Very clean and new clinic! I’ve been several times and was always seen quickly and treated courteously by everyone from the receptionist to the doctors and pharmacist. I’ve seen 2 of the doctors here and they were both so kind and patient with me - unlike my family doctor who was curt and refused to see me for more than 1 issue at a time. I liked the service so much that I transferred my monthly prescriptions over. Highly reccomend!

Last Thursday we visited this small clinic just within walking distance from STC, the front desk reception girl is very nice to us, quick service with just a short waiting time. Dr. Suleiman is very professional, he cares about my kid and answers all my questions. The lady at the pharmacy was friendly too, she went around and picked up the counter medicine for me... Quite a nice experience!

I went with my friend for a checkup after he was having some cold/flu symptoms. The check-in process was very swift. The attendant was nice and courteous. The entire process from checking in, seeing the attendant, and finally seeing the doctor took only about 45 mins. I was very impressed with the service at this clinic. One of the few walk-in clinics that will actually see patients in person as opposed to a phone call (which they do offer). While the service was good (but very brief, they book in 5 minute intervals) and there was a bit of a wait time, I was surprised and concerned at the lack of social distancing and COVID screening. I am a HCP and I was surprised that upon check-in I wasn’t asked any screening questions. The clinic is very small as it shares its space with the pharmacy but I found that there wasn’t any space I could wait without being shoulder to shoulder or directly in front of someone. I also noticed that the waiting room chairs and the exam beds were not wiped with a disinfectant wipe between each patient. As a HCP these incidents concerned me.

After a really bad injury I visited the walk-in clinic and was really impressed with the short wait time and wonderful service and care given to my injury. The receptionist was helpful and quick in completing the paperwork necessary. Dr. Furmli was kind and very knowledgeable. Despite living in Ajax we prefer coming down to this clinic because of the optimal level of care that we receive. So thankful for this place and everyone that has helped me get better.

About 30 minutes total time, 25 min wait and 5 with the doc. Faily new clinic, quite small but luckily not crowded 40 minutes before closing time. Staff was nice and efficient. Doc was quick but professional. Got an xray req for a back injury. One thing, clinic is hard to find. Once you turn onto Town Centre drive, you can park on the street, pay park till 6pm Mon-Fri, or turn right onto impark. As you are facing the lights, keep walking straight along the building that has the optometrist sign, once you got to the end of the sidewalk, you'll see the clinic on your left. You can't see it from the main road because of the construction. Don't turn left at the lights, just walk straight along the building nr 70, then you'll reach nr 60.

I visited this place with my friend today, the clinic is small but absolutely perfect for urgent care. Firstly the girls at the reception were calm and awesome. Then the doctor named Dr.Ruan is a great man. Empathetic and knowledgeable. The pharmacy in the clinic is good and has almost everything you might need in case of emergency. Saw Dr.Waheed Khan. MD was attentive, calm and likes to explain what he's doing and why he's doing it. Also gives specific, detailed Meds and advice and why such meds are used. Receptionist was a young Filipina lady. Very nice person. Overall great experience.

My husband and I went to this clinic based on the reviews on google and we were highly disappointed. The nurse asked us a few questions before we saw the doctor and I asked her if my husband would be able to get blood work done at the clinic. Her response was: “Only a primary care doctor does blood work.” Afterwards we were seen by the doctor and it seemed like she was in a rush to get rid of us. She asked a few questions and gave us advice that I myself could’ve told my husband. An X-ray should’ve been done to figure out the problem but she said that an x-ray was not needed. Then later she asked my husband to get blood work done at the clinic which baffles us because the nurse said it was not done at the clinic. We waited for the blood work to be done...the nurse comes out and tells us that it cannot be done because the truck that picks up the blood won’t be there until tomorrow. In her own words she said tomorrow the blood will be considered useless to test. I don’t understand why the nurse would lie to us about blood work in the first place. The whole time there, I felt like everything was rushed. Such a waste of time. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism. Don’t waste your time here. From the reviews I read on google it seems like they were based on other doctors. The doctor we saw on August 9 was not up to our par. I feel bad giving a negative review but I don’t want anyone to go through the experience we went through today.

