Rachel Kotei

The most personable family doctor experience yet. I'm glad I decided to come here. Thank you.

Corah Hales

I waited for 1 hour to see my doctor. My appointment was at 9:25 and I got in at 10:20. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked for help with my weight loss journey and my doctor prescribed me a medication without explaining what it is or how it works. I looked it up when I got home and it doesn’t even work with my age and other medications. I was rushed out of the room before I could ask any questions because he was “behind schedule”. I will not be going back, please don’t go to this clinic.

My wife's appointment was for 1:45 pm....I'm still waiting for her outside at 3:25pm. Typical clinic I guess...overbook and then make you wait.

I’ve had good and bad experiences. One day my doctor is friendly and the next he doesn’t even look at me and talks to me only when he has to. The people at the front seem to be getting grumpier lately. I’ve had to wait over an hour to see a doctor with an appointment and left crying because I didn’t feel like I was heard about my mental health.... everyone has different opinions but I would definitely find a doctor that is consistently caring and kind...

Front staff/Pharmacy are usually polite & helpful. Today they were great, but I saw a newer Dr as a walk in patient (haven't seen him there previously, not sure when he started) & he is very unprofessional. The interaction was uncomfortable & unnecessary. I will not be going back.

Angelika Hao

if i could give this a ZERO/NO star i would. Far by the WORST clinic ive ever been to. Came at 5 pm for a walk in appointment and were told to wait 40 to 50 mins. Waited for almost 1 and half hours and they called saying to wait for more 30 mins. The doctor called at 6:57 pm and the call just lasted for almost a MINUTE. THEY COULDVE JUST SAID TO CALL 811 AT THE RECEPTION AND NOT WAIST OUR 2 HOURS WAITING FOR NOTHING.

brayden harris

By far the worst receptionists I have seen in my entire life! Called there over 50 times and not one phone call was answered, nor is it possible to leave a message. Doctors are decent but it’s quite irrelevant when it’s not even possible to make or change an appointment! Would recommend any clinic in Saskatchewan over this one hands down!!

Dr. Tuwor, our family doctor. He is a great doctor, but the people who work at the reception are not friendly at all (really horrible). They give you the feeling that they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Today I was talking to someone at the reception, and she did not try to help me ... no, she kept me on the line 3 times, I waited for more than 40 minutes and then she just cut off our conversation. After that, I still tried to call 3 times, but they did not answer me.

Very bad experience with Dr Azam and not so great with the receptionists; ultrasound and lab techs were great! Dr Uzma Azam seemed uncaring, has minimal knowledge in pregnancies and does not bother looking at the file before going to see you in the room because she had no idea what was going on when she showed up at my second appointment with her (1 week after the first one). The receptionists seemed a bit lost and unorganized as well based on my experience and what I have seen while waiting in the waiting room. I originally booked an appointment with Dr Azam to get blood work, ultrasound forms and have a referral sent to an OBGYN after finding out I was pregnant. After my appointment, I booked my blood work and ultrasound there, and the receptionist never gave me a form for blood work so I thought they had everything on my file. The dr also told me then that referrals couldn't be sent before 26 weeks, which I thought was odd, but didn't really care at that point since I thought I was having a singleton. So I showed up for my appointments and I'm told I'm missing a form for blood work and need to book another appointment with the doctor to get it...The ultrasound technician was great! And we found out I was gonna have twins. A few days later I go in again to finally get the form and blood work done and find out what was gonna happen now that we know Im gonna have twins. Dr Azam first knew nothing about the twins, because she didn't even take 1 min to look at my file before coming in. She fills out the blood work form and then I ask to send a referral to Cornerstone Medial Clinic so I can get appropriate care for my multiple pregnancy. But to my surprise, she refused to send a referral for my twin pregnancy stating the OBGYNs don't accept them until 26 weeks unless there are complications, which is totally untrue. They can send the referral, you might not get an appointment until 26ish week depending on availability. Also she had no idea of the potential risks of my pregnancy because she hadn't even looked at the ultrasound report and knew nothing (if the babies are, or are not, sharing sacs and placenta) and twin pregnancies are always considered higher risk! I will not be going back to see her and I do not recommend this clinic.

It's impossible to get ahold of someone here... I've been trying to book an appointment all week but no one will answer the phone.

Michael Angell

We have had no problems. Dr. Sulaiman is very kind and caring. He takes care of my elderly parents with competence and compassion. The clinic is very clean and the staff has always been very friendly and calm.

