Cannot get an appointment to see my own doctor. Haven't seen her in months. Staff always calling to cancel and reschedule appointments. Time to find another doctor I guess. Way to busy with double bookings to take time for their patients.

Amazing clinic, easy to get in, always on time, and the doctors really care about their patients. They also have evening & weekend clinics to work with anyone’s schedule.

Try to reach them on the phone. I get a recording saying they are open 9-4. It is 3:30. They tell me to go on line to schedule an appointment but the only possibility on line is a virtual appointment, and I need a real one. No information about how to renew prescriptions. They tell me their machine will not take messages. It tells me to have a nice day and hangs up. Seriously, folks? Always so receptive to your patients? Good grief. No email accepted either, of course. No way to reach them. Useless.

Dr. Lake & Dr. Walsh are by the best family doctors on the island! I can’t say enough positive things about theses doctors! I fell down and broke my arm and Dr. Lake called me after office hours to make sure I made out ok at the hospital. NL needs more family doctors like her! Forever and always my favourite doctor!
