Brought our car in for a total cleaning inside and out. Compared to the last place we took it, they were ten times better! Everything was spotless. I especially appreciated a phone call to inform us of possible extra charges due to pet hair cleaning. They were also super fast!

Update: I was contacted by the shop manager who was very professional and understanding. Although my busy schedule doesn't allow me the time to return with my vehicle, I'm very impressed with their willingness to help and overall professionalism. Had my 2015 Sierra cleaned here. Anyone I spoke to was friendly and professional, however upon picking my truck up, I was disappointed with the quality of work. While the interior is very clean, most of my carpeting in the truck was left DRENCHED. I was expecting the interior to be damp, with a little condensation on the windshield overnight, but I had actual water drops running down my windshield the morning after. I pulled my floor mats out to find that the carpet was almost soggy. The exterior detailing job was typical of what you would find at a used car dealership. I had wax left on my chrome grille bezel, bugs were waxed over, my chrome bumpers never received a thorough cleaning with water spots and most of the bugs from last weekend's trip to camp still remaining. I thought at first my clear coat was burnt from the polisher/buffer that may or may not have been used, however upon closer inspection I had tire and trim dressing everywhere on the truck. I wouldn't recommend Dr Clean to anyone who has any detailing experience of their own, and that take pride of ownership in a vehicle, seek the services of professional automotive detailers in that case, as the results will be to that of a higher standard. For those that simply want a clean car but are not meticulous, I'm sure you'd be happy with the work here. Focusing on the positives however, I did get a wax and a shampoo, my truck is waxed, interior is shampoo'd and very clean.

My 1 year old spilled some milk on the back seat of my car under his car seat, so I booked an appt to get the smell out. I was told on the phone I'd have to book a package which also included interior detailing. That was fine with me. I showed up for my appt (I'd like to point out that it's very unclear where to go in.. luckily someone was outside for me to ask where to go). The guy assured me that the smell could be taken away no problem. So a few hours later I pick up my car and it smelled strongly of cleaners but I was ok with that because the milk smell was gone. They said they used a degreaser and a pink solution. Well a week went by and with the warm weather the smell came back! I emailed to see what could be done and they said they could try again and just focus on the smell but for a fee. I emailed back asking how much and what they would be doing differently this time and it has been almost 2 weeks. No reply. So I will not be going back and would not recommend this place at all. I do a better job detailing myself. Wish they could've had better customer service or fixed my initial issue of the smell. Almost $200 later and nothing has been done. Disappointed.

We brought our vehicle there yesterday and they did a great job. The vehicle looked good and smelled good. It was extremely dirty after the winter and two dogs. The staff were excellent to deal with. I would recommend. I will be back in the future.

The facts are the facts AVOID this company like covid19 #SayNoToManipulation also dont leave money in your vehicles for the doctor clean staff and the manager of the vehicle detailing actually encourages the employees to vacuum the entire car without first making sure that all change is removed from the vehicle to be placed back after the detailing the management allows the employees to vacuum all the money out of the vehicle and return the vehicle with the owners money still in the vacuum so if you want your vehicles money to be gone missing or coffee chain stolen I would not recommend getting your vehicle cleaned from this company
