I appreciate the doctors and staff, however wait times to see the doctor is crazy. Honestly, I think every doctor office is about the same. So why am I writing this review anyway.

Doctors are great once you get in to see them, if you are booking an appointment at the desk, in person, then things go smoothly. On the phone there are long wait times and no one ever calls you back.

I waited and hour and a half for a 10 minute appointment. Once in the room, my doctor only saw me for 3 mins tops and didn’t even tell me what prescription I was switching to and didn’t address the other things I put on the booking form when I booked online.

On hold 10-15 minutes to book next appointment with my OBGYN. Was told to get a referral from my family doctor despite this being my 4th appointment with her. Transferred to supervisor who attempted to book my appointment but the call was disconnected. Called back, on hold for 20 minutes and the call was disconnected again. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes or more for what should be a 2 minute phone call.

Horrible experience in which I left in tears. Never been treated like I was such a complete bother and with such disrespect. Feel sorry for anyone else who has to see this doctor and I will absolutely never return.

I'm so happy to have Dr. Das as my Doctor, he is very personable and you can tell he cares about his patients. He has been my Doctor for a few years and is easily the best Doctor I've had in Saskatoon. The rest of the staff at City Centre have been very professional and polite in my experience as well.

I've been going to this clinic for over 30 years; they're the best. My kids, grand-kids, great grand-kids, nieces, nephews and their kids were brought into the world by Drs. at this clinic. I've waited over an hour at times for my appointment but have also been called in within minutes; it depends what's happening behind those doors. We'd be furious if rushed through an appt without our issues being addressed, and others have that right. They are excellent doctors! Our only wish is that my mom had been under their care; she might still be with us today:( V Bonnet

Honestly, my wife's doctor is here is amazing. The best family doctor we have ever experienced. But the reception and phone staff need a lot of work. They mix up stuff all the time and blame you, take forever to answer the phone (sometimes over 40 minutes) and are sometimes very rude. This would be a 1 star review if not for the amazing doctor. Edit. 10 months later and the reception staff is still very rude and is mixing up appointment times.

was recommended to city center family physicians by my doctor for a vasectomy, met Dr. Goluboff. on a Tuesday for a consultation, and was book 3 days later to get it done. the Vas was this morning and was absolutely painless took like 10-15 minutes to complete and out i went (eventhough im a big baby to needles) highly recommend Dr. Goluboff, was very understanding and was great at calming my nerves and anxiety without the need or use of any sedatives. thankyou Dr. Goluboff and staff :) *10/10 would do again*

Dr das is great! However the waiting times are getting worse... even on the phone i had to wait 10 dam minutes just to talk to somebody! They are either over booking or employee incapable people or both.

Very busy office...all the office staff are very courteous and professional...my doctor is a wonderful caring person, doing the best he can in these Covid times...we have to be more patient and open-minded in these times... it definitely puts a strain on everyone.

The nurses are very kind and my doctor is incredibly helpful and caring. I am empathetic to the harassment and bad calls that the receptionists may receive. However, calling this place is a nightmare. Every time a receptionist answers, I am greeted by a very cold, rude tone. I was injured at work and was told to speak with my doctor to ask a few questions. The receptionist angrily barked that she can't give medical advice. I know....that's why I asked to speak with the physician. "He's busy and I don't know when he can get back to you." Well, okay I guess. "Thanks anyways, maybe I'll make an appointment later". Then they hung up on me without another word. I get that your job is busy. I get that you may have bad days. I get you probably get a lot of really annoying calls. What I don't get, is why someone would be in an occupation that handles it so poorly and expresses such distaste towards patients.

Honestly if it weren't for my family doctor being here I wouldn't go to this clinic. I hate making appointments here I'm literally on hold for an hour or hung up on. And walk ins only start at 5pm. I've been in an the phones are at a volume where you can barely hear them ringing and most of them didn't even bother to answer it.

Dr. Kushneriuk is an amazing doctor. I had seen Dr. Basker for many years and he retired. I was worried about seeing a new Dr. I started seeing Dr. Kushneriuk and my worries are gone. He is wonderful and he's like a younger version of Dr. Basker. Also the staff have always treated me very well.

