This Doctor is classified in the category of Walk-in clinic.
Doctors are very nice. But the front office staff are horrible. They don't respond properly and never update reports in time. Phone won't be available for most of the time. Rude and irresponsible answers. Never care for patients. It seems management never go for the feedback on their staff.
Avoid like the plague. Dr. Jain cannot seem to figure out what's wrong in months. He just knows how to check the blood pressure. He does not seem to care about the diagnosis of doctors he himself sends you to. When it comes to reports, very disorganized. They call you for a follow up but when you get there and wait for hours, turns out they don't actually have the reports yet. If you value your time and health, don't go there.
The staff is very helpful and professional. The doctors are extremely helpful. There is a lab downstairs. It is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator along with stairs. There is a pharmacy on the main floor.
Omg
Front desk Receptionists are NOT well-trained on how to deal with the patients coming in and out of the clinic. My husband is supposed to have an appointment on July 27, 2015 with Dr. K at 10:00am; he call in sick at work because it is very important to see Dr. K. We reached the clinic & waited for about 5-10 minutes before I approached the desk & asked if Dr. K is here, the receptionist (i supposed is a volunteer) said he won't be here; i said why you did not tell us prior to accepting his OHIP card & slide thru their system, instead of waiting there for nothing. Then she ask to come back on Wed., July 29 at 10:00 am; he call in-sick (again), came back to the clinic at 10 am saying that Dr. K is not in today. I phoned them from home & spoke to a receptionist & told them of a very disappointing situation. They should have called the day before the appointment to change the schedule, instead of driving from Etobicoke to a busy highway just to reach for his appointment. "THIS IS JUST A "WAKE UP" CALL.... REVIEW YOUR Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)."
Only accept cash and the atm was broken so we couldn't get an appointment
Dr. Singh is one of the best doctors I have ever had. I have had a long and hard journey searching for the perfect doctor for me. She listens thoroughly and better yet follows up on past problems to make sure the issue is resolved. She actually cares. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a new doctor in the scarborough area, I highly highly recommend Dr. Singh at the Danforth Medical Centre!
Dr. Harpreet Ghotra, Dr. Eoson Namasivayam, Dr. Guru Murthy, Dr. Parbhjyoth Singh, Dr. Kayumba and Dr. Jindal all are good professionals. They hired 2 new doctors to withstand the patients crowd. The front-desk reception does good job in following up with the patients, always smiling n caring. However, the IVR is wrong and essentially need a 2nd phone line to answer the calls; patients will be bewildered. Most of the weekends, no doctor is available just like that and that is so much of agony. Worst medical centre. I wish they open for bit more extra hours on weekends too. Most of the times doctors are not available, this increases both mental & physical suffering of the patient...
The doctors are good overall. The people at the front desk arent well trained. They left me waiting on the phone on hold for 5 minutes after they hung up on me twice so I decided to just go back there. Ive been in there three times and the people at the front desk don't give the best service, 2/5.
The indian woman at the front desk is a nightmare. She is the only reason I always try to avoid this clinic
Dear Mr./ Ms. Federer Usmle , I am totally stunned by your comment.I have checked my records and not able to find you in our data base. I don't remember talking to you. May be you are mistaken for another office. I have no clue what made you write such an inappropriate comment. You are most welcome to come in person and talk to me and if you can please explain me regarding your grievances I will be more than happy to resolve the issues. Thanks
Love love love Dr Singh . Staff could be more professional.
Dr. Jindal has been our family doctor for years, he is truly an understanding and knowledgeable doctor. I can't express my gratitude enough for the amount of times he has effectively treated us.
Came in with a sick child and told no doctor is coming in today. I asked the receptionist to try and after a few phone calls as well as “enjoy your Sunday” wishes was turned away.