My wife and I was referred to this walk in clinic due to a skin infection I had. I only needed more anti-biotics and it was a lot easier than having to go to the EMERGENCY department at a hospital because we are from Wasaga Beach. The first visit for a refree literally took us 15-20 minutes to see the doctor and got our medication. The second visit was a minor surgical procedure, small dinky knife to cut open the abcess. Did it right there. Wait time plus medication was a mere 45 minutes as opposed to 5 hours at a hospital. The Doctor's name (second visit) is Dr. Waheed Khan MD, ABFM, however, there are 6 other doctors that treat there as well. I highly reccommend the clinic as the first and second doctor was very understanding, professional and most important quite down to earth! If only they had more funding so the clinic is able to have all 7 doctors treat at the same time, it only holds one or two patient rooms :)

I went to this place on May 19, 2021 and the nurse who did the Nitrogen treatment over sprayed the Nitrogen (almost for a minute) and burned me. I had 4 Nitrogen treatment before this at the same place with no issue but this last treatment made my life difficult as I cannot walk now and cannot go for work. After calling, the receptionist said the nurse has newly joined. Please be aware with new nurse or doctor.

I unfortunately fell ill and my family doctor is a bit too far for quick fixes. So I decided to go to Town Care. The clinic is a small one, but surprisingly a great one! All the staff are very friendly and the Doctor works through the patients very quickly. I've been here three times in the last three weeks and have never had to wait for longer than 20ish minutes. Real win for me since I really just wanted to be in bed. Once you check in with the receptionist, you meet with the nurse who asks some questions, then you sit back down and wait to see the doctor.

I am just ASTONISHED and SHOCKED that there are still real doctors here to help you. I found this clinic through google reviews and the 4+ stars do not fail you at all!!! My whole visit took me about 30 mins (went in right when they opened) and I was fortunate enough to have Dr.Khan look after my medical needs. He was so helpful and is quick to offer not one, but multiple solutions and is very connecting. Never have I felt so comfortable with a doctor on the first visit...ever. I would have to say it was just a surreal feeling because you can barely find a clinic with this level of professionalism that actually has a doctor that ACTUALLY wants to take care of your problem. This clinic and the staff deserves more than just a 5-Star review and I hope that the amount of satisfied patients keep on growing! Thank you for helping me!

Professional, experienced, and methodical. Dr. Khan is my savior for this new year. Not only did he take his time carefully treating and draining my ear infection, which was causing immense amounts of pain, but he also guided my throughout his procedure so I wasn't blindly getting needles stuck into my ear. Dr. Khan genuinely cares for my well-being and adjusted the amount of anesthetic to reduce the amount of pain I was feeling. Overall, if you meet him as you daily doctor, you're in good hands.

This place is awful. I am covered by Uhip and I would like to get hvp vaccine. When I was there yesterday, the lady told me I have to pay 200 dollars for one shot, I told her my uhip should cover part of the fee. She said no, Uhip doesn't cover Gardasil. Then today, I went to another walk in clinic called health-one for the same thing. They said Uhip covers Gardasil for sure. The coverage depends on what kind of the Uhip you have, and eventually I only paid 75 dollars for the shot, and 25 dollars injection fee. I feel like this place is not informative at all. When I questioned about my coverage and fee, they didn't even double check. I also talked to the girl at health -one today. She said a lot of places and people don't know how to bill Uhip, so they just charge you everything. Pls go to another clinic if you don't have Ohip. And avoid this place.

