Booked full at 2pm. All I see are elderly people in there. What about us school going and working class people who dont have the luxury to wake up at 10am and start my day. Screw this place.

Dr. Dudley has been mine and my spouses doctor for a couple years now. He has helped me recover a terrible ACL and meniscus knee injury from skiing without the need of surgery by keeping in check with my physio appointments and my progress. My mental state has never been better - he has listened to me without judgment and is able to relate by giving me solutions rather than focusing on the pain that was felt for 20+ years. He also took me seriously when I stated I didnt like medication to solve the issues I was having - I was willing to put in any effort and willing to listen to his recommendations. He followed up regularly by stating I needed to set appointments and made sure my progress was steady. Not only that but I tried every outlet there was for my weight. I was upset about it, I was frustrated and I wanted to see results. He recommended books, talked about my eating habits, and there was no running around the bush - but told me how it is - either I was doing good or I was going off track. I gave him my notes of my regular meals, tracked my periods, and my exercise regime, and we adjusted accordingly. Since then I've never felt better, my periods started to become regular, I lost some weight and I felt happy. Honestly - he is my go to. He is my favorite. And I am so happy that by fate from my skiing injury that I was able to find such an incredible doctor like him.

My doctor just moved to this clinic, he’s old clinic was alrrady incompetent and I didn’t know that there’s more incompetent than them which is this clinic. My doctor is awesome, but Medical admin assistants/Medical office assistant is very disappointing. I asked one of the reception to fax my medication because it was sent to the wrong pharmacy and she didn’t even ask what prescription it was. She said its okay so ny pharmacy said that my prescription is there but turns out the reception faxed the WRONG PRESCRIPTION. I can’t believe it, so I had to call them again and talked to a different lady I guess. She asked what prescription it was which is good and she said she’ll fax the right prescription to the right pharmacy. Ive been waiting for the right prescription to be sent for 2 hours.

I bin a patient here for years, all the doctors here are so awesome, except for the receptionist she was very rude and said that it was her clinic so basically I couldn't speak or leave a message for the doctor to call me, all I wanted was to leave a message for my doctor to authorize a letter for me to go back to work.

A "walk in" clinic that doesn't tread anyone unless you book and appointment. That's my humor! Edit: I walked in 09:45am... Didn't know you close at 10am... Because that's not what you advertised. You don't need to lie because of a one star review.

receptionist is picking out customers and discriminating, as if your told to take of your shoes and you explain you have a special need for the types of shoes do to your foot(reason for the visit) only to be told to take them off and be surrounded by other customers with they're shoes off. maybe i can understand in the small room of course but the waiting room with all the foot traffic get real

Wish drs could examine access do Covid test know are history meds we were on .get run around 821 nner getting tested .nurses 811 can't do much .at least dr Dudley phones u back same day and is caring all good only saw 2 new clinic .prescriptions pharmacists pharmasave drs into changing meds .I knowpharmacist drs make mistakes no best .no urine samples fax o feel Covid my dr needs access notnirsr 811 been tired 7 days other symptoms.

I would like to edit my first comment. The first time I went as a walk-in patient, I didn’t have a good experience with a doctor that is not a regular doctor there. It was my first time ever in a clinic in Canada and I was very nervous but the doctor was very unfriendly and made me feel bad and uncontrollable. I don’t remmemer her name, but it was a female doctor. The second time I was back in the clinic Dr Dudley was very friendly and I felt confidence in what he was saying. He is our family doctor now and I would recommend him to other people. Giving 4 stars due to my first experience that was not good!

They have a strange walk-in system - it's really important to call in the morning to get an appointment that day, but the doctors are all great. Reception gets a bit overwhelmed at times and sometimes aren't the most welcoming, but it's not a big deal

There is an older lady who answers the phone for inquiries. She is not very friendly. Perhaps she is too tired working and must consider retiring.

Dr smit has been mine and my daughters doctor for awhile and have been going to this medical clinic since I was a kid. Dr smit and this clinic are amazing I definitely recommend them

Dr. Smit is a great family physician who actually cares about his patients. It can be difficult to get an appointment some days but that's only because good Drs like Dr. Smit are hard to come by around here and are in high demand.

Dr Smit is my family doctor as well as my sister and her family. He is very kind, concerned about a persons health and well being. I started seeing him back in 2014 after a work injury. Before that it has been years of trying to find a great Dr. I feel very privileged and very greatful to have him as my Dr.

I saw Doctor Smith at this clinic twice.The first time I saw him,I had gone in with a headache from stress.He prescribed me 3 different pain killers including T-4's and dilaudid.The amount of medication he prescribed for a simple headache was outrageous.The second time I saw him,I was looking for help to gradually reduce my dose of a benzodiazepine I had become addicted to.I also asked for a referral for addiction treatment.For some reason he got really angry,told me the medication I was on was not addictive and walked out of the room.I went there today and he was the doctor working.He refused to see me.Do not see this doctor.You'd probably get better medical care from Dr.Suess.

This is the best clinic I have ever been too. It’s sad to see all the bad reviews bc of the front desk lady when then the doctors here are the best I have ever seen. Dr Smit listens to all concerns and I am always very comfortable, he has listened to me every time I have come in, unlike some doctors! The walk-in is awesome— you just call at 9 am then you can get a same day walk in apt. Very convenient as I hurt my back and could get in the same day. Dr smit was full so I saw a female doctor I forget her name, she was also very nice & took the time to hear my concerns! Great clinic great doctors. As well at their new clinic is very nice!

Incredibly rude receptionist. I called trying to book an appointment. She said the soonest she can do is end of September like the 25th. I asked politely 3 times "okay can you please book the appointment" but she just wasn't answering me even though she heard me. After the 3rd time I asked, she hung up on me. When I called back she said they dont put up with swearing. I said I never swore, I asked very politely could you please book the appointment 3x then you hung up on me. The she said no that's not what happened. So you're calling me a liar now? All I was trying to do was book a drs appointment, why would I be swearing? And if you thought I was, why did you just ignore me and hang up on me instead of saying "I cannot continue this conversation with you swearing" or something of the like. Just not sure what happened in her day that she needs to be so rude to random callers. EDIT: Actually I was in a car full of people who were talking amongst themselves. I did ask why you won't do a reminder call for an appointment that is a month ahead when other clinics do. Just wondering if it was a temporary glitch in the system or policy. Any swearing you heard would have been from the car full of people and that should have been clear by how I was talking on the phone. I was speaking slowly, and asking to please book the appointment. When I called back I was clearly surprised by the swearing comment and reiterated I had not sworn to her and to please book the appointment

This is not a walk in clinic. You will get a piece of paper shoved at you with the names of Drs accepting new patients. Disappointing.

Dr. Smit is my family doc and Dr. Dudley when I couldn't see Dr. Smit. Both are polite, genuinely concerned and get quickly to problems and solutions. Recommend them .. very good.

I only gave 3 stars as you cant really walk in you have to have a appt most times,I have been going here for 11 years I have not missd appt until recenlty,they have a new rule if you miss one appt you have to pay aprx 35.00,I missed the appt by accident, I phoned to cancel and they said my appt was the day before and a bill was sent out,I now dont want to pay as I really cant afford the 35.00 and I am quite sick I need my 4 prescriptions a month just to be alright,this policy has put my health on jeopardy,Dr Smit is a very good dr as well as Dr Kaur,but this policy makes the people who are marinalized in jeopardy of not having health care they need
