How is anyone supposed to get in contact if the phone is constantly off the hook

HI I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DOCTOR BRIAN RAMJATTEN FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS, MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DOCTOR OVER ALL I HAVE TO SAY HE IS ONE OF THE BEST OK YES HE MIGHT SHOW UP LATE MOST OF THE TIME BUT THIS DOCTOR IS NOT ONLY HELPING ALL OF HIS PATIENTS AT THE CLINIC BUT WHAT PEOPLE DON'T NO HE ALSO SUPPORRS 3 WORLD COUNTRIES LIKE AFRICA BUILDING THEM SCHOOLS HELPING THESE PEOPLE OUT IN WHATEVER WAY HE CAN AND ON HIS OWNE DIME .SO I THINK THAT BEFORE PEOPLE JUDGE BECAUSE THE MAN IS A BIT LATE GETYOUR FACTS STRAIGHT

Dr. Rolfe has been my Dr for years and he is amazing. Always will to listen. and Janice his admin assistant is awesome and always accommodating.

Dr. Rolfe is an incredible doctor. I can't imagine seeing anyone else but the wait time is unbelievable. 2 to 3 hours most times and the last time my daughter went they forgot about her and she was there 5 hours and decided to leave. They never answer the phone. If they have one line they should seriously invest in 2 or 3.

I like the staff BUT 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 the line is either turned to busy or the automated message says they are closed. Its 1:45 pm..hours dont match ...

Dr.Imina does not seem to know his information. He seems like his medical training is not very good. never checks vitals. Went downhill since dr.button left...

Almost every time I call it's always an automated message saying they are on lunch or that they are closed for the day . Complete rubbish.. Gone down hill since Dr Button left.. Was taken of the only meds that helped me with pain.. even afterwards I have still yet to receive any attention for the chronic pain I have.. was told it's just inflammation and I still have not been given any medication..had to resort to buying pills off the street and getting meds off family members... No examinations done... seems like I need to start going somewhere else where patients are cared for.

Dr. Hart is amazing but I'm pretty sure the receptionists go in in the morning and take the phone off the hook for the rest of the day. Never able to get through!!

Accepted my appointment online and when I showed up I was greeted to a sign saying the clinic was closed for the next 10 days. Checked the online system, they are still accepting appointments for the days they are closed. Oh the joys of Newfoundlands Family Doctor crisis.

Dr Rolfe is great, but trying to make an appointment is impossible. All afternoon I’ve been getting an automated message “we are on lunch and will return at 1:30” (it’s now 3pm) and they switched the message to “we are now closed please call back 930 tomorrow morning” (closed 2 hours early)..... beyond frustrating

No one ever answers the phone. It changes from a fast busy signal during work hours, to an automated message informing me they are on lunch break, and then back to busy signal again after lunch. How does anyone make an appointment?