I'm not sure what some people are experiencing with reception or the doctor. I never had a problem communicating with either of the two receptionists, who are always friendly and professional; Saavi, you're fantastic. If I am unable to reach them, I leave a voicemail and they return my call with the information I required in order to schedule an appointment with Doctor. I will give Doctor and receptionist the highest possible rating. I wish this place had more than five stars...
First compliments to the ladies who work the front desk in the place, they are ON IT. Things seem to run very smoothly appointments are usually on time. I am happy with Dr Jindal. He is truly cares and sympathizes, LISTENS and gives informed information & advice as well as reassurance all while keeping his “cool as a cucumber” attitude remaining firm and confident in his decisions. ,we are very happy as our Dr. and appreciate his care.
I am a patient at that location from june 6 2006. I can say i am very happy with my choose for a Doctor and since march of 2007 when i got prego with my son i have not changed doctors for me and my son. I am soo happy with what i choose as a médical clinic for our Family
Is this hospital edge health? I need to know why they contacted me saying this is the EDGE HEALTH
I was diagnosed with shingles in august by a doctor here and she was so concerned she even phoned me to see how i was doing not many doctors like this anymore ,
The Worst clinic ever,
Worst place ever! So unorganized! And the doctors are never there on time or when they suppose to be.
This clinic is HORRIBLE! Although they have a sign that says people who make an appointment will be given preference.... CLEARLY it’s not true as I’ve waited for my appointment with the specialist for over 2 hours and people from the walk in just kept getting pushed in front of me. This place is UNORGANIZED and NOT PROFESSIONAL!
Great place and professional staff members. For yeas, my family stays with Dr. Jindal and nurse Savi. We moved to a different city last year, but we still come back to the clinic. It feels heart warming whenever we needed their help, they are always look out the best for us. Love the place and more the people works there
I've been dealing with Danforth Medical Centre for 17 years with Dr Jindal, and all my family, three of my children have been cared for here since they were born. We've appreciated the way they treat us and the treatment we've received from the Dr and front desk staff, who always show us respect, understanding, and empathy, especially during this difficult time of Covid.
I JUST WANT TO SAY I WENT TO THIS CLINIC VERY FRENDLY STAFF, I HAD A LONG TIME PROBLEM LUMP ON MY NECK NO DR TOOK ME SERIOUSLY, THIS DR TOOK ME SERIOUSLY BUT THIS DR AT THIS CLINIC TOOK IMMEDIATE CARE OF ME HE SAVED MY LIFE THE GIRLS AT THE DESK IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL MANY MANY THANKS HARRY LOVE U GUYS
Outstanding and excellent doctors office. The review wrote by rozna sana below is completely wrong, she brought her negative energy to the office the moment she stepped in the office. She was yelling at the receptionist because of the way the cars were parked in the parking lot expecting them to fix it when it is not their responsibility. she was speaking in hindi to pressure the receptionist so that no one else may understand that she is trying to get ahead of the patients who were there well before she arrived, as well as patients who have appointments. She then started to yell and use vulgar language in front of my three year old son and proceeding to swear at me when i told her to calm down please. she slammed the doors and swore and yelled at both receptionists and me and my 3 year old boy. i was very impressed by how calm the staff was having being treated in that disgusting way by a patient. I have been a patient at Danforth Medical Centre for about 4 years now and never once have i had a bad experience. The staff has always gone ABOVE AND BEYOND and the bad reviews are from people who are impatient and dont understand that the receptionists are NOT the doctors. Overall, Danforth Medical Centre employees are outstanding and very caring. 5 star rating.
Horrible scheduling always way off plan to be here at least 1 and a half hrs on any given trip even with appointment. It's extremely sad they vant get it together and organize properly considering how ling the establishment has been around. SERIOUSLY NEED TO WORK ON THIS ISSUE.
They turn sick patients away, don't answer phone calls and wave to just say don't enter. Very cruel, very unprofessional
extremely RUDE RECEPTIONIST. does not want to hear out what you are trying to say and just keeps talking without trying to understand.
