My Doctor is Dr. Nickel and she has been the most awesome caring doctor! She listens to my needs and takes care of my medical needs! One time when it was late she stayed after her work hours to get me a bed into a hospital because I was so sick! She really is a doctor who cares! I trust her and that says a lot because I have a hard time trusting! Thanks Dr. Nickel for being an awesome doctor to me and my family over all these years!

I love my family doctor that I see regularly. She's very sweet, cheery and understanding of some of my choices regarding vaccinations. Unfortunately my visit today was an unpleasant experience as I had to see a different doctor. Ugh was she ever cold and rude. I could definitely sense she was just a miserable person who could really care less about what I was there for and just wanted to get the visit over with. All that a side, still rating this clinic 5 stars because of the awesome medical/administrative assistants.

Always get great service here. Our family doctor is Dr.Sasbrink and he is very thorough. When he’s not available the other doctors are always so helpful also. It’s always clean and they are super friendly. We’ve never had a bad experience here.

Seems to be an unprofessional clinic. First forgot to issue the forms for blood test before sending my pregnant wife to the lab. Then after the blood test was conducted the doctor a second time forgot to make a referral to a specialist. Really disappointed!

I believe most people that leaves a review do so because they’ve been highly disappointed or displeased with the service received. Only a few who receives exceptional service comes a business page to leave a review. Based on my experience, this business needs a total reformation of their frontline staff, it’s either they are incompetent or just too complacent. My story is a long one but am not ready to go over the sordid experience because I have gotten over how annoyed I was over the service received from the lady that picked my call. Needless to say that the issue I reported is still not anywhere resolved. I have been going in cycles since my visit on September 14th! There is a big knowledge gap with your frontline workers!
