Great place! My kid's pediatrician is here Dr. Miller and she is the sweetest. The ladies working the front desk and the nurses are always wonderful with us. Even if we come in as a walk in we are always greeted and treated right. The great of the doctors are good and they listened to the issues you have. The rest of my family come here for the doctors as well. Only one thing I can say about this place is that sometimes the wait times could get really long. But I came today and the wait was only 35 minutes.

The doctor is impatient, he didn't go through a lot of detail and left very quickly. I came here to spend money to seek help from the doctor and he just told me to wait for the sickness to pass because it is a cold. I called at 10 to get a phone appointment the receptionist called me told me I would be getting a call at 10:25 from the doctor. I waited an hour and 30 mins . Then called at 12 they gave me another doctor and told me I would get a call at 12:15 still have not received a call. I usually don’t like writing bad reviews but I would not recommend this place .

I don't know it's the Dr's own decision or clinic policy . If you close at8pm how come you stop taking patient at 7pm. If you are afraid of working off late don't be a DR. It's the worst clinic ever !! No other clinic does the same thing !

This review is for the reception woman - dark skin asian lady with a lot of scars (of pimples?) on her face, she also have long curly black hair. She is extremely rude. My new born baby is a patient of the paediatrician Dr. Wu in this clinic. We have no problem with Dr Wu, but won't return again. When we went there the second time for a vaccine that need to be done with 2 visits, and should be get it on schedule. Since we only have a temporary OHIP paper. She ask me to call Ontario Service Centre to ask for version code of my baby's OHIP card. Ontario Service said they haven't received it in there data yet, so I told the reception. She looked at me and smirked said "How come" and then she asked me to pay a deposit because the Dr hasn't got paid by government yet. I don't know "How come"...and I don't know what kind of person she is that she is happy to see people "in trouble". I wouldn't want to return to the clinic that has a reception smirk at patient instead of explain in calm voice. If you are new parents, you would understand that to bring a new born baby to clinic is not easy. We went to our family doctor (first time go to this family doctor) to get vaccine on time instead.

The clinic was very quick. I walked in and had seen a doctor within 30 minutes and was finished within the hour. The receptionist were extremely polite, helpful and informative. I had requested for a doctor at this location because the wait time is minimal between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you are looking for a quick drop-in my suggestion would be to come to this clinic if you are close by.

I went to this clinic on a Thursday at noon and it is the 3rd time I've been to this clinic, with each time being a positive experience. I waited 5 minutes before being led into a room, where I waited a further 10 to 15 minutes before the doctor came in. The staff were efficient and not rude or impatient with me. The doctor was friendly and professional and I was very pleased with the experience.

The wait times (even for scheduled appointments) are always ridiculous and when you finally see the doctor it is rushed and they don’t seem to give you their full attention. On a few occasions I needed a referral to a specialist and the clinic never got back to me on their own. I would strongly suggest going to a different clinic in general, family or just a walk in. I am looking for a different doctor.

Paediatrician, Dr. Miller, I have for both my kids. She's AMAZING! She's always caring and knows what's going on. The wait isn't that bad, I never mind since I know she's gonna take her time with my kids and my questions so I fully understand everything. Honestly wouldn't want anyone else but her!

My son’s paediatrician is here and she is very good. Love the nurses and receptionists. Always call for an appointment. You don’t get to wait long. Compared to walking in. It’s common sense really. If you’re a walk-in expect to wait. Again, common sense.

Dr. Wu has been very patient and knowledgable for my kids as their Pediatrician and Dr. Dhalasania has been wonderful to me as my family doctor. The other doctors during walks in have been ok. Some more rushed than others.

