Doctors are great once you defeat the front desk staff. The reception has no idea how to use the phones or carry out a simple task. I’d go somewhere else. It’s just not worth waiting around.

Wicked pain in my side sent me here one early morning and by noon the doc had sent me for an ultrasound and called me herself quickly thereafter to get to the hospital. I’m thankful for the timeliness and thoroughness of Dr. W. My gallbladder didn’t stand a chance and I think she knew that immediately.

Incredibly unprofessional. I requested a short appointment (probably five minutes or less) for a purely bureaucratic purpose, and they not only refused to schedule one but clearly stated that even a walk-in visit would need to be long. Just more proof that the medical profession deserves no respect.

Possibly one of the worst clinics I have ever visited. Receptionists are so negligent with their work that they might actually cause harm to their patients. I called several times about my blood tests, something so simple, yet they could not make it more complicated. They did not follow up with me or the lab, set up appointments for me without checking if my blood tests were received, and worse - made me feel like it was my fault! Please, for your own good, use another clinic.

My family doctor is away and the staff at the clinic keep telling me they don't know when she will be back. I was able to get a walk-in appointment with Dr. Watts, but he made me feel very uncomfortable and was honestly rude and uninformative. My doctor before was great, but if she is not coming back I won't go back here again. There is a lot of stress right now on healthcare workers, but it's not an excuse to throw bedside manner out the window - I don't go into clinics too often, so when I'm there I need help and understanding. I went to the new clinic in Sutherland and had much better luck there - I was given information and medication that has ended up helping me a lot.

When you need to check you're blood work but only have Sunday off to due so and they are closed.....you should never have a day your office is closed. You're not a restaurant or a clothing store. People need you to be open. People's health depends on it. Get better hours

Every time I go to see my family doctor, need to explain everything from the beginning and freshly start. Even for my follow up appointment, everything needs to freshly start and it's like, i came to see the doctor just for the 1st time! However, I always see doctor records my concerns on the computer but why have to explain everything from the beginning again !!! It is follow up appointment! And once I asked for my prescription and one of the receptionist wanted me to charge for it !!!! I go for check up and asked for my prescription for submit to the insurance and receptionist wanted me to PAY!!!!

Do not go here if you are queer. They are connected to Christian Counselling Services and the homophobia is inherent in the medical forms you fill out to see a family doctor. It literally lists same-sex partner as a "symptom". Absolutely disgusting and dehumanizing. Also Dr. Wegner is so awkward and weird and wouldn't look at me and I could only hear half of what she said. Probably a symptom of her homophobia.

Doctor Watts is professional and knowledgeable. Receptionist are helpful when they can. Front desk seems understaffed and over loaded with work. If you are unable to get through over the phone, use the app to book appointments. We find that to be faster and easier.

Doctors are great BUT 0/5 for the front desk lady. She has to be let go if she doesn't want to work there. Trying to follow up a request to send my medical documents over and she kept trying to shove booking a follow up appointment down my throat. She just said the doctor isn't in and that she's left a note and then hung up on me once she figured out what I was looking for.

No accountability at this office, they book appointments when the dr is on call for births. Then call that morning an hour before their office opens to say doctor got called for a delivery and to call back to rebook. Trouble is their office phone is turned off until 9am, I call at 9:02 only to be told opps sorry the only appt is at 1:30 and my other option is come sit at the office for what could be hours with a 11 month infant. The communication at this office sucks!! I recommend any other medical office then this one!

If you book your appointments, it's always very quick to get in! The receptionists seem pretty busy, but always wanna help you out if you're patient you'll get through. Dr.Watts is very helpful and very knowledgeable! Always answers any questions you have. I would highly recommend this place. I'm not sure about walk-in wait times as I always book my appointments.

Friendly, fast, thorough and effective. I am new to the area and looking for a new doctor close to my home. Dr Watts is amazing and the staff, while young, are eager to do everything I need them to do. So many times they tell you to come in for walk in and it takes 2-3 hrs, receptionists don't give a crap about patients. They even tell you no you can't make an appointment with your 'Family Doctor'. Very disappointing, thought this would be a nice clinic but I was wrong.......

I haven't had an issue.. Dr Wegner is very thorough I find but a bit pushy with stuff.. My daughters have had some issues though with this clinic like being charged for print outs that they didn't even want or being told they have to see a dr to get blood results when the Dr who issued the test put in her chart to just give the results to her when she came in, sat until the clinic was ready to close only to have the receptionist still there look in her chart again and give her the results.. Or being charged for a "missed" appointment that was called in to be cancelled but the receptionist didn't actually cancel it... I would suggest to take notes on times and names when you call so you have some recourse for their neglect

I find it absolutely hard to believe that this clinic's way of fixing their reception problem is telling patients to book online instead. Maybe if you guys cared about your business and your reputation you'd put better measure to fix this. It is all about the business and not the Patient. I had trouble opening their entrance door as a result it made me a few minutes late. My appointment was not honoured. Very unprofessional and unfriendly reception staff. They do not look up to greet the patients. Very very dissapointed. They wanted to book another appointment but I declined. What is the point anyway? Don't think they will respond as I was told it is a business first.

