I do not Even want to give it 1 star....... Where to begin? Well for starters the desk staff are rude, ignorant, cold, and could truly care less about you, Anyone considering this DR. or the Dr office should really keep looking. In the 4 weeks I have called 4 times only to get told he is on vacation and the only other option is to go to the after hours clinic, which closes at 5pm, that is also run by Dr. brooks. Now if you are lucky enough To actually get an appointment between vacations, clear your schedual for the day my appointment was for 11:30 am and as I write this review it is now 12:22pm. So in closing, This Dr and his staff should find a new profession, no one hear cares, and it is not worth wasting your time with, Plz plz plz look for a better Dr, at least one that keep appointments and doesnt send you to the After hours clinic literally 9 times out of 10 which the clinic closes at 5pm so its hardly an after hours clinic!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Dr. Brooks has been my family doctor for years. Although I don't see him often, when I do he is always so personable and caring! I'm grateful to have Dr. Brooks as my MD:)
