Waiting a little longer than expected . Appointment was at 220pm. Got in at about 245pm . Ultrasound tech was very nice and informative . Front desk girl is very helpful as well :)

I had a ultra sound done and the techs name was Karen I believe. She was very friendly and her bedside manner was amazing She was informative and listened to what was happening before she started. We had a snow storm barring down on us and the depth was very accommodating to allow me in sooner then my booked time , so that I was safe during my drive into Sarnia. It’s awesome, I went to get x rays on my hands and at the time is was pretty busy but when I got down stairs there was only 1 person, it only toke 5mins and I was done. Can’t go wrong with that!

I have to wait for an hour in waiting room if they were running late they should contact me and they booked 2 people same time 11 pm I understand they don't have enough staff but still they can call and pushed back appointment

(Amanda) Sarnia Office thanks for everything You are so Pro Girl at what you do Dr Frag Has a D-Speck Chair for scanning and for the Claustrophobic this is an absolute game changer The staff who operate this clinic do it with absolute professionalism period The 2 appointments that I had where over 48 hours, the staff make you feel so comfortable that you really feel like your in and out in no time I would highly recommend getting your MRI with Dr Frag as I’m super claustrophobic and I had ZERO issues with the Scan Larry S

I’m not a fan of ‘not recommending’ places. But after several events witnessing people being treated rude and recently experienced myself... no positive words left here. When dealing with patients and clients, providing service is very important in my opinion. I rather take the wait for any future bloodwork, ultrasound or xray in the hospital.

Dec 7, arrived at clinic with my 91 yr old father for a BMD and Ultrasound. He is very unstable and we were slightly uncomfortable about bringing into public during this Covid time, but felt necessary. BMD preformed on time and we waited for 20 min for the Ultrasonographer to call us for next test. We waited in the designated area as she had to clean room prior to bringing us in. With assistance we were escorted in, she took his history and set up the machine ; with all his information and prepped his body. Next she proceeded to leave the room for a few minutes and came back to say she was running behind and there was a mistake and another patient was ahead of us. She wanted us ( which we did) to move this poor man off the table , dress and wait while she preformed the other procedure. I’ve worked in Healthcare for over 37 years never experienced patient care ( especially for elderly) in this manner. Especially during times of Covid! We were forced to wait extra time in an area I feel is not the safest for for our seniors, with unnecessary up and down movements. This event is exhausting for 90 yr olds. I will never return to this clinic, even if a physician insists. Follow your instincts and please have your tests done at the Hospital.

I was initially very nervous about an ultrasound that I had and felt immediately comfortable in the hands of Mihaela Medrea (the ultrasound technician). Not only did she explain everything, she was caring, competent and kind. She even managed to squeeze me in at a later time on the same day, as my bladder wasn’t full enough for the first appointment. To further my satisfaction, the women at the front desk, Tina Waring and Caite MacIntosh, were also kind, competent and capable. I had a wonderful experience and am incredibly grateful for these women who helped me. These are the type of people that are irreplaceable in our healthcare system, if you ask me. I’ve thanked these women already, but can’t seem to thank them enough for brightening my day. Thanks again, ladies :)

Had an appointment January 26 and the receptionist at the desk was the best I’ve ever met. Tina was amazing with me when I came to the desk to check why my appointment was running half hour late. She gave me a very good explanation with a smile on her face and even thank me for coming at the desk to inquire. I also observed while waiting, she had to deal with a couple’s wife that needed a requisition for what ever test she needed. Tina was extremely patient, pleasant and spend at least half hour to try to resolve their issue. I myself was in the medical field for 35 years and don’t remember anyone as good as she was. If I had an award to give for doing your job above and beyond she would get my vote+++. It was so comforting to deal with her. Tina you’re the best . And you’re coworkers were very pleasant also. Wow! I arrived without an appointment needing an X-ray. I was greeted professionally and screened then checked in. I barely sat down and Angie called my name. In and out in under 10 minutes. Angie was sweet, friendly, prompt and efficient. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience. ????