The pediatricians are fine, and Dr. Lavorato is lovely, but like many others have said, it's become impossible to reach anyone at the clinic. They do not accept emails, and I have tried to call them on numerous occasions the past month, and each time I am met with the busy signal; not even a single ring. The last time I had gotten through, over 2 months ago, I left a message asking for a callback re: flu shot for my toddler, and that went absolutely nowhere. I just want to get my toddler vaccinated with the flu shot this season. What in heck am I supposed to do, One Care? If children under the age of 5 can only receive their flu shots from their pediatrician, and their pediatricians' clinic is not accepting or responding to any and all communications - what are parents supposed to do?? This has gotten beyond ridiculous.

It's been 2 years since the pandemic has started yet this place cannot get it together. Imagine having a sick child with an obvious bacterial infection and no one picks up the phone or calls you back. They are the worst. Would not recommend. They probably ignore or don't pick up cause they want you to go to the emergency room.

The doctor's have been quite proffessional and nice. I've never had any issues here. One thing I'd suggest, though. Their office's need a bit of updating. The waiting room is very generic.

Poor customer and patient service, negligent attitude to sick people......... I walked in before 2 p.m. on Saturday (today) and visiting card says they are open till 4 p.m. However Receptionist was adamant that they were not accepting any `patients` for the day. I explained to her I had called earlier and I was given to understand I can come for my prescription at any time and I tried calling her at 12 noon to confirm my visit but no one was picking up the phone. I saw the Doctor and requested him to provide me the prescription for my sudden pain but he said he had to leave by 3 p.m. and could not see me. He was cool and indifferent though I pleaded as I was the last and only patient to be in their Clinic and all I wanted was a prescription for a painkiller. I also explained that I had not come for a Consultation but only to go over my Reports which were sent to their Clinic by the other Cinics and hence my appointment would not be a lengthy one. I also reiterated that I could not come in the next day as my Apartment owner was doing renovations. I remained sitting patiently and tried calling my Clinic which did my scans to find options but they were closed for the day. At around 2.30 p.m. the last patient was on his way out so once again I requested Receptionist to allow me to see Doctor since I travelled a long way by bus and had a heavy bag with me and did not feel well enough to walk all the way to bus again without medication. But she just refused and said since it is a Walk in Clinic they have the right to close at any time and this has been so for past 2 years. Other patients who knocked on door later were turned away. I am surprised how visiting card has certain timings which are not adhered to so why bother giving false card to patients? They lack a humane approach and were more concerned with going home early. This being a strategically located Clinic in Scarborough Town Centre area, the service is pathetic. Horrible experience, this doctor has no proper training on how to deal with mental health issues. Would never go back here and would recommend that any woman dealing with issues around mental health or anything else for that matter not visit this doctor. Extortionists, they'll cost you $30 to get a medical statement of any sort. They told me about the fee after I waited for 1.5 hours in agonizing pain. 2 lines for $30, receptionists/nurses seemed annoyed when you ask them to fax a document on your behalf. What am I paying you $30 for when no other clinic charges more than $20?

I went to Doctor Vohra Geeta and told her that I needed serious help and had a serious fever for several days including coughing blood, swollen throat and can hardly breath. She sends me home with 2 puffer and in a few days I needed to go back cause my fever didn't get better but actually got worse and I was coughing so much my friends said it wasn't normal. I was still coughing blood. I had a fever and coughing blood for 7 days with no help from them until I demanded antibiotics from Dr Dholasania Rozina. I am second day on my antibiotics and I am feeling much better so thank you Dr Dholasania Rozina for believing in what I told her and prescribed me it. I feel better after the second day and my lungs are healing slowly. But for medical professionals to disregard my issue and to give me two puffer is unprofessional and could have caused me to go into emergency. I am lucky I am young and could deal with an infection in my lung. But if it was someone old they would have been in serious issue being sent home with no medication except for two puffers and nothing to help fight an infection that was causing blood to form in lungs. I will never again go to Vohra Geeta as she judged me because she said "oh you smoke? thats why it takes longer for you to get better" when i specfically told her I have already stopped. That is super judgemental from a health care professional when you are seeking help. I will never again see Doctor Vohra Geeta ever again.

