notice the that four lug nuts were swollen and replaced them. Which I am so thankful, because if I need to change out a tire I will not have any issues with the lug nuts. But the real the icing on the cake is a free wash for my van. I really love this part of their customer service. I highly recommended in going to Centennial Honda for service to my friends.

The Service at Centennial has always been first rate and well deserving of five stars. I come from out of town and they are warm and welcoming and often have a requested loaner. There estimate of finish time is usually spot on. I highly recommend Centennial Honda. This is our third CRV and we love this particular model.

Very kind, my father took my car in as I was called into work. They gave him a car to use while they were working on mine (after I had said I don't need one). Honda ensured my car was clean (inside was left how I left it) but the exterior was washed before returning the car to my father. They called to confirm my address and discuss what was being done with my car. Very happy! Also had to cancel my original appt due to a storm and that was not an issue (with only a half hour notice). They were quick to rebook me the next week at the same time (which was the appt my father took the car to)! He was very pleased as well!

Just bought a pre owned vehicle from Jake at Centennial Honda and I couldn't be happier. Fast, friendly and professional service the entire time. I came in on a Tuesday, picked a vehicle by Wednesday, and picked it up Thursday morning. I've never had such fast turnaround time to actually get the car from any dealership before. I have been a leased vehicle in this dealership last 2016, but I was traded when I change to a new one at the other dealer. Very awesome experience every time I had a maintenance on my leased car. A long ago when I comeback, I had been experienced too long to wait to change tire of my vehicle for 2hours maybe because I did not own honda vehicle at all. My vehicle model is incorrect in my receipts, my last name is incorrect spelling, staffs in the service are not really customer friendly except in the showroom area. Never again to book for change tire of my vehicle at centennial honda summerside.

It’s the reason between myself and my wife we are on our 6th new Honda purchase. Honesty, integrity and a true caring approach to the person behind the the purchase, has been what sets them apart. Anyone can run numbers and get you a good deal, but the staff here make you feel like family. I don’t ever see myself buying a car anywhere else. I have never had a better support experience with any product. My 2016 CR-V was the first brand new car I bought. it has been driving reliably for the first 175,000 kms. One day the car suddenly broke down on the side of the road. After taking it to a mechanic they discovered a problem with the crankshaft. I called Ernie at Honda Summerside and told him what happened. From that point on, he did all of the advocating for me. We were both surprised as neither of us could find any kind of history of the like for this model car. I had it towed to Honda Summerside and he negotiated with Honda Canada to limit my diagnostic fee to just a few hours labour (compared to the around 10 it took to take apart the engine to find the cause). Once apart, they found that the crankshaft bearing was the cause, but there was no oil issue with it. They reviewed with Honda Canada and Ernie negotiated a full small block replacement at no extra cost from the few hours labour! And they covered me with a loaner car. Even though the car was out of km warranty, they agreed with Ernie that the bearing should not have suffered distress this early and came good for their product. I had a ~$10,000 engine refresh for a few hundred bucks, the car has been back with me for around 3 months and runs just as well as when I first bought it. I was nervous about buying new for the first time as you can't always tell what issues are common with that particular model for a few years, but Honda Summerside has made me want my next vehicle from them. What could have been a nightmare experience was barely an inconvenience and took little effort from me to rectify.

Went to Centennial Honda looking to buy a 2017 nissan altima that was on auto trader. When i got there found out from the general manager that it was in Charlotetown and he was wondering if i would like to try something else. I told him I would be back in a couple of days to take a test drive on the car I would later buy. 2017 honda civic. I am enjoying my new civic even though there is no cd player. The experience at Centennial Honda is the exact same every time, friendly and professional. From asking me if I'd like a drive anywhere, or need a vehicle, to advising me on what my car needs from their observance, and in this case with winter prep it was a wiper I needed, and giving the final touch with a professional wash.....I leave the premises with the same gorgeous look as the day I bought it and drove it off the lot. This service was especially excellent this trip in because I needed to have my Bluetooth reconnected as my cell phone had suffered a glitch and needed to be put back to factory setting, which totally put everything out of whack in the car setting, but the Service Manager, took the time, was very patient with it, and friendly. He also set my car to 911, and I feel safe and secure knowing I'll be taken care of in an emergency. Can't get any better than this my fellow shoppers!

After having such a frustrating and terrible experience with Capital Honda in Charlottetown, I decided to go up to Summerside. Summerside is an hour away from me and it’s definitely worth the drive! My salesperson Al MacIntyre was phenomenal! He gave my whole first time buying a brand new car experience a great one. He gave me options whenever what I wanted wasn’t available.
