I am a patient of Dr. Kristelle Chueng. I had an exceptionally good experience with her replacement while she was on materinity leave. Howeven on her return I received "ZERO" service. I was sent for an MRI to search for a possible brain tumer, results where sent to her within 2 days, after 10 days I called for results and told the Dr. had not yet reviewed them, I asked that results be forwarded to my family Dr. (this was never done). My family Dr. requested information from Stratford Hospital and received information right away, and then gave me results (1 week after requesting MRI reports). It took Dr. Chueng office 45 days to call and request me to attend an appointment in their office 4 weeks from then. Her idea of service was to have me wait 75 days for information. Information I received within a week from my family Dr. contacting the hospital. I find this total lack of service completly disrespectful. I tried 3 times to get access to information from her office and got nothing. ZERO I only wish her matrinity replacement was able to finish my file.

If you are suffering from tinnitus do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. She will offer you nothing you get a hearing test then go into her office she asks you questions and that's it I don't think she even reviewed my imaging. She also had no personality. If you have palsatile tinnitus try and get a referral to another doctor in Toronto where they actively know something

Dr. Chueng did surgery on my 5 year old son. She was absolutely amazing in before visits at her office, before surgery in the hospital, and post surgery! My son loved her! I would highly recommend her!

Honestly had to put 1 star or else I couldn’t do this but it 100% deserved a no star rating. Zero personal skills and just terrible in general. Waited 40 mins for her to say “it will just take time” then she stared at me until I left. Garbage. And just a bad person

I had read the reviews, just a couple of hours before my appointment ~ I was upset and nervous of the experience I may have. Dr. Chueng was very thorough, polite and professional. She explained everything to me step by step and reassured me. I was very pleased with her service.