We've gone here twice already for the past 6 months. Wait times are quite long but since they are open at 9am to 8pm in the evening, we still prefer here than Danforth after hours. The doctors are a little rushing but they will listen to the problem and ask proper questions. You can tell that the doctora are professionals and experienced. The nurses are also nice and well-versed with their roles. The receptionists here have such bad reputations that i didn't even bothed talking to them, thanks to the self-check in kiosks. So overall, it was a good and satisfactory experience.

Extremely rude staff at the front desk. They post that they close at 8pm, yet shut the door at 6:30pm. If you want to leave right at 8, set your closing time appropriately at 6:30 or 7pm so you’re not wasting people’s time! Learn how to forecast like other clinics do!!

Both my kids see Dr Wu. She’s very nice and knowledgable. Most of the staff we have encountered are nice here too, but some staff seem to be bored of their jobs and don’t really seem as nice. After a check up, I book my kid’s next check up at the reception because it is really hard to call in. It always goes to voicemail. If they answer on the first or second try, you’re really lucky. I usually get in after 5+ times.

I would recommend Dr.Peri & Dr. Sandhya. Both of them were amazing. Dr.Peri was our family doctor when we used to stay in Scarborough. He is a gem of a doctor. Will listen carefully to your concerns, same goes with Dr.Sandhya. Dr.Keshavjee was also a good doctor. The clinic staff was also good. The only complaint I had was that I never could reach the front desk staff. it always used to go to voicemail. Will definitely recommend this clinic for these 3 doctors.

Oh! Such bad bad customer service. The never answered call, reply to the message one left and you don't find them however you want them and oftentimes my family is forced to go to another place to see a doc. Am gonna change a new place and i don't recommend this place at all, unless they try fixing themselves and the service they promised to deliver. They are exhausting. PS: our doctor Dr. PERRY is an amazing and kind guy. I would love to see him go join another clinic so I can be his client again.

I have no problem with my pediatrician. However, this clinic should put more efforts on the front desk management or resource allocation. They put my call on hold for one hour!!! In the end no one answered my phone. I really have no idea how to reach the front desk to ask a simple question!!! I have no choice, I think I will go personally to the clinic today or tomorrow to ask my questions. Really, the clinic management should think about how to improve this.

I have never in my life met a more misogynistic doctor. I've heard about them, and knew it was possible, but never thought I would encounter one myself, in Canada, IN 2016. Anyway I did. Dr. Hany Mekal. But I came in to switch birth control because I felt I needed to try a different brand (most women can relate to this, as this is something we're often encouraged to do if we feel something isn't working for us). Instead, I was met with a man who felt "he knew best". He would not listen to my choices regarding MY BODY. And instead told me I need to get an IUD. No if's, and's, or but's. That was the only option he presented for me. I was astounded. Then I gave him another reason why I wanted to try another birth control - because I was interested in being able to skip my monthly visitor by choice and felt I needed a pill with a consistent dose, like the pill I was asking for a prescription for. He told me I could skip with the current triphasic kind I was trying to get off of. I told him I've tried and it doesn't work. He told me it will work because lots of women do it on their honey moon... Like okay, doc, great observation. Anyway, this man embodied a patriarchal tone of "women should be seen and not heard" - my opinion and choice meant nothing to him. WOMEN BEWARE!

Dropped into this clinic on Monday night....I waited 2 hours to see the doctor. I asked questions about my issue, as any concerned patient would do, though he had seemed to be annoyed. I didn't like that at all. The only satisfying thing about this whole expereince was that I was able to get a perscription. Overall, this was an OK experience. Had he acted like he cared about my issue I would've rated this experience a little better.

