Great doctor. No riff raft in his office. My whole family sees him. Some people don't like him cause he doesn't freely hand out drugs. Some complain the receptionist is grouchy, she doesn't like that children are allowed to destroy the office and will tell them to stop. If the parents weren't sitting on thier phones and looking after thier own kids she wouldn't say anything. She is really a nice person.

Most rude receptionist!! Im looking for a new doctor because my fam dr is leaving the clinic in evergreen. I live by caswell and this Dr Hailu is on the list for doctors who are accepting new patients and he is nearby me, and this receptionist....instead of just letting me know they are not accepting new patients due to covid....she asks me a series of questions, who was my doctor, where are they, why can't I see them, why don't I find someone on east, maybe kenderdine. She spoke over me when trying to answer. Worst receptionist I've ever dealt with. Dr Hailu, u need to take your name off the list of doctors who are accepting new patients, and looking at all the reviews.... you should get yourself a new receptionist.

I really liked Dr Hailu, but his receptionist was nothing but rude and then blamed me for her ignorance! With her lies, I was left without a doctor and scrambling to find a new one! Just trying to give her my name was an experience in itself as she would give attitude for no good reason!

Wonderful Dr. Hailu. His kindness, patience and thorough exam informed me and put me at ease. I found Receptionist/Assistant very welcoming, kind and comforting. Very happy to have found this clinic.

The most terrible receptionist I have ever dealt with!. Dr hailu is very good at his job I had a couple of meetings that went well. The receptionist needs to be replaced she has very rude behavior and tends to yell at you if you don't argue back with her. The two appointments I had here she treated me unkind and child like. She threatened me over the phone because I didn't want to be yelled at so I hung up. She called me back to yell at me through voicemail. Not once did I raise my voice at this unpleasant woman, I did not argue or provoke her. I don't understand why I was treated so poorly. But I need a new doctor again and it took so long for me to find a new one after my doctor retired during this pandemic. Please replace the receptionist so that this doesn't happen to someone else. Thx.

I was in town at a local air b&b in Saskatoon. Was at a local laundrymat. I was off to Swift Current the next day and ran out of medication for a demalogical issue. I saw that there was a clinic attached to the building where I was.i thought I might get a prescription filled while I waited. I entered into a narrow hallway and came to a booth. I could see a waiting room with chairs through a door, to the right of the booth. The was an older east Indian lady. She asked' "what can I do for you'. I told her I came to see a doctor to get a prescription. She stood up and said we don't take walk-ins. I answered. 'ok". As I turn to leave the lady comes out from the booth still uttering; we don't take walk-ins. She ushered me out and abruptly locked the door. This was a disgusting representative of Saskatoon.. The Saskatoon I grew up in,, fell in love with,, owe who I am as a person. The high community standard that we are known for.. Everyone here takes pride in who they are, and how to treat people. Saskatoon's friendliness is a famous feature that goes back I'm sure, to its very birth of this delicious province.. Shame on you Caswell clinic!

Dr. Hailu is a very compassionate doctor. I came to him after a very poor initial visit with another doctor, who caused me unnecessary panic. Dr. Hailu speaks very calmly and gently, and immediately made me feel more at ease, and took the time to answer my questions. He proceeded to do an assessment very thoroughly, which other doctors didn't, and came to a conclusion that was right on the money when my blood test came the next day. He is easily the best doctor I have seen in Saskatoon in many years. I am so appreciative of his compassionate disposition, and his clear knowledge of assessing patients. I highly recommend!!!!

Terrible reception. I was explaining something and she stopped me and asked me “tell me what do you want to know?”- then what I was doing? She tried to answer me before listening my questions. Too rude she is!!

What is the matter with your office staff Doctor? I couldn't even get a return call when I left a message requesting an appointment! It is indeed fortunate for you that you can afford to turn away patients, as a potential patient though, I find it quite frustrating. People tell me you are a good practitioner, but I guess I will never know. Oh well, lakeshore returns my calls and I found their staff quite polite and responsive... maybe THEY are not married to the Doctor, eh?
