Called yesterday trying to register as a new patient. Was informed that they are busy and can’t register on the phone. Recommended me to go in and do the registration. Went in today and the front desk lady told me to fill in the form. She asked if I am vaccinated. I haven’t got my first dose and she said everybody needs the proof of vaccination to go into the clinic. I told her I do antigen test everyday and it’s always negative. She said that it doesn’t matter and said all the patients here are vaccinated and they have to be ‘protected’. I don’t think discrimination is legal but this is how this clinic works.

I was referred by a friend to book my second dose vaccine in this clinic. I found the clinic small but neat and clean. The pharmacist, Bill was humorous and friendly. The nurse, Grace was courteous and friendly to assist in delivering the shot. Unlike my first dose, I don’t need to line up for the shot. I would recommend others to take vaccine shots here. The most disrespectful staff I have encountered. In the three times I have visited they have made fun of me for sanitizing my hands to avoid catching covid, the male doctor has been upset at me for asking too many questions (even though it was a visit that lasted under 5 minutes), and the male doctor misdiagnosed my father with an incorrect diagnoses after just glancing at his skin infection. He gave him the wrong medication due to his negligence which led to my father suffering a great deal. Not to mention, the phone is often unmanned, meaning even after calling several times on a day they are open, I do not get a reply. I have also been dehumanized several times by the doctor as well in ways that I prefer not to even bring up in the review due to them pertaining to very personal matters. When showing up to the clinic in person due to not being able to call and book an appointment (no reply), I was greeted by and empty desk and no doctor in site. With no staff to explain what is going on, I stood around waiting for 30 minutes hoping someone would show up who could book me to see a doctor. Finally a woman arrives at front desk and tells me she has no idea what is going on but the doctor is not in today. She proceeds to tell me that she does work at the clinic but is temporarily there to give vaccines. None of the staff on site know what is going on or why there is no doctor on one of his working days, so I am forced to go back home without treatment. If you like sporadic hour changes, a doctor who laughs at you when you ask about serious symptoms whilst yelling "come on man!" so loudly that all the clients in the clinic can hear, and staff that try to make their conversations with you as short as possible even when standing around not busy, then this is the clinic for you. I am not giving one star because of a misdiagnosis, I am giving one star because the male doctor and other staff are extremely dismissive of their patients, and I genuinely do not even feel comfortable in this clinic.
