Service after using them twice in two years... both times made my lens wrong and wasted trips, time off work early to have to come back. Second visit receptionist impatient and rude. Not going back.

on may 01 2021 I got debris in my eye sitting in a refinery lunchroom. I was brought to see the optomitrist and was told nothing was in my eye. was told I devloped a bacterial infection as I had arc flash prior. I know I didn't have arc flash. the Doctor told me and HSE manger there was nothing in eye and told return to regular work duties. I ended up going home as I could barley keep my eye open. once home I took my flashlight and found the debris under my eyelid. I used a wet q tip and got it out myself. I called my foreman and told him there was debris in my eye . my follow up appointment on may 3 2021 Is aw the same doctor. he said everything was fine. I then told him I had to get the debris out and why he didnt see it under his microscope. he said I was making up a story as I never had debris even thought I did. I told him it was pathetic that myself got it out with a wet q tip. he lied to my HSE manager and I didn't appreciate an optomotrist not doing a thorough job.

Sadly, I wanted to like them. They were highly recommended and I was referred to by my Family doctor. I had concerns about my one year old daughters eye sight and her left eye was starting to turn inwards. They were fast at getting her an appointment, staff was pleasant. A bit of a wait once you’re there but nothing too bad. I don’t believe I saw or spoke with Dr. Warren but a different person who must have been filling in. Anyways, they told me to wait until my daughter was two to see if the eye would correct itself. I’m young, and don’t have any experience with bad eyesight, nor does her father. So I listened to the professional. A year later I decided to take her to a different eye doctor. The eye doctor was so upset that my daughter went this long without glasses and that maybe if she would have had them sooner, she wouldn’t need such a thick prescription. Also, when I was booking with the new eye doctor they said my OHIP had already been charged and that my daughter had already seen an eye doctor (Dr. Warren) for that year. Which was not true at all... so I called the place and asked them why I was billed for an appointment my daughter never attended nor booked? And they couldn’t answer why and to speak with Dr. Warren. Never heard back from them after several atempts to understand why the billing mishap. Luckily, the new optimists let us have the exam and get the glasses my daughter deserved a year before.

DR. Warren's service was above and beyond. He called me the daughter, to let me know about my senior mothers care, which was so very helpful as my mother gets confused.

Some one already had an issue with a proper diagnosis of eye alignment at the clinic. Well, we have gone to see Dr. Warren, and as always, we got to see someone else. The problem this time was, that our daughter was seen by a student who was able to write out prescriptions, and so she did. Our daughter got one to get her eyes corrected since she was diagnosed with eye alignment problem- - and that she needed to get reading glasses to get that corrected. I am not an optometrist, but she was complaining about not being able to read from a distance. We have decided to get a second opinion, and the other optometrist did not see any problems with the alignment at all; nevertheless, we were send to the alignment clinic at the hospital in London. As it turned out, our daughter does not need reading glasses to correct her alignment, because there is nothing wrong with it. She needs on the other hand, far vision glasses. Now, perhaps Dr. Warren would be able to reply to my review and let all of the reviewers know what would happen to our daughter's eyes if she started wearing the glasses prescribed at his clinic; which were going to be opposite to what she should have got? If there was a problem with the alignment, should Dr Warren stepped in to verify if it was diagnosed correctly?