Toni C

Dr. Sualiman use to be great.. Personally I’d give him 3/5 because he doesn’t know anything about the mental health services in Saskatchewan/Saskatoon. I left my old GP because of the 10 year horrible relationship we had and Dr.S a gave me hope that not all Dr.’s will be like that… but slowly he’s starting to make me question it. The last 2 appointments I had booked with him,(phone calls because that’s all I could get) he just didn’t bother to call me, at all. And when I called his staff back each time they were incredibly unhelpful and said that it was my fault I missed the appointment and the doctor wouldn’t not call. But again, it happened so that’s lovely. Now about the front staff, absolutely atrocious. No help whatsoever and they NEVER have a clue what is going on. Half the time they leave the phones off so they don’t have the answer them, or if you “reach voicemail” it’s full already. Are any of the front staff qualified to even be MOA’s, or even OA’s? The only one that was ever any help or any good was David, but now that he is back in school I don’t see him much. The rest of the staff “mmmmm” “hmmm” “mmhmmm”’s you when you try to explain things, they lack any sort of basic understanding that doctors can actually set up appointments without them, and if the Doctor tells the patient that he will call them and he doesn’t, it’s actually their job to make it happen ASAP not a week from when they feel fit. They also have no care for making sure that the doctors get prescription refills and send them back to your pharmacy in time. When I know I’m about two weeks away from being out of a medication, I have to send in a prescription refill way earlier or else most likely it will not be filled in time. The front staff make this clinic awful, and the false hope that Dr. Sualiman gives out has worn off.

Alicia Caplan

The doctors and lab/x-ray technicians are great. The reason why I am giving low stars is due to the receptionists. It is painful to book appointments, they make mistakes frequently and can be quite rude. Seriously thinking about switching clinics because of them.

aarsha sajin

Rude and unpleasant reception staff. Treating people with no respect. He (reception guy) should know how to be pleasant at work place.

Erica Sweatman

Staff have always been friendly enough to me. Doctors are professional. Dr. George Tuwor is good. Always sends for testing if needed to find the root of the problem. ???????? I have a feeling some of the negative reviews here are moreso related to the systemic racism that plagues this country.

Karli deBussac

Friendly and efficient staff. Doctors are knowledgeable and will take great care of you

There was one person a head of us. Literally we have been waiting for almost 1.5 hrs. We were told my dad was next. Why are they so slow????? Beyond frustrating.

Dr. Sulaiman is a great doctor hands down! The people who is incharge on answering the phone makes this a worst place. You need to phone them multiple times before someone pick up the phone. Receptionist will place you on hold and will come back after 5-8 mins. Very poor telephone etiquette.

Paulina

Despite the fact it’s so hard to find clinic that accept new patients, I booked a time visit week prior our appointment. When we arrived the clinic was full of people. Long story short: I didn’t go in on time. We overall waited an hour to see a doctor; they mixed up our file. Won’t be back there for sure.

Madison Sabourin

I was ordered an ecg and blood tests. The doctor told me if i come back at 830am i can get it done. I asked is that all? He said yes. I asked the receptionist if i can get the tests done at 830 to confirm, she said yes and i left. I returned right now and was told i had to fast and the ecg cant be done until 10. So i took time off work that was wasted. For a doctors office, this place has terrible communication with its patients.

Amanda Chevrier

I was referred to Evergreen Medical Clinic for a minor surgery. Everything went well. The doctor was quick and made me feel at ease. I would recommend to anyone.

Elisabeth l

Dr. Sulaiman is great... but my god, the reception is absolutely abysmal. We've called approximately 10-15 times and have received no response. We've also left approximately 4-5 voicemails, and, again, have received no response. Their voice-mail is also almost always full so you can't even get through to them. If it wasn't for the receptionists, I'd be giving 5 stars

K B

The online booking is either broken or no one is tending to it. Phone if you need an appointment.

Completely unprofessional and unorganized. For my first in-patient appointment about a month ago, I waited for 2 hours with no explanation and no apology. I understand that doctor’s offices are extremely busy, however I have never waited 2 hours for an appointment at any other clinic. Dr. Pearl also has her staff book phone appointments with patients for “some time after 6pm” and they will not book a specific appointment time so you have no idea when to expect a call. After waiting 2 hours, I received a call at 8:10 pm. I also received a call from Dr. Pearl at 10 pm on a Sunday, which in my opinion, is completely unacceptable and unprofessional The front desk staff don’t properly check health cards and spelling of names as my name was spelt incorrectly from the start. I had to call to have blood work paperwork re-issued to the lab with my name spelled correctly and I was told “we will change it it with a pen”. When I inquired about how the lab was going to get my updated paperwork, the receptionist I spoke to told me that they wouldn’t re-send. I ended up having to correct it with the lab myself.. This clinic does not respect their patients or their patients’ time. I have cancelled the rest of my appointments.

Aaron Arnault

Very nice clinic and great staff.

The front end staff (reception) is completely disorganized, unprofessional and under-staffed. If you call, be prepared to wait on hold for at least 5 minutes. Even simple requests seem overwhelming and the waiting room does not accommodate enough people. I have never visited such a disorganized clinic. The one doctor I saw had no 'bed-side manner' and I am going to be looking elsewhere because the entire experience was bad.

Titan is real T.i.r

Two stars because The doctors and practitioners are kind and courteous. However, those receptionists NEVER answer their phones. Which is where they loose stars. There is always 2-3 workers behind the desk when I come in for appointments yet no one can answer a phone. On numerous occasions I’ve had to call for days straight over and over again just to have my call ignored. This results in me having to drive across the city to go in person just to make an appointment. If they would answer the phone once in awhile I wouldn’t have to go out of my way. It sounds like a small thing to complain about, but if you have a chance to go with a different dr’s office just do it. Their lack of being able to take appointments on the phone becomes extremely annoying after awhile.

