Just tried calling in to the office since 10:30 and still haven’t got no answer. That is not very professional at all and I don’t encourage anybody to try to call out and expect to reach them

Dr Hutton himself I heard is an amazing doctor.However Bev(his receptionist) never awnsers her phone for patients,she should be fired immediately.As that is the whole point of her job which she doesn't seem to be doing? My child's epileptic mother has to walk in just to schedule an appt because they wont awnser the phone when she needs something as simple as a refill on her LIFE SAVING medication.She's not the only person that seems to be having this complaint either.