Edit: I was called and rebooked for June 11, 830am. So I arrive for this appointment and get the same lady at the desk who tells me I don't have an appointment. I kindly explained my situation and she even remembered calling me and booking me. So thankfully she let me have an appointment but I really wish there was better communication and organizing here with the front staff. Not impressed with this place and its staff. I got booked here for a specialist appointment and I live in Prince Albert. I got the letter in the mail, app for 1130 on a Wednesday. So I take a full day off work and drive in. I arrived ten mins early to check in and the long hair Asian lady doesn't even say hello. Her first words to me were "your late!!" in a rude voice. I asked how I was late when I got the confirmation phone call the day before saying my appointment was 1130 on Wednesday and I was there ten mins early. She said "nope you missed your appointment by an hour.. Your late." so I kindly explained my situation and she said she would ask the specialist if she could still see me that day as I was from out of town. She told me to take a seat so I sit down and wait. 30mins later I still haven't been called or talked to so I go up to the desk and the same lady who I spoke to told me in a rude tone to wait a minute until she was done typing. I wait and she looks up at me and asked me if I had an appointment!!! I was shocked and said yes, I think so I've been waiting half an hour to see if she would see me. She said "well where were you I was looking for you!" and I said.. "the same chair I sat in when you told me to take a seat." she was angry and said "well she can't see you now it's too late, you'll have to rebook." so I get out my calendar to find my next Edo day to book this as I used my time off for this appointment. She tells me she will call me and I can't pick the day because the specialist is going on maternity leave in July." I told her I can only make it on days off as I have no more time off to take. She didn't seem to care and told me to leave and wait for their call. Was not happy leaving and driving all the way home after waiting months and months for answers at this appointment and wasting a full day off work for nothing. Definitely won't be coming back ever.

Why not take these reviews seriously and do something about these receptionists never picking up their phones. I understand they have other duties and responsibilities, but picking up the phone is one of them. It’s called prioritization. I was on hold for an hour and ended up just hanging up without even speaking to a person.. without even being asked “can you hold.” I see some good reviews here of the doctors. Geez, only if I was able to BOOK an appointment. Please ACKNOWLEDGE that there is a problem with the front desk, and come up with some solutions. Please.

Absolutely the worst clinic I have ever experienced. Totally misdiagnosised my son's skin issue and made it 10 times worse. Luckily we took him somewhere else and got treated on time. Otherwise don't know what gonna happen. Never go there again.

Reception was great even over the phone. When I was there they were nice and efficient. I seen Dr. Cecilia Siegling and she was amazing. Honestly the best physician I have had. She really listened to me and didn't rush. She took me seriously and made it a safe environment to talk about my concerns. Overall the office is also clean and everyone that I encountered seemed kind and professional. Great experience especially for a walk-in. I definitely will be going here again in the future!

I would like to be able to give a review for Doctor Carinca le Roux, but unfortunately I can't, because she REFUSED to see me, simply because I was late due to freezing rain on the highways. A warning to other potential patients: I can't say for the rest of the doctors at this office, but if you live outside of the city, or basically anywhere that weather or other issues beyond your control could impact your ability to get to your appointment on time (basically if you live in Saskatchewan), don't book with Doctor Carinca le Roux. I live TWO HOURS outside of the city and we had an extreme snowfall warning for our area. I called a few days in advance to let the office know that I might not be able to make it if the weather hits as bad as expected, and to see about re-booking, but was told I would have to wait until December if I wanted to re-book. I had already been waiting two months for this appointment and had booked the day off of work. So despite the weather, I headed out at 6am just to give myself an extra hour if the roads were bad. If I had had any idea that I would be TURNED AWAY if I was a little late, I would not have left. The gravel road was had snowed over through the night and we got stuck on our way out of our yard, putting us behind. Still, I continued on, not wanting to miss the appointment that I had been waiting 2 months for. The highway, for about 1 ½ hours of the drive was a skating rink. We had to creep along slowly, listening to warnings on the radio to stay off of the highway. By the time we neared the city, I knew I was going to be late for my 9am appointment, so I tried to call, but they don't open until 9am. So as soon as they opened, I called to let them know I was going to be about 15 minutes late. The receptionist could have at least told me not to bother coming in, but no. I arrive, at almost exactly 9:15 and she has to go and 'ask the doctor if she will still see me?!?!' And after everything I went through to get there, SHE TURNED ME AWAY. Despite attempts to explain my situation, the receptionist was completely unsympathetic and unwilling to help. Her only suggestion was to come back at three or re-book, even though I explained that I couldn't stay in the city that late. Now I see why they are accepting new patients. It can't be easy to keep them if they treat others this way as well. I have never had this type of experience with any other doctor or clinic before. I usually try to be 15-30 minutes early for appointments, but this is Saskatchewan and the weather is not in my control. A huge waste of my time and money and I risked my life on the highway for nothing.

I love Dr Gill but their service record is a little iffy. I got charged $50 to transfer my files to their office. Then one day I walked into their walk-in clinic with what was clearly a broken foot. They turned me away and said they were closed for the day - even though it was only 2:30 pm and the reception area was empty. That said, both Doctors I've had there are very good, most of the time the receptionists have been friendly, and the wait time (with appointments) short. Hopefully I'll continue to be lucky.