Don’t waste your time seeing Dr. Laura Tanyi-Remarck. Unfortunately she didn’t care to find out what was going on with my health and I had to switch doctors in order to be properly diagnosed. Please take the time to read this so it doesn’t happen to you. Also be advised that when I first met her, I loved how calm and unique she was to her approach but she ended up being quite rude to me and always left me feeling extremely awkward and belittled. She blames everything on weight, specific diets, and lifestyle, which I DO understand is a major factor but it doesn’t mean I should be told to be vegan (which I already was , lol) to solve my problems without getting the proper diagnosing tests. For example, I had a lump under my armpit and she assumed it was a lipoma (fatty tissue growth) so her “prescription” for me was to eat a better diet, which I agree could have been the solution to fat growth, but I needed an ultrasound to find out what it actually was and she refused. I had other symptoms to, such as what is classified as extreme unintentional weight loss and extreme fatigue. When I switched doctors and got my results, it was a cyst and it needed further testing (further reasoning as to why I switched doctors below).. Unfortunately that wasn’t the only case with her. During this same time, I had gone in for lower back discomfort (a type of organ pain not joint/typical back pain) and I assumed it was related to my kidney because I have had kidney stones before more than a couple times so I could relate the pain as so. At first I saw Dr. Tuwor as a walk in patient as Laura had a full schedule (as per usual, usually had a three week availability rate at minimum but yet is accepting new patients constantly). Dr Tuwor thought I had a bladder infection so ordered blood and urine tests. Since she was my doctor at the time, I saw Dr. Laura when results came back a couple days later (luckily squeezed me in). Before she read the results she told me it couldn’t be anything else but a bladder infection which was quite unprofessional of her to say. The funny part was that once she read the results, she read them out to me and wasted all the time complaining about levels of other things that I should be “greatly” concerned about (liver enzymes which were off just slightly [new doctor went over them too because I mentioned that I’m worried since she was] and she told me to stop drinking alcohol to solve this - had to tell her that I haven’t had alcohol since high school more than 7 years ago) when she got to the bacteria results, they proved that in fact I did not have a bladder infection but instead of looking into what could be the actual reason I was having this pain, she just disregarded the results. I had to ask her once again for an ultrasound and thankfully she ordered one, but in annoyance towards it. I shouldn’t have to feel horrible about wanting to know what’s wrong with me. Luckily they have an ultrasound tech there in the building, so I was able to get it done the very next morning. Unfortunately the inadequate front end staff didn’t tell me the proper instructions for my testing, so when I came the next morning the Ultrasound tech told me I’d have to wait upwards to an hour to let my bladder become completely full (I was unaware of this because I had never had a bladder Ultrasound before). This clinic doesn’t have free public water, such as a water fountain. The tech gave me water from the public bathroom sink (yuck). Overall the ultrasound tech was fantastic, she was extremely friendly and made me feel completely comfortable during the imaging. It would take another couple weeks to see Dr. Laura for the results and I wasn’t satisfied with her ability or want to find out what was going on with all my concerns so at this time I was going to switch doctors. In the end, I found out that my problems were not relating to my bladder and diet. I have ovarian cysts and currently referred and waiting to see a specialist. I’m not sure if I would have ever found this out if I continued to be a patient of Dr. Laura.

Figured I would review this, because me and my fiancé have only had positive experiences here. Maybe it's because of the doctor we have (Dr. Adeniyi Sulaiman). I have had very short waits and find Dr Sulaiman to be extremely professional and understanding. We also haven't experienced any issues with reception. Was a bit shocked to see the low rated reviews on here, but also understand that each person's experience can be vastly different.

CLEOPATRA

terrible clinic , incompetent physician . Take more few minutes and drive to another clinic with more competent staff

Sarah Purdy

Unhelpful and impatient reception rushes you off the phone. I've had 2 prescription interruptions in 6 months with rude reception to my calls to resolve the problem. The claim was that my pharmacy was responsible for sending refill requests, but when my pharmacy had sent the request and the clinic says they haven't received it, a simple follow up call should be received with some professionalism.

North

Been here quite a few times. The staff is always very polite I have never had long waits or cancelled appointments. Dr Sulaiman has been very helpful and always listens to me.

Rui Vieira Jr

It’s is an amazing place to go to take care about your health.

Kevin Pitts

After reading all these negative comments from other victims and i myself also suffered from this situation...all i can say this seems to be the future of canada where all unprofessional immigrants will be doing the services with no manners. Most of the staff are from africa and they are extremely rude.

Paramjot Singh

All doctors are great. We are with Dr. Setsoana and she's awesome. Only part i dont like reception guys wont pick your call and sometimes call stay on hold more than 30 minutes. I dont beleive they stay that busy. This is happenign to me every time when I try to call them. Please read your reviews and try improve this. Every 2 review is about reception.

Leah Vujic

If youre on a tight schedule, I wouldnt recommend booking here mainly because wait times can be all over the place. Ive had to wait anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour and a half after when my appointment was supposed to start. That said, the wait is worth it to me for Dr. Pearl Akobundu who is thorough, caring and has a good sense of humour. Dr. Adebola Obayan was also pleasant to be around and in general Ive found all the staff to be pleasant and professional.

