Nothing good to say here. Well if you consider almost good enough, and a series of double talk and misdirection a part of a good experience...then I had an excellent stellar superior experience with these guys. I just love the way my car turned out.. :( Unfortunately, this was not the case, worst auto-body repair experience I have ever had done to my vehicle. I will never return to let this crew at my car again.....in fact I won't be bringing my Motorcycle back for service at Centennial motorcycle division, nor will I ever buy anything from any Centennial owned business on PEI again. Poor quality workmanship, poor quality explanation of work to be performed and no contact with me while they found more serious damage, and didn't fill me in on this until after the fact...then tried to pass it off and misdirect the actual findings when I went back and said something was not right with my vehicle. Off Island will be benefiting from this ....Centennial Auto Group and Summerside Centennial (all divisions) will never see a thin dime from me ever again. Once a valued customer, now a disappointed former customer. I will be sure to tell all my friends about my experience with this ilk

First off, Zach is the greatest customer service person I have dealt with in a long time. I was upset about the damage done to my car and called Carstar immediately to ask if I could get an estimate done. He was so compassionate and told me to bring it in first thing next day and he would write one up for me. He dealt with my insurance company and ensured that I had a nice rental (with snow tires) and also there was a snowbrush in the car! Details are important! I picked up my car today and it was perfect, good as new. And as a bonus, they detailed inside and out! Customer service is sadly lacking these days but certainly not at Carstar Summerside!

Excellent Job, with top notch Customer Service. My Vehicle had lots of damage to to a Rodent inside. They were very thorough to figure out where the animal was coming in, and to make sure they replaced all the damaged parts. Getting into a rental was a super easy process as well.
