Oops - Trash trash Trash loss of money and waste of time I purchased a battery for my Samsung Galaxy S4, it died out in two hours after fully charged. I went again he gave me other one, but got the same result. He is not returning it back . He is selling used batteries at the cost of new. Never go there for any type of purchase.

Brought in my 2015 MacBook Air as it was having issues with the battery. I was charged $50 for the removal of 8 screws, and a partial fix of the issue however then the computer had major wifi issues. I brought the computer in again to fix the wifi issues and asked them to troubleshoot the battery issue once more. The owner stated that the battery was unfixable and that it would cost over $100 to fix both the wifi and battery issues. I decided to independently order a P5 screwdriver from Amazon, removed the backing and simply unplugged and plugged the battery tab, in addition to an SMC reset and the battery and wifi issues were fixed. Although the workers are respectful , I feel there was a lack of effort to resolve the issue.

My phone's USB-C charging port had started to only charge at certain angles. I went in, he took a peek, and in less than an hour had fixed the broken traces and everything is now working as good as new! I especially appreciate that I was able to walk in and watch the work being done on my device. The downside is that the service is expensive, but with good reason since the expertise matched the price tag. 5 stars for doing good work, being amicable, and accommodating of my needs! EDIT: had to lower the rating because within a couple of months my phone experienced the same issue. I contacted them in that time while it was still under their three-month repair warranty, to no email response. No hard feelings though, since that was when the pandemic hit.

My Razer gaming headphones had a frayed connection and no one would look at them. I brought them into RepairTech RX and, although they had never attempted such a repair before, repaired the cord in two hours with wonderful success; The sound quality is as the day I bought them. I went there today, feeling pretty rotten because I just destroyed my iPhone screen to bits, but in less than 20 minutes, Junayd had fixed my screen, polished it up beautifully and applied another screen protector, all for $40 less than the "other guys" I had called around to and over 45 minutes quicker than others had quoted me. I would highly recommend RepairTech Rx to anyone needing anything fixed with their smart devices or computers or for tutorials to learn more about their operating system, etc. I will never go elsewhere for any of my device needs.

A few months ago I got my iPad screen replaced at RepairTech RX! They had my iPad for about a week, which is exactly what I was told when I brought it in. The price was also the exact same as what I was told prior to the screen being fixed, so there were no surprises! My screen looks 100% perfect, like nothing even happened to it. I also brought in my laptop due to the battery not charging, and I received awesome advise as how to move forward in ensuring my battery stays in a working manner! They did not charge me for this visit either, which was amazing! I will never go anywhere else to get my electronics fixed, I am so pleased :)

Does not use real OEM or ORIGINAL screens like advertised. Read other reviews. Other customers have had this issue. Should be considered FRAUD! Had a screen repaired a few months ago and started to ghost touch, saw another review and decided to look into it and saw that my screen was not original but a fake china copy! Funny how they try to get google to remove bad reviews. People should know that they are false advertising and not using ORIGINAL OEM screens!

Do not go here if you need your screen repaired. The ADVERTISING IS FALSE. They DO NOT USE OEM screens. They are cheap knock offs. Got an iPad screen repaired there. First thing I noticed is there is a visible grid that shows in certain light. First sign of a fake screen. I let it go cause the screen seemed to be working fine and was cheaper than buying a new iPad. Less than an hour later the home button on the new screen (the whole front panel gets replaced) was either not responsive or continually responding on it's own. Making the iPad completely unusable as it kept closing apps. Was also difficult to shut it down, cause it would take a screen shot instead! I took it back the same day. The repair gets done again. I literally sat there, in store, for 5-10 minutes trying the screen and home button. All seemed fine. I then left. Then the home button started showing the exact same issues very next time I went to use the iPad after leaving the store! I was upset! I e-mailed them since it was past their closing hours and complained. The only thing good about this exchange is that the owner came to the store after hours to give me my refund and put my old screen back on. The iPad was still working with the cracked screen. The problem is, when he put it back on, he left pieces of fluff and finger prints all on the inside of the screen, so now I have those issues as well as the cracks to be annoyed by till I replace my iPad. Was going to send the iPad to Apple, but can't now because of the extremely sloppy and careless way the screen was put back on. It's very obvious it's been tampered with. The funny thing is, I told him clearly that this was my plan before he put the old screen back on, so he basically sabotaged that for me. The owner was nice enough to take me in the back room and show me the panels he uses versus the real one that was originally from my iPad. The screens he uses are definitely fake as they are clearly missing some things that are on the original screen. You wouldn't know cause these missing things are behind the bezels. He incessantly tried to sell me on the idea that a piece of scotch tape would resolve the issue of the home button not working properly on his screens. I'm not kidding. This really happened. He was grasping at straws to keep my money. I really couldn't believe all this was happening. I had to ask for my refund and to put the original screen back on a few times. Very persistent I'll give him that. lol SMH One thing I can say, was that I do think there is the slight possibility that he didn't know he had fake screens, and I might have been the 1st person to point out the cheap looking grid and to have issues with the home button, but I doubt it. You can tell just by a quick look at the back of the panels that they are not the same. Any tech person would certainly notice. Pretty sure he just buys bulk shipments of these cheap fake screens from a source such as an Aliexpress seller. This experience completely turned me off from getting screen repairs. It's better just to go buy a new tablet. Reply to Owner: What does posting the review late have to do with anything? You CANNOT deny that this is the truth. YOU DO USE FAKE SCREENS. They are NOT OEM. YOUR ADVERTISING IS FALSE! You kept pressing the issue about wanting to try a piece of scotch tape to fix the problem. How do we know the other reviewers didn't write their reviews right after their repair, experienced similar problems later and just not bothered to come back and edit their post? People get busy just like I did. I was just mindful of wanting to tell the truth when I had time. I saw with my own eyes a lady not even turn on her phone to check her repaired screen, pay, and just walk out the store. Some people just aren't thorough and/or just take their losses. Legitimacy of the other reviews? Questionable. Anyways, good luck with your business, and I hope you get your screen issues figured out, actually get your hands on OEM screens, and actually provide the parts you advertise as well as good customer service.

Only person in Sudbury that is able to do it. He even stayed afterhours on a Saturday to fix it! Fairly priced, and amazing customer service. Had the battery replaced in my 4 year old Samsung Galaxy 7S since it was not holding a charge. Sent a deposit to order the battery and made arrangements to get it changed. Three hour turn-around and the phone was done. It took about 4 use/charge cycles to fully get the battery working and it's now lasting 48 hours between charges, just like it did for the first 3 years of ownership. Reasonable price with professional service.

Most of the time I fix a lot of my gadgets on my own. Due to lack of time I thought I’d try Repair Tech RX out. I thought our older iPad mini was a lost cause and would cost more than what’s its worth to repair. Chase deemed it probably the biggest butcher job for warranty work he has ever seen! The iPad was fix in no time, but had abit of a problem with it, everything was fixed, but it wasn’t charging. I took the iPad back and voiced my problems. Chased without a problem took it in and fixed the problem with a few hours. With the amazing repair to the iPad, I thought I’d have my phone looked at because I was having trouble with the mic and speaker. As most of us, my phone is my life line and I don’t like anyone touching it. Chase not only let me watch the repair, but had it done within 20min. I’ll never bring my devices anywhere else, customer service is on point, and prices are competitive, I’d recommend Repair Tech RX to anyone and everyone!