The doctor was super rude to me. I went in to see about potentially switching my family doctor and the one at Evergreen medical told me I was foolish for trying to switch and didn’t understand my own condition. I also waited for 30 minutes before seeing a doctor and when I finally saw her, the doctor was super apathetic and rude. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Rafael Wolf de Goes

Worst experience ever for my family with 2 doctors of the clinic: - Doctors are always late, more than 30 minutes wait, sometimes even more than 1 hour. Never, never on time. - Doctors lack empathy and don't seem to care about you at all. It seems they don't even want to work. - Doctors don't remember your name or who you are or what you are feeling, even when you go there 3 times in the same week. I don't get why people complain about the receptionists. They seem to their job okay.

Madison Davis

Nobody ever answers the phone, doctor makes you feel invalid and inconvenient Also, if you book an appointment at a certain time, expect to go in 40 mins to an hour after that time. Also, they've had important test results back for an entire week, and the doctor still hasn't looked at them or called me back to back consult even though medication is needed.

Darby Young

Even though masks are no longer mandatory, the evergreen medical clinic is making patients wear a face mask without any notice to the patients. Most people do not carry masks on them anymore now that they are no longer mandatory and they are TURNING AWAY patients who don't have a mask on, and they do not give you any notice in advance telling you that you need to wear a mask. I have no problem with this clinic wanting people to continue to wear masks as a safety measure, but I do have a problem with the fact they don't tell their patients they need to wear a mask and they refuse service to anyone who doesn't have a mask and they can't even give them away for free. If they want patients to wear masks and don't give any notice they need to have a patients supply of masks that are free. To turn away medical attention to someone for this is extremely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Laura Boldick

The doctors and staff are incredible. Only complaint is that you usually have to wait up to an hour or more after your scheduled appointment time until you are called in to the doctor's exam room. Bring a book or something to do to help pass the time... especially if you have children with you!

Carina Fleury

ZERO STARS! TERRIBLE receptionist, takes forever to get through, then when you finally do she keeps talking over you and doesn’t even hear what you’re saying. Would not recommend this clinic at all. It takes days to finally get through then when I tried telling her she just said “ok but I can’t choose a doctor for you” that’s not what I was saying ????????‍♀️

Earlier this month we went (walk-in) to get referral for blood work. There were like 4 people in the waiting room and it took 2.5 hours to get in, then a doctor took us to a room with exposed needles just lying there on the counter, where we waited another 45 minutes to see a doctor. The doctor spoke very quickly and did not repeat herself. Just today I called 7 times because I need a medical exam completed in 6 days or less (thanks, SGI :/) and they haven't picked up. The one time the phone was answered, the call was dropped within two seconds. I didn't even get a word in. So, what? Will I just not drive? Driving is pretty essential... We've been here since 2020 and it's always been this bad, as far as I know. Reception is okay at best, at least they're polite in-person, but they don't know how to answer the phone. The doctors I've seen (Dr. Pearl and Dr. Moorosi) seem to be lost and don't communicate with their patients. Even if you can't get into another place for awhile, definitely go somewhere else; it's worth the wait.

Sixoblixky Szn

Lack of communication, lack of effort, they lack a lot of important skills every doctor needs to have

Anria

I made a booking for an Ultrasound and X-ray two weeks in advance because I had two days off at work and since I do not get leave at work and work from 8am to 5pm everyday, I wanted to make sure that I do this very urgent ultrasound on one of my off day. Then the afternoon before my appointment date I receive a call from Evergreen clinic to cancel my appointment because the person doing the ultrasounds will not be available to do it anymore, no explanation or reason given. I feel it is extremely rude, unprofessional and totally unexceptable the way they dropped me, knowing all too well that there's no possible way I would get another appointment for the following day at any other imaging centre on such short notice. Your staff is not helpful at all and the person doing the Ultrasounds is clearly too lazy to do their job properly.. This is a very unreliable and unprofessional clinic and I am utterly disgusted with their service.

Jared Moore

Staff are very sweet and genuinely care

Gwendolyn Roy

I'm pleased to finally have found a family doctor in Saskatoon. Dr. Moorosi (5 stars for her!) is really wonderful, kind, and she takes the time to be thorough about preventative health. I have had some difficulty getting in touch with the clinic at times and sometimes hold times are long on the phone, but the clinic is very clean and it feels safe. Staff are professional.

Jaycee Seib

Took 2 hours to have a prescription sent . Absolute joke, after waiting 2 hours and them stopping answering my calls, I actually had to run across town and talk to there staff to have my prescription sent correctly. I would definately avoid this clinic if convenience/respect are things you value.

Austin A

Very unprofessional. Despite having an appointment booked, when I showed up the receptionist seemed unaware that I had an appointment. Even though the place was empty, I proceeded to wait over an hour before finally leaving without seeing a doctor.

Julie Koroluk

Unprofessional, uninformative, and unable to answer my questions. We definitely won't go back there.

Lisa Marie K

My mom is a patient of this clinic. The staff member named Rhonda went above and beyond to help my mom arrange some important testing after very upsetting results. She went out of her way to help mom and make sure she did not fall through the cracks, and she communicated with and reassured mom every step of the way. It helped her to know that someone was working hard to make sure what could be scary diagnosis would be just a little more comforting having someone like that helping. This is a great clinic for family practice or walk in.