The Doctors of this practice always go above and beyond for their patients. However, I lost a requisition and sent an email on their “contact us” page to let them know. I never received a response and ended up having my mom call them to see about getting a new requisition (as i’m Half way between SK and moving to AB i wouldn’t be in the city but she would be -and I was in mandatory training for work during their office hours). Well thank goodness I found my original copy, as they told her I would be emailed a new requisition ASAP - as the nature of the req was something I needed to get ASAP - and 2 days later I still didn’t have the new copy in my inbox and also no one had contacted me, or my mom for that matter, regarding the same. After a day my mom called to follow up and they told her the person that sends confidential emails was too busy to send it that morning but that I would for sure get it by the end of the day (obviously not true). Huge communication issues and would hate to have ridden this scenario out if I wouldn’t have found my original requisition 2 days later in relation to the necessity of the requisition.

Seems it doesn't matter which doctor they are always running behind. Not 5-10 min behind but 40min to hours. They require appointments for absolutely everything little thing. Perhaps they could a lot some time to return a phone call or make email available. Reception is always asking very personal questions. Little respect for privacy.

I know that my Doctor has gone above and beyond for my family, but some times I think he is not happy with our Family and gets ticked off and maybe says things he should not say and then goes back and says the words differently. I get it, they work long hours, but you have to be professional at what ever job you do and some times hold your tongue even if its hard to do that. He is a great Dr. but when a person has a lot going on you have to be considerate of your patients and some Dr. do not do that. Every one has something going on in there life, but you can not take it out in the world. Also the staff that answers the phone say things that they should not say at all, when dealing with the public you have to be kind, even if you do not want to. I have been cut off a lot while waiting to make an appointment or to talk to the Manager, and I do not always have time to call back either that day or another day. Kim Sullivan.

Didnt care that i was having seizures because I didnt have one at the office. I was told to go home and have a seizure then go to emergency at university . What horrible care .

I am so fed up with the waiting. 40 min on hold to book, then weeks to get in, then sit in the waiting room for an hour to finally just leave because it turns out i have a job i actually have to be on time for. How are you already an hour behind when you've only been open for 90 min? Feeling very disrespected.

First appointment, polite, efficient and got to meet my new family physician and I could not be happier. My family doctor, who I respected and trust, suggested I connect with clinic. Very happy and a nice transition. Definitely will recommend the clinic I folks are lucky enough to get in. Tough finding good doctors taking new patients. Heather

Only recieced 1 star because it is not possible to give 0 stars. I have had nothing but BAD experiences at this office. The wait times before appointments are always ALWAYS upwards of 1.5 hours and the scheduling is a joke. They had cancelled one of my appointments and rescheduled, and upon arrival on the day of my rescheduled appointment they informed me there was no appointment made at all. If it were not so difficult to find a doctor accepting new patients, I would never return to this office.

Great clinic. Great Dr's. Friendly and knowledgable. They all work great as a team and have their patients health and needs as priority. Having to wait to book appointments or to even get a Dr here is a good sign... they're in high demand... because it is a good place! The majority of my family and friends have also switched to this clinic over the years. Highly recommend!

I went in to see Dr Meier as I haven't been able to hear anything for over a week.I worked in hi noise factory for years and have had my ears flushed many times,but this time was different.This Physicians did such a great job making sure my ears were clean.I haven't been able to hear this good in 20 years and she was very professional about it.

Receptionist was informed that my stepdad was a new patient and told us to come in before 7:30pm. I picked him up and drove across the city only to be told, “Sorry...no new patients.” abd we were turned away.

I love the ability to book appointments online. Showed up about 25 minutes early because typically clinics have waits. Showed up and was taken in within 5 minutes, and doctor came in in another 5 minutes. Got out before my scheduled appointment time!

Every time you ring up your always put on hold for a long time ,I was on hold for 25minutes 2 people spoke to me and put me back on hold I hung up I don’t have time for this .when I was at the clinic the receptionist asked me what was wrong with me she just wouldn’t let me come up to the counter to tell her even though there’s a glass and I wasn’t going to shout over to her what I was there for ,anyway it’s none of her business it’s between me and my doctor I don’t have to tell her so then she told me there were 18 people ahead of me but there was only 2men in the waiting room ,I think there customer service is disgraceful and there mannerism is absolutely terrible it’s such a shame because the doctors are lovely but there receptionist are absolutely terrible ????????

I love my doctor, she is amazing. However the clinic is disorganized and always behind- I usually get into my appointment 45 mins after scheduled. The waiting room is loud and busy. On days they are closed (like Nov. 13/17) they do not have a phone recording to inform you nor a notice on the website. I just think more organization is needed.
