Been with this doctor a few years now. Due to covid it’s been harder to find a new one. Staying with this doctor was my only option. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. The walk in clinic will get you better results. Dr.Aida and her assistant run late all the time. They do not answer or return calls unfortunately:( they are almost never available for the people that need them. I also have asthma from birth, for some reason this doctor won’t continuously refill my ventolin !!!! She can be nice, but could not get the job done.

I recently moved to the area this year. I needed a doctor and wanted one in the area. I called Dr. Avanessy's office and asked for an appointment. The person said 2:15 today, then she asked for my last name. I told her my last name and said that I had never been there before. She then said "Sorry, we are not accepting new patients so don't come." That has been my experience.

A year and a half ago I was Avenassy's patience. I requested to go see a specialist about my joints to get confirmation about my ailments and she refused. I didn't find it until a week later when I called asking when the specialist was going to make the appointment. Her receptionist informed me she wasn't going to make the appointment. I said if she didn't I'll find a doctor who will. She then dropped me as a patient. It took me this long, due to other medical complications, to finally get to see a specialist and it turned out to be worse than I assumed. In laymine term two of my joints tested have broken down cartilage and I'm waking with my left knee bone on bone which has made waking difficult, fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. Because of her negligence I've went untreated for a year and a half. I do not recommend this doctor who picks and chooses what she will test and/or treat. I am reporting her to the college of physicians.