Jayden Parschauer

I've had nothing but good experiences at this clinic and with Dr. George Tuwor. He is personable, listens to what I have to say, and shows sincere care for my health. I also have never had any issues with the reception staff or wait times as this seems to be the problem in a majority of the reviews. I wish I could give more stars.

Garrett B

Unorganized and unprofessional

Jason Warner

I recently seen Dr. Setsoana Moorosi at Evergreen Medical Clinic. I was looking for a new family doctor, specifically one who has knowledge and expertise in mental health as I’ve always struggled with depression and anxiety since I was a teenager. I am 40 years old, but like a lot of people still struggle from time to time, especially during this COVID pandemic which has affected my mental health significantly. My first appointment, meet and greet, with Dr. Moorosi was beyond my expectations. She was very patient, took the time to listen and understand my concerns and worries , answered all my questions and provided me with resources I was unaware of. At the end of my appointment, which was very thorough, she remarked “you and I are going to work together”. I’ve never felt such support and understanding! I was in tears. Dr. Moorosi is a very passionate and caring Doctor. We need more doctors like her ❤️

matt h

Utterly useless, Went to get a family doctor, and the Dr said "you need a family doctor" to which I replied yes that's why I'm here, to get a family doctor. she then printed out a list of OTHER DOCTORS currently taking patients. Honestly one of the laziest most ignorant moments I have ever had. Go to an established clinic, not this garbage.

Sarah Hamel

Good and fast service! The doctor was really friendly and professional ! Will go there again !!

ARCHANA KUMARI

Extremely disappointed from their services. In reception no one bothered to pick call. I was ill and tried multiple times but they are not responding. Don't go here....pathetic

Kyla E

I have been there three times now. This place is absolutely disgusting. The doctor who owns this place should be ashamed he calls himself a doctor. First time I saw him all he did was talk about himself and how much money he put into the clinic. Didn't even ask about my symptoms. Last time we went there, the instruments he was going to use to put stitches in my hand were dirty with dried blood on it! It was disgusting. They also claim they have lab and x-ray, but it is never open. How can you advertise for that? Terrible clinic, terrible doctors. The rating should be negative five stars.

Alice Langley

What a disappointment this clinic has turned into! Living in the neighborhood, we were so excited for a clinic to open with all of the amenities this one was claiming to offer. Our first couple visits were great, but man has this place gone downhill in the last month. There are several new staff members who don't speak english and are clearly incompetent. No one EVER answers the phone. The physicians are even worse. My family has been seen by both Dr. Tanyi and Dr. Tuwor, and man do these two doctors do the clinic a huge injustice with their terrible bed side manner and treatment of patients. Reading the reviews on these doctors shows this is a very common experience. So many neighbors in the area have shared the same sentiments, and it is very unfortunate that this clinic has turned into garbage. We will go back to using other clinics in the area as it is not worth the time to go here as it has just become a garbage money grab. Very sad news for the area.

Dougly

Worst telephone manner I have ever seen. Awful awful experience. They do not care about their patients here thats for sure!!!

Leonard Kelley

It's very obvious that a lot of these reviews are orchestrated by the owner and his physicians/staff. I've been to this clinic, and so many of these positive reviews are obviously inaccurate and false. The owners can pretend it is something it is not by asking their friends to make up reviews, but the truth always comes out. Horrible clinic, horrible physicians. Don't waste your time. One star is too high of a rating for this terrible clinic. Drive the extra few minutes and go somewhere else even if you have to wait a bit longer. Don't compromise your healthcare because you are limited for time.

Megan Meckling

Beyond upset heres why ; i went in about a month ago to get a medical form done to apply for disability and when I contacted my worker they STILL haven't sent it out plus left a few conditions I have! Extremely upset because they are supposed to be professionals workering here!

Yunxia Yang

If I could give them 0 star , I will do that.

Anndi Mcleod

I am so disappointed in the receptionist team here. My doctor is great. But because of the reception team I have been unable to get a prescription renewed in time and have been left without a prescription I’ve been on for over a year. First off the person at reception gave me false information and told me that I could get the pharmacy to fax it to them and the doctor would fill it. This did not happen. When I called back two days later to check the status of my renewal the receptionist then told me I had to speak to my doctor. And that I’d have to wait three days to speak with him. When I said I would be out of pills for three days by then and about how it is dangerous to abruptly stop medication and about withdrawal, they were dismissive of my concerns and rude. Unwilling to make any comprise they then said I could go to the ER if I needed it sooner. This person told me to go to the ER for a simple prescription renewal DURING COVID!! I really hope that the clinic pays attention to these complaints as I’ve seen many similar to my experience on past reviews. This behaviour is unacceptable, unnecessary and honestly, very dangerous. Times are tough but this makes it all the more important that we treat each other with kindness, respect and empathy. Please make changes so another person does not have this same experience

Sean and Malory Engemoen

We needed a walk in clinic on a Sunday and we Googled the clinics in Saskatoon and this one had 5 stars so we decided to make the drive from Martensville and we are very glad we did. Dr. Tuwor was wonderful. He took his time to examine my son and truly helped him. My son doesn’t trust doctors due to bad experiences and was very happy he came to this clinic. Even if there are medical clinics closer to Martensville we have decided to switch clinics and make Evergreen medical clinic OUR new clinic. Thank you to Dr. Tuwor and the staff.