Walk-in doctors and family doctors are available here. This medical clinic is adjoined with the Physical Therapy One clinic. Desk receptionists vary: some are accommodating, some are rude and not that compassionate. Wait time also depends on the number of people for walk-ins. You have to get in the entrance of The Real Canadian Superstore to gain access to the clinic. The clinic door you see outside is only for exit and not an entry door. Physicians are knowledgeable and very professional. Dr. Singh is a great family doctor. Dr. Vohra and Dr. Peri are good walk-in doctors. Runa took my blood works today and she has good hands, and very pleasant.

Management/ Operations: Seldom I am able to connect to the reception, mostly get the machine. The AVR menu is disorganized and often leads to call getting disconnected before reaching the operator or machine. Due to the pandemic only 1 parent is allowed. In my case, the mother is still weak and can't carry around the baby. Where as the baby is still breastfeeding. If baby has to spend 1-2hrs inside the clinic, both parents are required access. Pros: The followup and reminder system is good/ robust. Punctuality: 2 appointments so far with Dr Miller, there has been a delay of 45min and 30min respectively. All the while, the baby is supposed to be undressed and waiting in the cold room. I would appreciate some punctuality and value to the time of the patients/parents. We all have commitments. Vaccination: The nurse rushed through the process and didn't have time to answer my questions as she was busy. Pediatrician: The doctor is nice and answers all questions on telephone appointment and in-person. She is good and makes appropriate referral and followups. However I felt rushed through the checkup compared to the wait time!

The waiting times here are rediculous. I always call and make sure they are not busy. They assure me that there's no one ahead of me When I arrive and somehow they manage to keep me waiting for an hour EVERY TIME!!

They probably think they're working at the penitentiary instead of a clinic where people come for some relief of an illness or another. But these people at the front desk are just plain RUDE!!!!

Clinic is very dirty. Saw an entire aunt horde under the chairs by the heater and told the staff, only to be completely ignored. Been 1hr and 15min and just found out that the doctor isn't even here. He isn't expected til 3:30-4pm, which is another hour wait. They didn't say anything when swiping the card. Absolutely inexcusable service. They just want your money with zero care!

The staff are unprofessional. I was the only person in the clinic and had to wait 20 minutes while they discussed their children's Christmas plays and car troubles. I was seen by the Dr. Who said she could not treat me because they did not have sterile nail clippers to collect a sample. As such, i must come in for a subsiquent visit. It all seems like a raquette to bill a single patients OHIP as many times ss possible. Thjs was definitely not the level of medical care I expect to receive in Canada.

Our daughter's pediatrician Dr. Miller works here and has been wonderful so far. The staff are somewhat curt but other times very friendly. It seems to depend on how busy they are. I haven't experienced any difficulty having my calls answered like others but I guess I'm just lucky. The wait times are long, but where aren't they? Even with an appointment I'm waiting 30 minutes to an hour. That is my only complaint.

I really like my son’s pediatrician (Dr. Naran), but it is SO HARD to even call the office. The call always drops (iPhone call says “user busy”) and when I finally get a ring, it always goes to the voicemail where they ask you to leave 1 message and will do their best to return within 24hrs. Never have I received a return call 24hours later. I always have to try calling back every single day. It is getting frustrating and I might look for a different pediatrician.

My overall experience here has been pretty good. The wait times are pretty short when I had to go in for an appointment and I appreciate my doctor always listening and helping me with whatever I need. The only issue I have and why I’m rating a 4 instead of a 5 is with the reception and calling in to book appointments. When I try to go straight to reception no one ever picks up and when I left a voice msg to be called back, they didn’t and I had to leave a second voice msg a week later and they finally got to me. It was super frustrating.

Considering the clinic now has kiosks for self-register for an appointment, you would think the Receptionists would be able to answer their phones. I’ve called 15 times and not a single person answered the phone. The wait time is horrible, appointment was at 2:20, got in and waited 45 minutes in the room for the doctor...