Overall great experience. When I came in receptionist quickly registered me and was seen by a nurse right away, it was not very long before I seen the doctor. When seen by the doctor, he was very nice and had clear communication. Took his time and assessed the situation. They have a in house pharmacy in which the pharmacist was again so nice and took time to answer any questions. Total time it took was about 40 mins from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Went for the first time yesterday and glad I did! I've encountered some pretty bad clinics in the past where patients are considered just a number and where the doctors don't spend the time necessary with their patients to listen to their concerns before rudely dismissing them. Had the opposite experience here! The receptionists greeted us upon our entry and were very welcoming detailing how to fill out the paperwork (normally we'd just be handed a clipboard with a form to fill out, no words exchanged), the office was spotless, the doctor introduced himself and took his time with us- super easy to get along with- not your typical rigid doctor who walks in and leaves as soon as he's done. He encouraged us to contact him should we have any further concerns (my son got his 4 months vaccination). An awesome, professional little clinic, we'll be sure to come back!

I removed a star for the place being too small, and removed another for the wait times. There are about 5 chairs kept very close together, not enough space for social distancing, and since they also do Covid-19 testing, there are obviously sick patients in close proximity that are potentially infected.. It is extremely important for a healthcare facility to have enough space for social distancing and to prevent healthy patients getting infected THERE..

We bought our little one to the clinic for vaccines and we did not have to wait for very long. The receptionist was very friendly and so was dr. Furmli. We like that the clinic is so close to Scarborough Town Centre. Our little one had gotten her vaccines done through this Clinic and the doctor was very diligent and gentle. Although this wasnt the closest walk in clinic to me I read the reviews on Google and decided to try this place out. I am glad I did and this is why: -the clinic was very clean -the receptionist provided excellent customer service. She was friendly and informative. She even said "Welcome" which nowadays you hardly ever hear staff say -there is a pharmacy next to the clinic that can fill your prescriptions immediately - Dr. Nag was incredibly thorough and has an amazing bedisde manner!!! Three negatives to this place: - difficulty finding the place - parking - the daylight savings time caused some confusion and the doctor was late which made for long wait times. Although this happened, the receptionist explained that the doctor was not in yet and was very apologetic. This incident is completely understandable as it was nice to be informed of the possible wait times. Based on the service I received I'd still give this clinic 5 stars and always make my way here, as it was well worth it!

Still struggling to find a family doctor since I moved to Toronto. I'm so happy to have found this clinic! I've visited a few times for various reasons. Always easy to make an appointment online, professional and helpful staff, quick in and out, overall great experiences. PS: There is a visitor parking lot on Town Center Court near the lights! Though the many "no parking/no visitor parking" signs all around it is very confusing and intimidating lol.

The doctors and nurse are very kind and nice. However, expect a very rude and opportunist receptionist. This is the issue, they called my wife and hung up the phone rudely because she could not understand her accent. I just needed a vaccination certificate, so I paid $250 for the formulary, 2 step vaccinations, lab exams and a medical consultation. 2 days later when I went back for getting the certificate, the receptionist wanted to charge $75 extra for every signature saying that I should pay a new consultation every day because it is a follow-up consultation hahaha ????. Really? c'mon this was not a consultation! It was just a signature certifying that I got my vaccines. Of course I am not going back to this place ever. She has to understand the difference between getting a certificate and getting a medical consultation, believe me the difference is huge! I am a doctor ????

The last time I went for a medical appointment at Town Care, I decided I would never come back. I take testosterone hormone replacement therapy (hrt) and various nurses have been drastically overdosing me, as evidenced by blood work results and unusually fast usage. On top of that, the nurses seem unaware of how to inject properly, as they usually hit a vein, drawing excessive blood. Nurses have brought me into the blood pressure station (3ft wide) to give me shots, despite my privacy concerns over having the pharmacist in plain view. I have also seen nurses open a band-aid and place it face down on the counter, raising hygiene concerns. Lastly, despite my showing them my new health card and advising them of a name change, they repeatedly called me by my old name. I don't know what to think of this place.

First time to write a review, I don't really have time for this but I feel this clinic deserves a 5 star rating or even more!!! At first I was skeptical, the place is very small but what I noticed it was very clean. . spotless!! I didn't felt like I was in a clinic. Julie, their receptionst greeted me with a smile. . She is a gem! She was very friendly and willing to assist. I really felt that I was welcome. When I came in there where two patients ahead of me. I was thinking it would take time before my turn but I was surprise after a few minutes after filling out the registration for new patients form I was immediately greeted by Dr. Ghadai. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He took time to examine me, he thoroughly explained to me what is going on. I felt that I was not being rushed contrary to what other walk-in clinic does. That you so much for the excellent service. Highly recommended!!!

