I highly recommend Dr. Syeda. She is very welcoming and professional. She shows that she truly cares for the patients and make you feel comfortable. The receptionist/nurse Nazik is responsive and very nice too. The pharmacist Naeem is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I would recommend Guildwood Medical Centre to friends and family.

The worst service ever! I had twisted my knee the other day and was unable to walk because of the searing pain. I thought the pain will recede after a few days of rest and ice packs. As there was no respite I decided to book an appointment with Guildwood clinic. The middle eastern sounding lady at the phone initially said that she would book a phone consult with Dr syeda after 2 days. I agreed to this and had decided to live with the pain for a few more days. On the day of the appoinment no one had reached out. So I called them back and this lady was like, “No you didnt book an appt with Dr syeda, infact you did it with another in house doctor”. I was like whatever, I just wanted the pain to stop and was too tired to argue with her. She said that the new Doctor will reach out in 2 hrs.No one reached out. Infact I called her up again and she was like “ the Dr will call you before 4pm”.No one called. I spend 3 days in pain because of this lady, and now have to spend another few days to get an new appointment with another dr. I hope someone will teach them how to run a service that actually cares for their patients. Most importantly, get a more humane receptionist !!

My husband and I are very pleased with this clinic. The clinic is clean, receptionists friendly and actually return voicemails, and the pharmacy staff friendly and the area clean. We are especially happy with Dr Syeda. She always listens to our concerns patiently, with humility and takes out time to discuss the management and diagnosis. We really feel comfortable with her and would strongly recommended her to anyone looking for an intelligent and kind family physician. We are really lucky to have found this physician and clinic.

I injured my wrist at work and was in a lot of pain. So I walked in to this clinic as it was the closest to my house. Front staff Bharati welcomed me and did all the paper work as I was not in a position to write. She did an awesome Job making my whole experience hassle free. My consultation was done in an hour and my wrist was normal with a week. Thanks guys. Definitely recommend my family members and friends.

I decided to book an appointment here after reading all the positive reviews. My app was booked for 12-1:30 but no one called so I decided to contact the clinic, at 2;20 the receptionist called back and said I will receive a call shortly, long story short no one called me back. I am surprised I never had this happen to me before.

I have visited this clinic and seen Doctor gurumurthy . He is extremely knowledgeable, and very informative. I am always impressed at how much he knows. It's always comforting to know I am in such safe hands. Although I can see how busy the clinic is, he takes his time to address all of my concerns and needs. Used to be good when they were newly open. The Doc and pharmacist Naeem are excellent and understanding. The receptionist on the other hand is very inefficient and unprofessional. I detest dealing with her. My neighbours and friends have also said they notice she lets some known people to her walk in first and makes colored folks wait. She tells you to come for walk in and makes you wait 3 hours! When you ask for phone appointment she says its only available 2-3 days later. Even if you tell her its urgent and in pain and need your meds/consultation for refill she does nothing. I hope management train her in customer service.

Reasonable/short waiting times; pharmacist and receptionist are well-organized, professional and kind. Dr. Syeda is empathetic, proactive and a pleasure. I’ve been looking for a family doctor for a few years now (tried many different walk-ins for different things with no doctor whom I seriously considered after a consultation), but I think I finally found one! I would recommend here if you need a walk-in or if you’re in search of a family doctor.

The receptionist is very rude with a bad attitude and never seems to answer or call back. She had my mother's bloodwork for over two weeks and didn't bother calling us back. Then when my mother went in she proceeded to give us attitude. Very unprofessional and might be planning on getting a new family doctor because she is way too overworked!!! They clearly have way to many patients than they can handle.

This doctor does not seem interested in regular patients just walk in and the one time I went to the clinic as a walk in patient they had closed for the day without putting a note or explanation on the door. I can not recommend Dr. Seyda as a doctor.
