I have been with Dr Shukla for years, and the experience has been abysmal. she has never done a thing more than check my blood pressure. All she does is refer me elsewhere without checking anything. Every and I mean EVERY time I need my meds refilled, it becomes an ordeal. They only do phone now, and so they tell me "She will call you tomorrow".. But, she wasn't working the next day, and even then wasn't working in the same location, and surprise (for the 8th time in a row) didn't call. I had to chase, complain, and even then, I'm still waiting another day (now without meds) after 7 days of trying to update my meds proactively. I am on heart meds, and bipolar meds which, when I am out, is dangerous. Disorganized - has lost paper work I have sent in, can't get instructions straight to save her life so every time I end up dealing with them, it's an all new struggle to get something simple to happen. I never never seen worse doctors than I have in this province. It's like we attract them because of our "social" healthcare system. I have been searching for a "good" new doctor for a few years. For now, I'm stuck with risking my health even when being proactive trying to keep my meds flowing on a daily basis. I would give negative stars if there was an option. Unless you have no other choice, avoid this entire clinic unless you enjoy frustration, lies, pathetic organization and absolutely untrustworthy medical diagnosis.

COVID Protocol not being followed. Attended appointment at this office, the ill fitting fabric mask the Doctor wore, hung below her nose, and when she spoke, she pulled the mask below her chin, while only a few feet separated us. There was a poster claiming masks are mandatory, however there was a patient in the waiting room that wasn’t wearing one, and wasn’t asked to wear one. Social responsibility, especially during a pandemic, should be taken seriously in a medical environment.

Do not go here. This place is unsanitary and the doctor herself is dishelved. She treated me terribly. Yelled at me when I wanted my blood work results and then told me false information about the test (had the results reviewed by someone else). She should not be practicing.