Jordon Lees

I guess I have to find a new family doctor because no one answers the phone at this clinic? Dr.Morosi is a fantastic doctor nevertheless. 5* doctor, 1* reception….

Jack Williams

Very good clinic with helpful and smiling staff at Ultrasound test.

Sarah Fang

Avoid at all costs. I've outlined all of the red flags I've experienced through them below: (1) I went to this clinic because I lived across the street. My physician was Dr. Laura Tanyi-Remarck. She would often do things like come into the appointment and ask for my name, then snap at me to "hold on" when I told her my name because she was logging into her terminal. She also once recommended that I go in for a physical (without asking first if I'd had a recent pap test). When I arrived for the physical, she asked when my most recent pap test was, and when I told her, she said that was recent, and why did I book a physical? She didn't do any other tests. Apparently a full physical is just a pap test. A few months later, I got a call from the College of Physicians and Surgeons because they were investigating Dr. Tanyi-Remarck for putting in fraudulent lab orders. They asked if I had taken 2 pregnancy tests at the clinic with her within a month, because she had charged for that. I have never taken a pregnancy test at a clinic in my life. Soon after that, I tried to make an appointment and the clinic told me she was no longer working as a physician. (2) After her departure, I was assigned to Dr. George Tuwor. He often left me quite uncomfortable. I went in a few times to see him for different reasons (stomach pain, chest pain), and each time he would laugh and ask me if I was pregnant. I'm not sure what was happening with doctors/pregnancy, but other than the fact that some of the symptoms I went in with had no connection to pregnancy, I was really put off by how he couldn't ask me professionally, he always had to chuckle when he asked. (3) Most recently (today) I had a horrible telephone exchange with one of their staff (who the clinic manager Claris, claims are all anonymous). They claimed that I had seen a certain doctor in the clinic, and I insisted I had never met that doctor in my life. They kept insisting I had, until suddenly, they changed their tune and said I didn't. They had a horrible attitude. When I mentioned that Dr. George was unprofessional and I didn't want him to be my family doctor, they said that was unlikely. They said they were no longer doing telephone appointments, and when I mentioned the pandemic was still ongoing, his response was "people have been coming in". I mentioned that I didn't have access to a car on weekdays and he said "I'm not sure how you will get your prescription renewed then". I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you have the choice.

I think a big part of this clinics problems are lack of staffing. They need more front line staff for efficency and support. One or two staff at the front in a very busy walk in clinic can't do it all. I had a family doctor who was the only doctor and the office had 3 full time staff. Common areas of this clinic can use some friendly wall decor for a warmer environment and I'm not sure why vending machines offering unhealthy choices is in the waiting room of a medical clinic? The front staff always seem to be very friendly and helpful. No complaints on the lady doctor I seen, she actually was very good with me and I will go back to her.

I’m just confused why I have to phone sometimes 8-10 times to get through to reception....

Been calling for days, no answer and mailbox is full. They also called a relative instead of me for an appt reminder! P

I went there and its seems dr is not interested to explain anything. I feel like he did not like if someone ask if any questions about treatment twice ????

Everytime I come to this clinic there is something new to be disappointed by. Starting from unnecessarily long wait times (I was the only person when I walked in and am still waiting - 20 minutes) all the way to getting charged $2.50 for a mask today. Dr George is a good doctor, but people around him aren't upto the job (almost a lazy environment).

Reception is rude and ruined my experience. As someone who is also a receptionist you need to give people the best experience possible. Especially working in a doctors office, people have mental health problems and are probably there for a difficult reason. I left crying just because of how they spoke to me. My doctor is lovely though and I felt as if the receptionists weren’t respectful when talking about a mistake she made due to being new. Take accountability people.

Can’t believe that Receptionist or Office staff refuse to print Lab Requisition, Prescription and any other paperwork’s prescribed by the Doctor. Wait more time and they keep debating about giving not hard copy and waste more time then seeing Doctor at Reception. Hope Office Manager or Clinic Owner direct them to print as Patient ask for it so there must be reason for hard copy Req so they should understand that and not counting Pennie’s about printing cost since seeing doctor is already paid premium fees by patients/ Tax payer’s so should cover that cost and don’t be too greedy….

Amazing clinic and staff. I had some concerns and questions for my elderly mom who hasn't always received the best care, and the manager was so helpful, kind, patient, and compassionate with us both. She truly cares about the patients. It was great to feel valued in a world when everyone is usually too busy to care. Bravo Evergreen Medical Clinic. We will be back and definitely recommend you to all!

Very unprofessional and unethical service provider. We are family of 4 and each of us has done blood works through them, but never got a call to discuss the report. Every time we had to call back and make the appointment. Even when I called the clinic to see a doctor for my daughter who is having an earache they said she is showing corona symptoms and they cannot take her. It’s the earache!! She said they are private and they can do that!! We clearly mentioned her that this is not a symptom, also she doesn’t go to school and we have self isolated ourselves for last 1 week. Never felt like doctor even care for any patient. Will never go back and will not recommend at all.

