I don't wish this on anyone but I wish a huge challenge to the whole team because it is unacceptable to leave a customer, a human like that. Well done to you "new team" ... (Original) La clinique n’a pas été capable de faire l’extraction d’une dent ( ce que je peux comprendre) mais après ça, ils m’ont menti à 3 reprises en me disant qu’ils avaient envoyé mon dossier ailleurs et à chaque fois j’ai appelé et il s’est avéré qu’ils n’avaient rien envoyé nulle part, ou simplement aucun suivi au vue de la gravité de la situation. Résultat: 2 mois de temps avec une Dent ouverte en 2 parties dans la bouche et c’est moi même qui ai trouvé un autre professionnel pour m’extraire la dent. Je ne souhaite cela à personne mais je souhaite une énorme remise en question de toute l’équipe car c’est inadmissible de laisser un client, un humain comme cela. Bravo à vous « nouvelle équipe « ...
