I more recently started going to see Dr. Steimbrecher, she is the most compassionate and empathetic doctor I have ever had. She is always on top of everything to do with all of my medical needs. I recommend her hands down to anyone. You rock doc.

I went to see her after my daughter was born for the first time and she went over the normal questions baby sleep on back, car seat facing backwards, etc. then she asked if we had guns in the house, i have never been asked that before anyway fast forward, my daughter needed a script it took me almost a week to get her to fax it (they said they did but the pharmacy never received it over and over) finally got it, now i go for a second pregnancy the appointment was so long going over everything then she gives me a paper to books me for an ultrasound that needs to happen around 13 weeks, i called the hospital they told me that the doctor has to fax it i can’t call it in, i call her she was rude about it and said she would do it, a few days later i called the hospital and they never got it so i went to a store and paid to fax it got my appointment, the day of my appointment they received the paper from her office, fast forward to my 20 week ultrasound, i see my obgyn for the pregnancy anyway she called me in the morning asked if i still see him i said yes then told me she has my ultrasound booked and i should contact him for the results, i had an appointment the same day but i thought it was an emergency and something was wrong with the baby by the wording and stressed me out until i seen my ob (i had an appointment booked the same day) i have never had a good experience with her she is rude looks at you like a number and tries to get you in and out doesn’t listen to you i brought my daughters father (husband) to an appointment of hers as support and she didn’t introduce herself to him just said “dad, oh ok” then went on

She is a good dr other than it's hard keeping up with all the changes. I have a disability and they don't explain anything. They cancelled my June appointment and rescheduled for September. because I didn't have blood work done and I explained I didn't have a requesition to do blood work. I didn't have a chance to to say I thought I was supposed to keep an eye on my blood pressure. And was unaware I need to figure out how to get a blood test requisition my last appointment. was on zoom not in office for my last appointment. and Last I heard we weren't allowed to just show up at the office. And I also needed my sleep apnea suplies form to be filled out. I cryed knowing I had to wait three months so I feel I Fall between the cracks sometimes.

Wife took my son for his one year shot, called to inform we were in the parking lot to come inside - couldn’t get through- went to the door at the of appointment than receptionist has audacity to tell us it’s a cancelled appointment and we have to pay $35 What garbage is that. Might have to change doctor which is unfortunate as Maria is wonderful with our little one and us, But her secretary’s have caused multiple issues in the past and don’t seem to be changing for the better