Cassy Muri

I have really liked my doctor (doctor Tuwor) but the reception team is an absolute joke. Getting ahold of reception is an absolute nightmare and then when you do they are no help at all and tell you to “use the book online feature”

Dharmesh JAIN

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF HANDLING PHONE CALLS, EVEN IF THEY ARE AT FAULT THEY DON'T FEEL SORRY SIMPLY THEY HUNG UP.

Adelia Pessuto

After trying to book an appointment for 4 days, I finally got one with Dr. Tanyi-Remark. She is (was) my family doctor who moved from another clinic to Evergren, of course I only found out because my pharmacist told me so. Had a phone call arranged with the doctor who instructed me to tell the pharmacist to send a fax so she would renew my prescription. Three days and three faxes later, the receptionist told me that this doctor does not come to clinic because she works up north, in the meantime, there is no hope in getting my prescription renewed. Very frustrating. It seems that doctors are only there to get their fees and nothing else. Do not recommend at all.

quite possibly the only positive medi clinic experience I've ever had. very friendly staff all around, and so fast!! I'm glad this is the closest medi clinic to me and i will from now on only be going there

Emmanuel Amah

It's extremely disturbing to me to read some of the negative reviews here and predominantly directed to the front desk personnel. To be honest, I have not had any course for concerns with them as they attend to you on first come, first serve basis. They usually say "please use the hand sanitizer ". I know some people can have attitude or be so difficult to deal with regardless of if they were patients or staff. Hence, I do not make exemptions to any bad experience one may have experienced. However, it is unprofessional to discuss someone's medical or health information to the glare of others as someone pointed out. For the most part, the doctor I see is quite knowledgeable. I give it to him in terms of know how because I compared what he did to what my former clinic doctor did in same situation. I've always met with Dr. George Toews and haven't seen any other. Perhaps I'll get a better idea from others who saw someone other than Toews. Overall, I think I like their services.

Tracey Seidel

The receptionist and colleagues are very helpful

Booked an appointment days ago. Doctor was over 1.5 hours late. Half hour I can understand, but not an hour and a half. Nice doctor, clean facility. Overall very slow doctors and reception. Be prepared to wait a long time for pre-booked appointments.

Worst and slowest service I ever had in Canada. Doctors are good but reception staff is so rude. I felt they should valued they patients and should be more respectful as well. I experienced 3 time with same service. I personally do not prefer the visit this clinic again.

Lisa Keogan

Basically was dumped by the doctor, who sent me for tests and then quit! No forwarding information. No referrals to other physicians. NOTHING! I can’t get through to the clinic because they are too busy! The doctor left a phone number in her generic letter to her patients that wasn’t mailed just dropped off at blood collection sites etc! She doesn’t answer her phone nor calls back when you leave a message! Very very unprofessional and thoughtless!

Grace Snakeskin

Extremely long wait times on phone, buses unreliable to get there on time, namely the #43. Family doctors don't recognize you as their patients. You will wait for 45+ minutes on hold. Do not go there.

Anna Wilson

Very pleased with Dr. Tuwor. Kind, thorough and very helpful. Has been calling to check-in on our well being and to follow up on all diagnostics. Highly recommend this caring, but busy doctor. You are a gift to your patients Dr. George Tuwor!!

Kimberley Angelinas

Amanda Leigh Haughey

I see Dr Moorosi. She is kind and thorough. Her first appointments took a month between appointments, but thats now changed and now I can get an appointment within 5 days so that good. I recommend her. My husband sees Dr Tuwor. He is also a kind Dr, thorough, and my husband will keep seeing him. Wait times can be too long sometimes, but phone call appointments for reoccuring patients has helped greatly with this.

Shayla-rae Meenia

Dr.Laura was wonderful! Very companionate! And the cleanest clinic I’ve ever been in. She is very spiritual, and unique.

Sharon M.

Horrible experienced, horrible standard operating procedures.that female doctor doesn’t even know how to introduced herself + sarcastic, arrogant, and doesn’t know how to listen to your concerned I don’t think this doctor is knowledgeable enough.well, I would say there are 2,000+ Doctors in Saskatchewan therefore it’s impossible not to find a responsible one.

Clinton Muller

Absolutely terrible place. Booked a lab appointment and went there for the scheduled appointment. I checked in with the receptionist and she told me to sit in the waiting room and they'll be with me shortly. I waited an hour then asked the receptionist how much longer they would be. The receptionist replied I don't actually have an appointment today, and the lab person was gone. Apparently they made a mistake! This on top of rude behavior from the staff is unacceptable. Never go here.