I really like Dr. Dholasania She is so nice, welcoming and she takes her time with you. She doesn’t rush you out. She doesn’t make me feel like I’m just another patient but she shows concern. Dr Miller I find really rushes with my daughter which I don’t appreciate. The reason I give the CLINIC one star is because they don’t answer their phones and seem very unorganized. I would leave a voicemail someone would get back to me, I’d book an appt and than couple hours later someone calls me again to book an appt... I’m not sure what it is maybe they need more receptionists. It’s not due to covid because this has been an ongoing thing for years before that. If it weren’t for my family dr I wouldn’t come to this clinic.

I brought my newborn to see Dr. Naran. I felt slightly rushed at each appointment. My baby had a rash and she immediately dismissed it as a diaper rash. It didn't go away after applying over the counter diaper rash creams. She prescribed a steroid cream. After appyling that cream for weeks and after many phone calls, she refused to see us again and said we needed to give it more time. I finally just went to another doctor. She immediately said it didn't look like a diaper rash and took a sample. She prescribed another cream and the rash heeled in 2 days. I would not recommend her for your child.

called two month ago want to get Dr. wu as the Pediatrician for my new baby, been told call in once we get the baby delivered. We get our new baby delivered yesterday, i come today to get the register, been told dr. Wu not accepting new baby any more. We have to start to find a new pediatrician from the beginning but only gives us one day since the pediatrician only accept new new born. This place has No response and makes things unbelievable and ridiculous.

This clinic now has kiosks at their location so that you can self-register for an appointment. However, if the kiosk can't read your health card and you have to register at the front counter. Beware.....they will give you a hard time for not using the kiosk ?!?!?!? Staff is not very helpful nor friendly. No wonder they have such bad reviews.

Wait time was decent however when I saw the doctor she immediately started complaining about how busy it is (it was a Saturday). I had come in for a follow up on an issue in which I've already had a ton of testing done. She suggested the exact things I've already done and rushed me out of the room. Her bedside manner was terrible. I was only looking for a referral to a specialist and she refused saying it was not their policy to refer. I left in shock and with tears in my eyes. I have never been so disrespected by a health practitioner. I will never be back.

Dr. Lavarato is my Son's pediatrician and I love the way how professional she takes care of him. She is amazingly kind and loving doctor who really takes care of her patients very well. It would have been better if the One Care Medical Centre where she sees her patients also had accessibility button installed at the door, this would have helped parents with strollers to come and go without touching the door.

Absolutely love this place for a walk in I will admit it's not as amazing as my family doctors office but when we need a doctor and can't get into our family doc they are our second choice The staff has always been wonderful and compassionate I've seen them be rude to others but only when they are treated poorly by clients (so I don't blame them for being short) We've tried a few other walk in before and this one is by far the best care

This is the WORST walk in clinic. I came yesterday at 7:00pm and they told me they were closed that the doctors need to leave but the hours show they are open until 8:00pm. I came again today at 1:30pm ... they said they are closed now to. But the hours show 3:00pm. I would not recommend anyone going here it's a BIG WASTE OF TIME. They should be closed permanently.

I called them to confirm if they were open and what the wait was. They shared there was no wait at all. I drive there and they are closed. This was on a Sunday at 12:00 pm when they’re hours of operation are 9 am - 3 pm. We literally saw staff standing around inside.

This clinic is the worse for answering any messages or even trying to book . My daughter was so sick I kept calling for 2 days straight. Finally went in and the girl at 3 says she is just getting to v.m. then I request an appt. The doctor is supposed to call me I wait 2 hrs nothing happens I go back in and finally got help from a fiend who is a nurse the doctor calls me a day later !!!

Dr Miller didn’t want to come close to my daughter. She stood by the door while it was open and told me to just show her where my daughters rash was so I had to take her pants off and show the dr. With the door open... I understand with covid going around we should take extra precautions but I found that weird. Nurses there gave my daughter her shots and were close to her and had not problem so I don’t understand why dr. Miller did that . I’ve been going to her for a year and a half but will be looking for a new paediatrician.

