MyHeath Center is basically a franchise like Tim Horton's, so I can only state that the Simcoe one was great and very accommodating to me after I booked through the app on my cellphone and received misguided information from it and the call centre. MyHealth App was useless and didn't even know the hours of the Simcoe location. The App is a call centre and they made my appointment an hour earlier than Simcoe even opens. I wasn't pleased, so needless to say I only call Simcoe directly. If you want to stay happy, I can't stress enough to Call Directly to whichever location you need to go to. The 1st thing to check is that you aren't receiving or calling a 1-800-#.
**Update** Privately owned or not. Your app is a complete failure that you shouldn't sugar coat. It should not have been released until properly working. Also, the location I went to in (Simcoe) accommodated me (disabled) that day by doing all 3 ultrasounds. I fasted all night and arrived at 630am to have to wait until 830am. I had bad spasms in my back 2 different times on the table, and dizziness on the 1st ultrasound from having to wait so long before eating. So 830am, 11am, and 320pm is when they all were completed. I live elsewhere, so it wasn't fun to be there from 630am until getting home at 5pm that day.
They communication from the call centre/app to Simcoe and myself was bad. If your going to run things from it, the right hand needs to know what the left hand is doing, and that includes having the proper information at hand for clients. **I worked in customer service in a high volume of customers and if we got it wrong, we would have become unemployed very quickly. * I'll stick to going in or calling directly to the location, until I give the app a possible try again say in a year. One thing you want, is returning clients, and the app/call centre is going lose those for you if you don't have the app streamlined to work in conjunction properly with the locations. *Either way, all the staff I encountered on site in Simcoe where phenomenal with me and the situation, so I give kudos to them for an excellent job !
Like any other service I use, whether it be a restaurant or other service, I stayed open minded about it and very rarely wouldn't give that business a second chance. The same goes for your app, but I'll be giving it another shot in a years time when I see what kind of service is given, and the reviews other leave between now and then.
- To the owner; Your site and staff in Simcoe are both very professional. I would hope the other locations are very similar. So I give you credit as well if that is the case. ✔????
*December 2020* - Had a visit last week to different location and the staff were cordial and quick and the waiting rooms were sanitized well. *Thanks frontliners !!