This was BY FAR the worst experience I’ve ever had at any clinic. I came in for a walk in. While there was maybe two other people waiting. Got booked in and told 30m max. 45m later I asked again and got told 30m. After over an hour after that I got told two more hours!!!!! Because they will book your spot if someone who has a family doctor there comes in. So it would of been over 4 hours just to be seen! HORRIBLE

Deb B

Dr. Moorosi VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Would not recommend. My family doctor is retiring and I booked an appointment to meet Dr. Moorosi 3 months in advance. A couple of days before my appointment I received a confirmation call for the appointment of which I ask if I am to come into the office during COVID times or is she conducting zoom calls instead? I am told yes to come into the office. On the day of the appointment I leave work early , I arrive and am taken into an exam room, Dr. Moorosi comes in and proceeds to tell me that she is not taking anymore patients because she is too busy with her "studies" /school work. She is furthering her education. Good for her for doing that but there is ABSOLOUTLY NO REASON WHY I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS OVER THE PHONE!. Why during a Global Pandemic would she have people come into the office if it was not absolutely necessary! Because she wants to get paid for the visit! Now three months later I am still looking for a new doctor. TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR THE SYSTEM, MY TIME, AND EVERYONES HEALTH!

Deanna Robichaud

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible receptionist, not helpful at all. Needing a prescription refaxxed to my pharmacy and everytime I call they say they don't have it and the pharmacy has resent it several times so there's clearly an issue with their fax, she also very rudly said "were working on it!". However it I can't wait for it and she said the soonest available time was 2 weeks away and said no other doctor could fill it for me (unlikely). Very rude and unprofessional. Will be switching doctors, again.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I've been trying to find a female doctor in the city and was super excited that Dr. Moorosi was accepting new patients. I called to make an appointment but despite advertising that she was taking new patients I wasn't able to get in for over a month. I was willing to wait as I really wanted a female doctor that specializes in women's and mental health. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I woke up with extreme stomach pain and could barely move. I called in to see if I could reschedule my appointment for later in the week or even do a phone call apt rather than have me come in because I physically couldn't. The receptionist, who could barely speak English, proceeded to get angry with me for not giving 24 hours notice upon cancellation, despite me trying to apologize and explain to her that I woke up in a terrible condition and had no possible way of giving the notice. - working at a clinic you should understand that sickness can happen over night without any notice and to be so unimaginably rude about it is very unprofessional. I continued to apologize and ask if I could reschedule. She told me that I had wasted her time and that I couldn't get in for another month.. Why would you advertise that you can take new patients if you're constantly booked up for months at a time?! After this terrible experience I decided to check out the reviews and discovered that I wasn't the only one that has had to deal with rudeness and unprofessionalism at this clinic. Long story short, don't waste your time here like I did. I'm now going to have to continue my search for a new family doctor and wasted months of my time trying to go to this clinic. I just wish these receptionists and doctors would find a better suited profession because they really don't care about their patients and it shows.

yingyi chen

The doctor (Dr. Moorosi ) is really attentive and professional. The front desk is very patient too.

Samantha Yeh

Great staff and the doctor was very professional. I’ve been to all the medical clinics in the area this is the best one by far.

Jay

The receptionists should maybe learn to talk to patients at a volume where the whole waiting room doesn’t hear their personal business. I found that super inconsiderate and strongly believe that medical information should be private.

Wei Liu

I went to the clinic to grab a short-term disability leave form for my gf on March 31. The doctor promised the form to be completed Tuesday March 30th because my gf needs to have it submitted by the 30th to keep her pay undisturbed. When I was grabbing the form, I was unaware of the fact you need to pay $80 for it. When the front desk informed me about the payment I ask if we can get the payment invoiced to us as I did not bring my wallet with me that day. The staff then said sure and proceeded to print out the invoice and handed to me along with other documents which I assume was the short-term disability form. When I got home, gf went over the documents and hear about the $80 payments she said the document I brought home was not the forms she needs, and she has already paid the clinic $80 for the documents. Understandably annoyed as the clinic is across the city from our home, and it has way passed the 30th deadline. We called the clinic. The person at the front desk who handed to me the documents answered the call. Acknowledged the payment was made previously. With no apologies he gave us two options, 1. go to the clinic the next business day to grab the forms. 2. He will have a form faxed to us. Both options are not what we were expecting as the inconvenience was not our fault. I asked if they could have the form emailed to us, he said no. Both me and the front desk were frustrated at this point. Conversation was not happy but both of us held on to our tempers. He then told me that he will put me on hold. I said sure. After 10 mins hold, he came back, I then ask what the purpose of that hold was, he did not answer and then told me he does not have a lot of time again I question why (does he think I am wasting his time?). Phone then got transferred to his manager. She begins by asking my name which I spelled it out for her, I ask what her name was she refuse to give it to me and refused to give me the man from front desk’s name. I said how am I going to address you without knowing your name. she still refuses. Conversation never went passed trying to get her name and she then hang up the phone on me. My whole time during the call I was waiting for a “sorry” from anyone, who would take responsibility. The front desk staff did not and repeatedly reinforce the phrase that it was not his fault. The manager did not apologize, she refuses to even give me her name, even hang up on the call.

Dylan J

Came in as a walk in. Was told 45 minute wait. 3 hours later was informed no longer taking walk ins. Terrible place do not go better service in the hospital er

Luwei Yang

The doctor is nice. But The clinic front desk stuff and manager are really rude and without patience. The manager even hang up on me. Their service attitudes are really unbearably. I won't recommend this clinic to anyone.