Dr. Al-Noor keshavjee is a Terribly rude and patronizing doctor. Wouldn’t recommend him at all. Simple issues seem to be too big for him to handle. He becomes overwhelmed and to deflect his lack of knowledge he tries to be rude and condescending. It’s unfortunate because he really brings down the reputation of the clinic. I have a daughter that sees Dr. Lavorato and she’s amazing so not all the doctors are bad here, but he was so terrible that I felt necessary to write a review. I am pretty easy-going and even for me he was absolutely incompetent And unbearable to deal with.

I called this clinic today (on a sunday) to make sure they were open. The lady told me they were open till 3 but the doctor wasn't taking patients after 215 pm. This was at 2 pm. I called LITERALLY a minute later and said I was 15 mins away and I needed my 3 mo old infant to be seen and didn't want to take an infant with an already comprimised immune system to the ER, just to make sure if I drove with him he would be able to be seen. The receptionist told me he had already told her he wasn't seeing any more patients for the day. I would have been there JUST after 215 pm and was bringing a sick infant. NO REGARD. I won't be going here ever. Especially after reading all of the horrible reviews about the doctors on here too. Thanks for nothing, off the the ER with my infant.

Was here Thursday January 14, 9:00 am went to receptionist to give my healthcard. Both were busy on phones so I just waited. One suddenly said really loudly "can I help you?" but unsure if she was speaking to me or not I made sure she was looking at me only to have her gave me a dirty look and said rudely louder this time "can I help you?" I just said "sorry didn't realize you were speaking to me thought you were talking on your headset." Still another dirty look! If looks could kill I'd be dead!!!! Anyway I had a very bad case of strep which hurts like daggers everyone I speak or swallow. She asked my address and I said "it's the same." She rudely asked again with extreme anger! I said "sorry my throat hurts no need to be so mean. She gave me my health card back with another death stare as I scurried away too sick to bother with her. I can't believe a person could treat sick people with such coldness and rude behavior. I will not be back and suggest you do not go either. It was the dark skinned wavy hair scar face looking lady as well. Too scared to find out her name too tired to bother.

Ya it’s 9:05 they opened the doors to the clinic exaxtly at 9, Dr. Vohra is late by 15 minutes. A doctor should NOT BE walking in late. This is the second day in a row at the same clinic that the doctors are late to their shifts, (I was here yesterday at 8:30am and the doctor walked in late by 10 mins as well) clearly it’s ok for the doctors to be tardy at one care medical clinic. Also they don’t keep their oath to uphold with ethical standards

The paediatricians here may be great but that does not matter when you’re a desperate parent looking for answers or reassurances only your child’s doctor can provide when there’s actually NO way of getting through and talking to them. I have now left 4 messages on 4 different days regarding my 5 month old daughter’s Illness. I have not ever gotten through to reception on the phone and the answering machine promises a call within 24 hours well it has been 96 hours, not one call, not one message... no response from reception or the doctor whatsoever. What’s the point of finding a good doctor if you can’t reach them when you need them? I’m so disappointed and outright disgusted by the lack of service here. If these were normal times and I could just walk in to any other clinic and have my daughter be seen by a doctor I would have. You would think they’d show a high level of care for literal INFANTS. Management needs to get their act together. You have an average of 2.7 stars and I’m sure you’ll be down to 1 soon enough. Do you really care about your bottom line so much that you can’t hire receptionist staff? Or are you so careless that you can’t hire the RIGHT staff that will show the slightest bit of professionalism pertaining to their job? How can you ignore SO many complaints and negative reviews/experiences? Parents: please please don’t come to this clinic, I’ve spent 4 sleepless nights worrying about my baby with not one ounce of care from this place. It’s not worth it I promise you. God forbid you ever land yourself in a situation where you need urgent care for your baby, this place will guaranteed not pick up the phone.