If you have the choice of going to another clinic, do it rather than wasting your time here. *if you are running behind, perhaps trying to let patients know they will be sitting there for twice as long as the length of the appointment should have been would be a good approach to consider. If I knew I could have left to get a bite to eat or run some errands instead of wasting my time I would have. I understand running behind, every business has those days but communicating with your patients usually saves everyone some trouble.

Dr Wegner was very nice but the receptionist was horrid, very rude. She did not even look at me while she was talking to me. She answered the phone in the middle of our conversation, which is surprising as I probably had to call back ten times before anyone picked up the phone. If they get new front end staff it would be much better.

It is an absolute shock this place is still open. If you value your health DO NOT come here. All these reviews speak for themselves. The most incompetent Clinic I have ever seen or dealt with. Absolutely no respect for their patients. My mom came here with a serious health concern (not related to Covid) that could have been significantly worse if she had not gone to a different clinic afterwards. She was yelled at and turned away by the rude receptionists at Lifebridge. We went to a different clinic and she was given the proper ATTENTION and CARE and was able to get the medication she actually required. I called Lifebridge to address this situation and spoke to a doctor that told me the Clinic Manager would get in contact with us asap but no word from her. What an absolute joke of a clinic. DO NOT come here!!

Instead of spending all your time replying to these reviews by copying and pasting and refusing to acknowledge that these concerns voiced by patients/customers are real and important...maybe pick up the phone?! Doctor Ali prescribed wrong dosage for an inhaler... I was told today, a dosage that does not even exist as it would be for a baby. The pharmacy had faxed to get clarification but they never heard back from her.

Not happy with the wait times at all. My past 2 prenatal appointments I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for 30+ minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time, watching people who walk after me in get in before me. When asking reception if I’m getting called soon, the answer is always “you’re next” as people are still being taken to the back after coming in after I did.

My experience today was horrible and unpleasant at all especially when it come from health care provider facility, the receptionist attendant was very rude and unprofessional, try to make me pay money to book appointment to ask doctor to fill form already sent three weeks ago to them, and after doctor fill it pay again to have the filled form, I refused so she asked me to leave and said you are not friendly and not nice and accused me to be not nice with her co worker two days ago and she said I am quote what she said with her loud voice “ I am not nice with not friendly and not nice people I heard when you talked to my colleague and you are not nice to her” which is not true at all.

Went on medimap to see wait time and phones the front desk. Medimap said 0 minutes and reception said 15 minutes. Waited over an hour. Would have gone elsewhere had we known. Total misrepresentation of the true facts. After seeing dr came to the conclusion this clinic seems to be quite incompetent. Will not go back ever.

I've been going to this clinic for three years now, first under Dr. Gafoor and now under Dr. Watts. I have had great service from both of these doctors. The reason I am leaving a review online is because I have recently been very frustrated with the front office staff. In the past two weeks I have had to contact the office numerous times, first to cancel an appointment, and then to rebook said appointment. After calling numerous times and being on hold for over ten minutes each time, I eventually left an email explaining that I wanted to cancel my appointment. I am currently on the phone with the office right now to reschedule an appointment and it's been ringing for over ten minutes. No opportunity to leave a message or anything. I understand that the clinic gets busy. I understand I am not the only person seeking healthcare. What I am asking is to either have the opportunity to leave a message or maybe change the systems of the office so I can actually talk to somebody in a timely matter, instead of wasting my lunch break on hold or with a ringing phone.

Went for a simple issue with an infant. Was told by the attending physician I should see the pediatrician as well and he could take on my daughter as a patient from now on (when registering I told them I had a family physician at City Center already). They were very pushy and seemed desperate to get new patients. I went to the clinic to get stitches removed and saw the walk in doctor. The doctor was not great to deal with and seemed annoyed that i came to the clinic to get them removed. She said they would not be able to do it and i should go to the hospital to get them removed (said she did not have experience with it). I went to the next closest clinic and saw the walk in doctor and they did it no problem (under 10 minutes), i told the doctor that this place would not remove them, and she couldn't understand why, or why they would want to send me to the hospital for it.

This clinic is so poorly run. My family and I have been patients here for a number of years and the only reason we stayed was because our family Doctor was amazing but she recently retired. Despite better judgment we moved to another doctor, Dr. Y. M. It was a huge mistake. I had an extremely rude encounter with the secretary named Jaymie on June 22, 2021 at 4pm. I was told over the phone by a person around 2pm the same day that they do not do bookings for walk-in, and that i need to come in to see someone. I came into the clinic around 4pm to do walk-in, and was told to wait until 7pm to see a physician. I chose to decline and as I was about the leave, she told me that the spots were going to fill up fast and she recommended to sign up. I obliged, and as I came back to the desk, she started acting very rude and the tone of her voice changed. The main reason why I am typing this is because by the end of the booking, she threw my card away to another table, rather than handing it back to me. How on earth is this behaviour tolerated at your clinic? I hope to see some action by your clinic regarding this matter soon.