Only down side was this place was a bit difficult to locate in the Condominium. Otherwise it was great, clean layout, attached Pharmacy, very kind and welcoming receptionist, friendly and comforting nurse. If you make an appointment they will see you quickly, no long waiting times. Brought a family member get their TB test done here, and despite the process being a relatively quick one (first visit an injection, second visit a look at the arm to see if there was a reaction) it took 1hr+ wait time both times (even though their appointments had been made in advance). Sounded as if there was only one HCP staff member present working at a time. Would recommend going elsewhere for this particular service.

My wife went to this clinic for getting a RT-PCR test. The staff were very pleasing and professional. The results came out exactly in 24hours time. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a RT-PCR test for travel. The only downside is , it is little difficult to find this clinic, as it is located on the backend of the building. I would suggest the clinic, to provide some signboards, so that it is easier for customers to find the clinic.

Hi, They don't answering call and unethical doctor behavior. I called three days continue with voice massage however never heard back from them. Hence, I have to visit them personally without taking appointment due to they are not answering the call. My dad has to renew visiting visa medical insurance and I required letter only that stats his stable condition. During in person visit I reminded them to call back to patient and advised to issue or email stable condition letter however Dr Waheed Khan was saying "I am Bullying" for reminding them to call patient back for the direction how to get letter!! Receptionist said they are busy and hence did not call me back, even not ready for issuing stable condition letter as I haven't take online appointment. After all Dr Waheed Khan charged me $40 for to write it down letter of my dad's stable condition. Their behavior was unethical and they are taking benifits of being doctor. I had same situation for getting letter from other doctors and they never charged me $ and never threatened about bullying for reminding them to call me back.....

This place is the worst. You're better off dying from whatever you have than by being seen here. 1. The wait time is horrible. Only have 1 doctor on standby with 15-20 patients waiting. I let the receptionist know that I had to get to work and still waited up to an 1 hr and WAS STILL NOT SEEN. 2. In that 50 mins, the Nurse still didn't run my urine sample, the sample I offered to give in for my BLADDER INFECTION THAT SHE SHOULD'VE ASKED ME FOR WHEN CHECKING ME IN?!?! 3. A patient came in a second later, asking to be checked IMMEDIATELY, he went to the Nurse who had the same background and dialect and WAS SEEN BY THE DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY?? At the end of the day, I was late for work. I am not saying the doctor was incapable at his job, as I was never seen by him. But the clinic is, especially incapable in their lack of efficiency.This is a -5 star clinic and I will never be coming back here again and I'd hope whoever is reading this, you'd do the same.

I was turned away today being told today was "special" and that they closed at 5:00 today instead of 7:00. I was told this at 4:57 by the receptionist who was nice, but ultimately turned me away. I checked the website and called before I left my home and nothing was said about closing early: both the site and recorded phone greeting said they would be open until 7 on Mondays. I trusted the site information and the automated phone greeting, and I showed up before 5 and they wouldn't see me. I didn't ask to be seen after they turned me away. Maybe I'm old school, but if you tell someone you're open until 5, and that person is speaking to you before 5, then be open until 5 for that person without them having to ask you to be. I wrote this so that this business may have fewer "special" days going forward and will hopefully notify clients of early closures either on their site or on their automated greeting for the day.

Update: I had a mediocre experience with a doctor here who I found a bit rude and unfriendly. I still stand by the fact that some doctors here are stellar. However, as my experience shows, Your Mileage May Vary (YMMV). Original: I've only had positive experiences seeing doctors at this clinic. Wait times are expected as it is a walk-in clinic, but I find that the wait is usually shorter than at other clinics. If wait times are a concern, you can check their wait time online and call ahead too; I appreciate the great forward-thinking and patient-centric service they provide. I can only imagine bigger and brighter things for this clinic's future. Thanks for your care.
