I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Rasheed and his staff since they opened the practice. The staff, service, and prices are all excellent. Recently my 6 week old puppy fractured her toe and needed a splint. She was well taken care of with lots of love and attention while she waited for x-ray results and to have a splint put on. My pets have all been transferred to Notre Dame Animal Hospital.

I took my cat here when I initially adopted him years ago to be fixed. They did not make me feel pressured and they took really good care of my him. Yesterday I had to make the hardest choice to put my cat down.They did an exam and explained to me (through my ugly crying) my options. The staff were amazing, they were so kind to me and my cat and made the terrible process a little easier. For the initial exam they took him in alone, when I walked in after they had his name on the door with a heart. It seems so silly but the little things go a long way. They were very affordable and explained all costs at every step.

Dr. Rasheed knows what he's talking about. He is very knowledgeable and honest. Will not mess around and will tell you straight up all the possible treatments but will ALWAYS refer you to the method that fits you financial needs. The assistant's as well are very friendly and helpful in almost every single aspect of you and your pets needs. As well Dr. R, is also very respectable of other hospitals in the area. Peace and love to this clinic in Sudbury.... Open 7 days a week too very helpful when you love your pet and something minor that doesn't require surgery happens on a Sunday you dont have to worry and call the vet emergency numbers.

The vet here does not try to rip you off. He is very good at his job and informs you about anything he is going to do. I noticed he does not ‘push’ you to buy shots or medications. Great guy!

Great staff, great vet, great service. They are very understanding and loving towards my pets that I bring to them. They thoroughly check your pet, cat and dog alike as I have both and are very, very gentle with our pets. They were especially gentle with our anxious senior cat. They do not push medication or drugs on you, they do not treat you like you abuse your pet. They are pretty much the exact opposite of other veterenarians in Sudbury; they aren't scammers and abusers like them. These guys are amazing.

Great experience. I have my vet on LaSalle but I was late getting my pup her shots.i didnt want to risk her hetting sick, so I call her vet an they were closed. So I called Notre Dame A.H. luckly they had a spot an took her in. She did great, the vet help her relax with his staff cuz she's sensitive and very aware of the needles.

Good place. Very clinical and matter of fact like. I think a little more compassion or sympathy would have been nice but they got the job done. It was my first visit with my geriatric cat. They accommodated me very quickly. The doctor was good but there is not much to be done for my poor old girl. I hope they will be able to give me something to ease her pain because I imagine she is in pain but hiding it very well. We shall see.

I had a horrible experience with Notre Dame. Brought my cat to get spayed and they made me spend over 300$ in apointments and bloodwork because she wasnt at the "proper weight" to apparently go through the surgery and would have died, this didint seem right to me.. so I brought her to ******** animal hospital for a second opinion. They did bloodwork to confirm if anything was wrong, asked for Notre Dames vet paperwork to be faxed over and as I assumed she was perfectly fine. I'd avoid this place.

If I could give negative starts I would. This male Pakistan vet misdiagnosed my dog for kennel cough, gave her the wrong medication. Got very upset once my dog got worst and I called emergency care as he was not answering. Then told me he would refund me so I can go elsewhere. Once my mother returned, already distraught from our I'll dog him and the receptionist both started guilt tripping my mother, telling her it's all her fault then threatening to call the city for animal neglect. This clinic is not professional and should not even be licensed. I would NOT trust or put my animals health in their hands at all.

Longtime client of 4 years. Dog has severe allergies and requires medication and special food to live a normal healthy life. I have recently been subjected to rude and unprofessional business dealings with the receptionist Jennifer. Dr. Rasheed has been requested to speak to me 3x. I have not heard from him directly. I am being overcharged, refused medicine, etc. The receptionist has just terminated my file and will not answer any questions or concerns or make arrangements with me. The clinic is doing illegal things and getting reported. I do not recommend this clinic for animals or people. I take back my previous 5 star review. I am appalled by the service and the neglect my animal has experienced.

Very positive experience bringing my 2 furbabies to this vet. Both went in happy and came out same way even though they were both vaccinated. Not traumatized at all. Dr. Rasheed and staff were wonderful! Paperwork got a little mixed up but as soon as I let them know they rectified the situation immediately. Definitet y retract my comments. . My dog was attached by another. Wanted $300 just to walk in! Tried to make appt for 3 days later...still wanted me to pay $300 just to walk in.

The receptionist was wonderful. The gentleman vet was condescending and rude. His mind was made before ever seeing my dog.. I wanted a closer vet to take my dog to. Looks like the taxi fare is worth getting to quality and properly informative care. Do not recommend as is.

Adopted a new cat from the city. He is great. We brought him to Notre Dame Animal Hospital because this is who does the spay/neuters for the city. Everyone was friendly and they treated my cat very well. He was back on his feet by the end of the day and recovered quite quickly. Looked like very tidy work and they sent him home with some meds for any pain. They called me when they were done to let me know how he was doing and give me the results of the blood test I ordered. I have no reason not to give five stars except for they are not Baxter animal hospital where I normally take my pets. Great work Notre Dame Animal Hospital.

I just got back from there for the first time and I'm amazed at how affordable they were and how incredible the staff were. The young woman at the front is so kind and calms you down if your nervous like I was. She understands dogs and did great with my grumpy boy. The vet there is very thorough, listens very well to your concerns. He also just tells you the facts. Hes not pushing procedures, he just tells you what's up, what our options are, including just wait and see not test for more money. Meds are super cheap in my experience. I highly recommend and will never go to another vet.
